DSP tells us about how Jasper has a UTI and has been peeing and pooping all over the place the last few days, how he and Kat are worried about him, and in general just acts like an irresponsible pet owner because he fails to realize that UTIs can kill cats if left untreated.

I mean we don't really know whether Jasper is sick or not since it changes to whatever is most advantageous to him at the moment.
The vets recommended the blood work because the cat has a history of UTIs, not as part of a "routine checkup" or up-selling. DSP refused because Jasper is not pissing blood at the moment and is therefore "perfectly healthy." He then lied about why the blood work was requested. In doing so he further admitted Jasper has not had blood work in two years and was unaware of the cat's basic medical history since the last round of UTIs. Red flags for neglect. This is why he was not allowed in the room during the examination.
Nuh-uh d00d, the company that owns the business even sat him and the horse down and told them that they totally rock and are super chill and don't really need the blood test.. that vet was just a jerk trying to get to Phail's mobile game money, but Phail is wise to that jive Jack.. Pig Boy can smell a scam a mile away, so the company told them that they will NEVER see that stupid vet again.. Phail and horse win again trolls
For the first time in my life, DSP is making me furious at him with a righteous passion. I knew the terrible implications of Jasper's neglect on his reveal in 2020. At this point, I wish nothing but the worst for DSP. He is singlehandedly the biggest PoS human being I've had the misfortune of sharing a planet with.

one of my cats had this, and they can actually die from this, they stop peeing and then the urine goes into their blood like with diabetic people and then they stop eating, they can go really fast if it's not noticed and usually happens to spoiled fat cats that where the fat blocks the urinary tract
They can also develop UTI from physical abnormality and/or dirty environment
Phils one to talk about being an irresponsible pet owner.

It's unfortunately a very common thing that can happen to cats, especially male cats. Male cats are prone to a ton of urinary issues, it's just feline anatomy.
That said, I would be shocked if the litter box was clean, and obviously even though it's a common health problem, they're clearly not taking care of their cat the way they should be. A normal person would feel shame for that sort of thing. Phil is obviously not normal and barely a person.
You know what this means guys... Time to up the support! Needs to pay Jasper's medical bills! Did everything right, nothing he could do!
According to Phil, we cannot listen to this despite the fact that it's his own words disclosing information he himself chose to disclose.
All the valid information we can ever take seriously is Phil's current version of the events, even his own words aren't valid anymore if he so chooses. However, you have to believe his current version, even if he indirectly admits to lying here for no actual reason and his word is fact even though lying would be beneficial to him.
I guess it's a good thing that he has an endless archive of streams, because if you're looking for one moment in particular, you have to waste an insane amount of time watching the 24 hours of daily footage he uploads for a chance of getting the clip, that way he can simply say he already talked about it, and since his streams are so meaningful, he can tell them apart at a glance, so can everybody else and generic 2012 titles such as "Beggining of a new adventure!" or "First missions as X!" make the job easier.
DSP: "If a cat has a UTI for 2 weeks he could die!"
Phil: "so Jasper has been running around the house for two weeks trying to pee everywhere... oh yeah, he also PASSED OUT"

What a ridiculously long and drawn out story about a cat having a super typical health issue for cats.
EVERY minor, mundane regular thing with Phil is drawn into a 30 minute rambling. His prestream every friday is about his day off buying groceries and it's exactly like this.

Any time Phil says "I demanded this" it means he asked for it meekly and was probably denied, or asked for it meekly and then said "ohm (snort) could I please have this? Okay? Thank you, I appreciate that." He spins it this way because he's back in his streaming bubble and likes to cosplay as a tough guy to soothe his ego since he probably knows he's a loser IRL.
I really struggle to believe he spoke with the vet higher ups. From what I can tell, the vet's biggest crimes were making him wait (already a capital offense), not letting him into the exam room with Jasper (which he may or may not have raised any objections to), and making a recommendation for a blood test.
That's the thing, it was a RECOMMENDATION. Even if the vet insisted after Phil's first refusal, they still bowed to his right to refuse. Phil wasn't "manipulated" or "forced" into spending money, so what's the foul?
If he did speak to them at all, they either what they said to get him out of there, or he's exaggerating a bunch of noncommittal statements they made of what they would do if an investigation turned up any wrongdoing.
His cat could have kidney issues, but $300 to test for that pales in comparison to some shitty joystick.

This is extremely sad. I've had my cat for 5 years, and not once has he had a UTI. Phil needs to stop getting pets if he can't even take care of himself

Nope. Sadly people abuse animals far worse than this and almost nothing is ever done. My neighbor was running a dog fighting ring and you could hear those poor things in agony constantly. But whenever the cops or animal control showed up, they had already cleaned up. No proof so the creep got away with it.
No reason to run gay-ops, it won't even work and Phil will use it to cry victim the next 20 years.
Luckily the dents will wake up of something happens to Jasper right after Phil admitted to neglecting him and buying expensive unneeded junk while also boasting about how well he's doing. Reason being that the internet loves cats, so this is where I see some dents and even a whale drawing the line

I've never even heard of declawing dogs (I know it happens) that's how rare and cruel it is. I don't even want to verbalize what I'd want to do that piece of trash if he did that to a dog. Yeah nothing he said about over grooming is true. Over grooming DOES NOT cause a UTI it is a symptom of it. The main cause of UTI’s in cats are filthy litter boxes and E Coli. And the fact Jasper was trying to go everywhere like that means there was something else wrong. I have cats and Ive had cats growing up. None of them have ever had this issue because my Dad explained what could happen if they don’t have clean water and litter daily. And that doesn’t meant changing the litter daily but it needs to be cleaned daily. I do it twice even though it is a large box. There is no way in hell he was or does now clean that box but every 2-3 weeks it seems from what he has explained himself and how he disposes it. Awful. I cant take this clown anymore.

I'm gonna get legitimately angry with this mfer now. You were at the vet what, two weeks ago? Was recommended to do bloodwork, so this UTI probably could've been caught early? But no, it was an upsell and a scam. And now his cat has to deal with this UTI for FOUR weeks. Phil, September 7th isn't two weeks away, it's four. And it's not because others don't know how to take care of their pets, it's because you're too greedy to actually do so. Haven't even finished the video yet but I'm betting that he's going to beg for money for the vet bills by the end of it because he had such an expensive month spending $500 on toys he doesn't need.
The UTI story is old news, so this highlights the fact that the vet's recommendation for blood work was to see if Jasper doesn't have another UTI or another life threatening disease.
