Great tip.
Before watching your video I added parts separately to project specific librarys. Was pretty awful.
How to you assign missing 3D models?
Edit: Same workflow but with the Footprint Editor. If some parts are not provided with a 3D model -> chose footprint / file / footprint properties / register 3D Models ...
