So many people that I’ve made this birria and taco recipe for want to know how to make it. I link them to this exact video! It is just the best. I’ve made your red chili oil and keep it in hand all the time. It makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE in the birria taco when frying them on the comal. Just YUMMMMM

I did this recipe but substituted with some tomatillos, jalepeno, and poblano. I roasted the poblanos, skinned and cut them and it turned out delicious! Thanks for the inspiration!

Although my parents are from Puebla, certain dishes are prepared differently to other regions of Mexico but thanks to your channel, I am learning how to cook dishes that I’ve never tried growing up. I have had some other Birria that were good but then I made your Birria and this is the best Birria I have ever had. The carrots do add a wonderful flavor. One thing I add extra are a few Ancho chiles.
