  • This f’ing Mouthfill VS Reverse Packing
    In this video I will show you the volume difference between shifting air from lungs to the oral cavity by :
    - reverse packing with tongue,
    - reverse packing with jaws
    - Mouthfill charge(with M sound / abdominal contractions)
    Reverse packing with tongue allows me to perform a 0-15m dive, (delta 2.5)
    Reverse packing with jaws allows me to perform a 0-22m dive, (delta 3.2)
    Mouthfill from surface allows me to perform a 0-32m dive (delta 4.2)
    Airshifting by Mouthfill is by far the winner in the contest.
    🛑Please, please, please stop calling a half ass reverse pack a mouthfill just because you think your mouth is full of air - Mouthfill and Reverse packing are entirely different things!!!
    Air shifting by Mouthfill with an M sound / abdominal contractions will allow you to look like a real pelican and fill the back of the throat with precious air and it creates over-pressure in the oral cavity.
    You will never be able to create overpressure in the mouth by Reverse Packing only!
    Also remember that a mouthfill without M sound is like eating chips without licking your fingers, if you don’t, you’re not doing it right!!!
