I used to call enchiladas the ones with mole, and people used to say they were not enchiladas they are enmoladas.
I prefer to just fry my taco shells without the ingredients ,I add my meat after I fry all the tortillas shells first otherwise it's way to oily to eat ...that's just how I do it n was taught by my Mom n familia ...🌸
