I've been taking photos for 60 years with 'normal' camera - this is just what I needed to get me started on my first iPhone and giving me an idea of where to find settings and controls. Many thanks
Glad I could help

A cool trick with panorama is start with a person to the far left as you move past them have them run behind you to the far right of the scene as you end the shot. This way you have the same person twice in the same photo.
wow this is simply amazing thanks for the tutorial

Hi, thank you for this guided video... Do it has dual camera ?
No problem glad you liked it. It does not, it only has the one camera
Does the iPhone se 3 have 0.5 camera that shoot and rec up to 4k 60fps?
To try your portrait mode on an inanimate object just click the screen on the object you want to pull focus on and AF lock it. It seem to do it's mojo using this method me.
Great tips, and thumbs up. What I came here for (and am hoping for) is a way to take longer exposures for dark conditions... specifically photos through a telescope eyepiece looking at stars. Is it possible to set exposure time manually, say, for up to or over one second (or two)? I don't know if the fast shutter speed on "Burst" would allow enough light per frame. Long exposures require a tracking device on a telescope mount ($$$), or stars will streak as the earth rotates, but one second exposures on others' posts don't show that. ....also, is there a way to manually set depth to "infinity", so the camera isn't trying to find focus on an image? Some of the Samsung Galaxies have manual capabilities, but I have this iPhone. Thanks for any input. ...I got some great snapshots of the moon with the phone, but it's large and bright, compared to planets and stars. Thx again.
Thanks, unfortunately the iPhones native photo app is very set on its ways. Other then what I show, there really isn't any other options for you. However, the app store has other apps that may offer these options or features you are looking for. I am hoping for more controls as the iPhones continue to update.
@@DHTV, thanks for the reply, and that's what I thought. My wife is an apple person and wanted me to get an iPhone when my android croaked. I do say that it's camera takes great photos during the day, but it's amazing that apple isn't as user friendly as Samsung on something like customization. A friend gave me a list of apps that might make this thing useful. Anyway, thanks again, and have a great day.
Does this camera have a ×2 option in photos?
Why is that when I take a picture the click preview it looks darker than I actually took it?
would you recommend going from 6s to iPhone se3?
is it worth the price and the capability?
If you like the home button then yes it would be a great update in terms of performance. The camera is improved but not as good as say a 13 or 13 pro. It’s personal preference though.
Can you tell me what the best settings would be on my iPhone SE for videos of orbs? They move pretty quickly. Some are slower than others, and they go in different directions. This is at night in a darkened room.
There isn’t much in terms of settings to change. It would be the standard video option at the highest quality you have. If you turn on the phones light in the video mode that would help but aside from that there isn’t much you can do in a dark setting.
One thing you miss selfie camera recording option..selfie camera can shoot videos 1080p 60fps?
Oh, sorry, it can shoot 1080p HD video recording at 25 fps or 30 fps.
Is there no way to change the default photo size? Pics come out huge, just want a manageable resolution without having to change each one separately. I'm talking about 1920 X 1080 or so.
Not with the native camera app. You might be able to find an app in the App Store that provides sizes.
Can you change picture camera quality to like 4k, 1080p, 720p like the same as the video?
No but you can change the aspect ratio
It seems that if I hold down on a certain person in my photos, it will copy just that person, Not the whole picture.... But I'm wondering if I can paste that person to a different picture background?
This video explains how that technique works How To Remove Background From iPhone Photos - iPhone Photo Cutout
th-cam.com/video/58Lmi-FlOtE/w-d-xo.html
As for pasting on top of other photos, unfortunately you can’t.
Why does my SE not have the photographic styles?
Either you need to update the iOS version you have or it’s not available if you have an older iPhone SE
@@DHTV I have the iOS 16.1. And it’s the 2022 version. I just upgraded today :/ also really appreciate the rapid response.
In the settings app under the camera options you went through the settings and it wasn’t there? Also in the camera app it wasn’t there in the options? Only thing I can think of is you have a 2nd generation SE as it is only available for 3rd generation SE. I know you bought in 2022 but the previous version looks the same.
@@DHTV your totally right my guy haha. I did some more research and turns out my model number is the one of the 2020 SE. my carrier gave me the wrong one. I now gotta wait till next week until their truck comes in to get the new SE. but you were actually helpful you’ve earned a subscriber.
Glad I could help out! It’s crazy how that happened though!
