- DSP immediately starts his podcast by whining about the state of dying channel for 30+ minutes. He is putting his foot down and plays what HE wants to play, but immediately contradicts that by saying Baldur's Gate 3 is the only game making him money, so Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth has been sent to banworld, Like a Dragon is going to be almost every night stream from now on to get rid of it quicker, and he's going to play one of Rise of the Ronin or Dragon's Dogma 2 for one day them immediately shelve it. Dude is panicking hard!

You know, if Phil stopped wasting time with this "podcast" and actually played games instead, maybe he'd actually finish these games he's complaining are so long
But then he wouldn't be able to tell us what he ate for dinner last night and the schedule for the next week that he'll definitely not change last min
He gets most of his support from the podcast. He's had several streams where he doesn't even get any tips during his gameplay. I think it even happened to FF7. All the tips came in during the podcast. Once the game started he got nothing.
So he's convinced people want more podcast, not less.

He drags his ass starting up all of his streams, scheduling them for 15 minutes before the hour, but never shows up for a half hour or more later.

I love how Phil comes up with these convoluted rules and then blames YOU, the viewer, for making him stray from these rules. Then he gaslights you like you’re punishing him, even though he came up with the rule in the first place.
DSP is perfect to explain narcissist behavior. Because he is not clever when trying to hide it, every narc behavior on easy to bserve.
Well his wheelchairs were really "supportive" that the 41 year old man was crying about video games while still making almost double the average american salary. That's the real tragedy in this situation

Spattercat gaming has a whole channel dedicated to introducing indie games and showing a few hours of gameplay. That's it. He pulls between 80-120K views per video. No play throughs, no 'part 80' of the same game. DSP is stuck trying to produce the 'digital game guide' when actual game guides died 15 years ago. There are no more customers for his product and he refuses to believe that he's the problem.
Any time he gets worried about things being too lengthy, he can just look down between his legs. Nothing lengthy down there for sure. 🤣

Big streamers finish games faster because they play the game more, don’t stall with a 2 hour copecast, and are better at games. Simple as that
He wants to play as little video games as possible because to him they are like an office worker picking up the phone. To him a video game on stream is just jangling keys in front of his dented audience hoping it keeps their attention so they will hear when he berates them that he needs more money

It used to be that only a few people can make streaming work as a career, now streaming is so oversaturated that anyone over the age of 13 can start streaming literally anything from brushing their teeth, everyday life, and including playing video games.
