This is sick, there's no way his mother didn't have any idea of what's going on!! Mothers like her would protect their child even if they did bad things.
She's obviously spoiled him. She's allowed him everything. However, that's a sick love if that's love at all. I believe if mother really loves a kid in such a case a loving mother would really take her kid to hospital. You really treat sick kids if you love them. I guess they both (mother and man) had issues.
I agree and part of your love for a child is discipline. If you enable anyone not just your children to do bad things, then you are harming them rather than helping them.
True. My brother beats his kids. Screams and attacks people who won’t give him what he wants. But I’m the problem for calling these out. I’m the reason the family can’t get together because I refuse to bend to his toxic behaviour. I’m a problem because her poor little monster is sad because I don’t want anything to do with him anymore after years and years of his toxicity. It’s interesting it’s often the mom, wife and so forth that will always defend the horrific behaviours of a male family member. Always downplaying what they did or trying to gaslight you that you’re the problem
What's messed up about abduction crimes is that the victim will NEVER get back the years they have lost. Elizabeth Fritz (25 years held captive), Jaycee Lee Duggard (18 years held captive) and Colleen Stan (7 years held captive) are other examples of this
And that's not even to speak about their adjustment once they would be free again, techonology changed, the world rapidly grew and there's a lot they'd have to adjust to, which I imagine to be extremly overwhelming.
In Elizabeth's case, fortunately she's living in a secluded village whose people protect her dearly and chase away any reporter or media reps who intend to monetize her suffering
i like that when you are talking about cases and victims, you still had empathetic tone, voice, facial expressions which are small actions but very important
Meg, can you please cover the story/case of Pepsi Paloma? This one is an intriguing one especially for those filipinose who are fans of the 3 well-known suspects. This will be a good one cause of the controversy and conspiracy. Thanks 🫶🏻
This is so sad and reminds me of the case of the French socialite who was held captive by her own mom and brother for 25 years. Glad she was finally found and reunited with her parents.
When I lived in Japan there was a time where i'd research the kidnapping cases cos there was more than enough of them. Always super disturbing i found my state of mind being really disturbed and depressed so i stopped. But yeah so many cases where someone goes missing and is just found in the kidnappers room. Sometimes unknown to even the suspects parents. What bothers me about alot of these types of cases is more times than not the parents did know. Just choose to remain ignorant.
I mean, I hear a lot about these cases in the US. It's really infuriating. I mean, I recall seeing an episode of "Most Evil", I think it was. The guy held his murdered female victims up in his parents' attic and family only reported him because the devil's victims' corpses' bodily fluids were leaking through the attic into one of his sibling's bedroom.
@@liesandy291Another reminder is that they were connected to the Yakuza. And they are well known for blackmail. That is why the three boy’s pictures got leaked
I remember watching another video about this case and how there was an additional part to her story: the fact that after she got found and reunited with her parents, she and her father went to do something and otw back he drowned, traumatising her even more. I don't know how true this is and seeing as you didn't mention it, maybe it isn't? But I'm not entirely sure.
One of the countries with the lowest crime rates in the world BUT when a crime does happen it is truly distrubing. Add to that, the perpetrators just get a slap on the wrist🤦♂
How on earth did she cope on her very first period?😥 She must have been so confused cos he kidnapped her before she could experience it, combined with the poor hygiene how did she cope the first time she bled? 😰 She had no female to explain her body changes to her.
This case reminds me of the Junko Furata case. Thank goodness it did not end in tragedy. Love your narration Meghan, you've got the Best voice for story telling.
I shiver just to think what I'd feel if I was her. That poor girl shouldn't have had all those years of her life tortured like that....he's absolutely disgusting. Thank you Megan for covering this case! You're gorgeous as always 💗
5:56 Her "kindness"? I think you meant her "enabling". She didn't need to take being stunned repeatedly by her own son. Shit, if I did something like that to one of my parents or anyone in general, well my ass is grass. I'd be in jail!
Omw this is so sad , I'm just glad they saved her in time even though it was so long . The mother must have been suspicious because he kept on forbidding her to go upstairs, I'm sure she knew something. I hope the girl is doing ok now ,what a traumatic and horrifying experience. Thanks beautiful Megan ❤
If the court really reduced the sentencing after the appeal would be disgusting, thankfully they didnt. But 14 years.... Thats too lenient. But well, Im glad he is no longer in the world now.
Is Japan safe for women travelling alone? Indeed, a French woman was reported vanished in the rural Japan - one year ago? Her case remained unsolved by the Japanese police 😱 since.
Yes, but at the same time be aware of your surroundings and people ( both locals and fellow tourists). If you think it doesn't feel right, err on the side of caution.
God is still answering prayers and performing miracles 🙏🏽 Though the case happened in the 90's I feel that quite a number of people failed Fusako. Granted then, maybe people were more carefree about letting your child walk home alone. I just can't imagine even back them my mom agreeing to such. Then there was the justice system who saw it fit to sentence a man up to one year just because he was a first time offender. What about taking the crime into account and what ever happened to protecting our most vulnerable who are children. And finally Nobusaki's mother who could have called the authorities sooner and clearly stating that she heard a voice of a young female then just maybe it wouldn't have taken the health department a decade to respond. This is just sad and proves that sometimes tragedies follow an uncanny, near perfect sequence of events. So glad that she was at least reunited with her family again❤️
Wow,nearly 10 years in captivity.that's an outrageous case.a girl in a secluded area and was beaten for 10 years, how can people cope out that traumatic situation?
This channel is great love how every detail is creditable and no made up details to stretch the video to an hour to milk the ads views! Rotten fruits out there could learn a thing or two. Keep it up
Rotten mango uses a different approach towards telling the story and I enjoy both of them. Megan tells the surface of the story while rotten manga delves deeper into it. Both of them are unique in their own ways
Meg, there is hot issue happen in Indonesia. Its a dispute between singaporean men with south Korea women. Regarding third woman and black magic. Because the husband accused his wife using black magic to harm him and his personal assistant. So, the husband seized all 4 children and forbid the wife to meet. The dispute still going on and become hot issues in local media.
Wow, that’s crazy. I’m not so sure that Noboyuki Sato’s mother was motivated by the goodness in her heart, she was being abused and terrorized by her own son in *her* house. I suspect that she was afraid of him. She did reach out for help to get him out of her house. It’s too bad the police didn’t take her seriously the first time. Perhaps they would’ve caught Noboyuki Sato, 9 years ago. He tased his own elderly mother several times and that hurts a lot to a big man. I can’t imagine how the effects of being electrocuted by a stun gun would feel for an elderly woman. Terrible!
It's been a long day and I smiled when I received the notification. It's easy to fall asleep to your calming voice and interesting true crime stories. Thank you very much. ❤
This story is heartbreaking because even though she was abducted there'll be those who will blame the victim because they claim she should have fought harder so for the rest of her life she will be known as either a victim or a liar so she like most victims around the world with one foot in the slut threshold and the other one in victim will no room for peace 😔 which is WHY many survivors hide the truth or take that well worn path of that final goodbye... XOXOXO from Florida sweetie I love your channel 🙏🏻 4 ✌🏼 AlWaYs
Lady, I just stumbled across your channel, and I just want to say that your voice is one of the best ones I’ve ever heard for narrations. The content is also excellent. Overall extremely happy to have come across your channel-looking forward to discovering more of your videos!

Correct so sad for the girl 🥲
Weak mothers who let their children run amuck and do as they please is how criminals are made.
True. My brother beats his kids. Screams and attacks people who won’t give him what he wants. But I’m the problem for calling these out. I’m the reason the family can’t get together because I refuse to bend to his toxic behaviour. She really had a tragic life even after her being freed. Hope she finds peace of mind

the most similar case to this one is Natasha Kampusch
Don't forget that Lady (I forgot the name) who's locked up in her room for 25 years by her mother and brother.
@@TROLL_FACE_00 the French lady!!! Damn- oh wait her nam was Blanche monnier or something similar to that
In Elizabeth's case, fortunately she's living in a secluded village whose people protect her dearly and chase away any reporter or media reps who intend to monetize her suffering
This poor girl lives a lifetime of mental damage and the abuser only gets a decade in jail and come out to live to his 50s..absolutely absurd
When dealing with the harm to a child the crime needs to taken serious by the courts. First offense is no excuse to only jail a criminal for 1 year.
So very sad that she wasn't able to realize that being found was a happy event
i like that when you are talking about cases and victims, you still had empathetic tone, voice, facial expressions which are small actions but very important
The mother should have been punished too
She was, forever her name and imagine is the mother of a monster.
Meg, can you please cover the story/case of Pepsi Paloma? This one is an intriguing one especially for those filipinose who are fans of the 3 well-known suspects. This will be a good one cause of the controversy and conspiracy. Thanks 🫶🏻
Also please cover the infamous "Antipolo Massacre". Thank u miss megan
Also please cover the infamous "Antipolo Massacre". Thank you.
This!
@acesabroso7873 she covered this already
Ayun!
No matter how safe a country might seem you can never leave children alone! That is just insane
Hey Megan, I always feel intrigued by your amazing crime investigation series, this is so heartbreaking. 😢
This is so sad and reminds me of the case of the French socialite who was held captive by her own mom and brother for 25 years. Glad she was finally found and reunited with her parents.

Yep unknown my ass.
It's willful ignorance.
Junko case still boil my blood.
@@liesandy291Another reminder is that they were connected to the Yakuza. And they are well known for blackmail. That is why the three boy’s pictures got leaked
this is terrifying
Thank you for covering this case, your explanation makes everything so easy to understand
I hope for her sake, it's not true. That lady has enough a lifetime of trauma to deal with.
Unfortunately that's true. Her father drowned in front of her in October 2007.
I did not hear about that. That is scary and I feel bad for her.

Thanks!
Omg!! I've been following you since the very beginning, and I feel so happy to see your channel grow! True, hardwork does pay off
How on earth did she cope on her very first period?😥 She must have been so confused cos he kidnapped her before she could experience it, combined with the poor hygiene how did she cope the first time she bled? 😰 She had no female to explain her body changes to her.
My girl Megan nearly on 400k subs! I'm so happy for you honey! Thank you for speaking about this case, you're truly appreciated 💕
Nobuyuki ‘s mother should be punished
We appreciate your insights. You'll always have our support.
This case reminds me of the Junko Furata case. Thank goodness it did not end in tragedy. Love your narration Meghan, you've got the Best voice for story telling.
its far from JF case, the victim didnt suffer any form of sexual violence nor played like a toy by the kidnapper.
This is nothing like the Junko Furata case
I shiver just to think what I'd feel if I was her. That poor girl shouldn't have had all those years of her life tortured like that....he's absolutely disgusting.
Thank you Megan for covering this case! You're gorgeous as always 💗
I really love your voice, been watching a lot of your vids these two days 😊 Great storytelling and you are so pretty!
14 year sentence for a 9 year abduction?!
@9:37 If she couldn't even stand on her own, there's no way she was getting 3 meals a day. 😐
even if she got 3 meals a day (unlikely), the lack of sunlight, exercise, fresh air, etc probably destroyed her immune system and general health
There’s other factors besides food tho
I love your videos so much! Keep being awesome!
Thank you Megan for another video as usual you nailed it! ❤
His mother knew and allowed it!! Shameful
5:56 Her "kindness"? I think you meant her "enabling". She didn't need to take being stunned repeatedly by her own son. Shit, if I did something like that to one of my parents or anyone in general, well my ass is grass. I'd be in jail!

huh no one is blaming a 9 year old for not being capable of escaping
Ah yes this was totally what i was expecting when i asked Megan for a Japanese horror story.
I have made a terrible mistake 😭
The mother should have also been punished! She's not innocent either!
Similar to the real life story of Natasha Kampbush
You are too beautiful to be covering sick topics like these.
I think I've heard this case before🤔
Yay! Early for once!
Yaaaaay!! ❤
❤❤❤
Too much coddling and his mental health was so bad.
You're to "truesome and gruesome" for me. 😮🏃
The best moments of the week are when I get the notifications that Megan has a new video. Best true crime channel!💜
Hi Megan.
Could you please cover some paranormal activities or stories in your next beauty and beast video.

Earlyyy
first :)
This is sad. I'm expecting a tragic story. Maybe it's just me but a tragic story is a better story than a happy one.
Why didn't the guy get social support? He died a lonely man too
ⓂMegan is legend Ⓜ
That poor baby 💔 my worst fear ... Why was she out alone?!?
These kinds of kidnaping cases are always the scariest bc the victims are completely random
*This is terrifying*
