    Interesting video for sure. And I'm sure things feelings will be strong on this topic. Overall I have found non-organic matcha to be of better taste. There's one exception and that would be Sakamoto Farms powdered Gyokuro. But I've never had it as freshly ground as Ooika matcha to get a real side by side comparison. Ooika tasted by the far the best I've tried yet. Sakamoto options are my second favorite. They are incredibly tasty for the price and considering they are not as freshly ground.
    But even with organic I don't know enough to speak intelligently. It's generally understood that you need certain chemicals to make tea plants reach their full potential. Thanks Marc!

      @@Ooika Zen and Sae are must try from Sakamoto San.
      But hard to come close to your beautifully stone milled goodness. That stuff is heaven in a jar.
