- After years of living semi-nomadically, we've finally settled somewhere. For a little white, at least. It all started with a total solar eclipse...

lol that kid knocking down the camera actually made for a beautiful shot looking into the eclipse
Yes it did haha. I had several cameras capturing the moment, and that one was the best one lol
As a Bay Area native and a patreon, welcome to living here! You’re going to absolutely love it. There are so many magical areas for photography that you’ll find as you explore this place that we call home!
Thank you, Jeff, for the welcome and your message on Patreon :)
Looking forward to all your photos from this areas. Eager to see what images you get of the bridge & the fog : )
Thank you, Richard! Been loving it so far, there's so much to explore around here. I've been walking quite a lot in the last few weeks, it feels great!
Now that I’m retired I get to spend a lot more time in that area. Truly my muse
It is beautiful around here. Enjoy!
if you have not yet hiked and shot the Cataract Trail in Marin County, you owe it to yourself. it is mind-blowingly beautiful.
Welcome to the Bay Area Adrian! Looking forward to seeing more of your work from this region, and the west coast in general. Hope to see you out it the fog sometime! Cheers.
Thank you so much, David! It's great to be here. Look out for a yellow jacket on a foggy day :) Hope to see you too!
Welcome to the golden state! Hope you stay a while.
Thank you so much, Max! I hope so too :)
Be safe in SF. Lots of crime . Nice video Adrian. Wonderful photos.
Thank you! Yes, you have to keep an eye out, even though so far it's felt pretty safe :)
Great coyote photo with the fog! And welcome to the Bay Area. Greetings from North Bay, Sonoma County. =)
Thank you so much, it's great to be here. I love Sonoma county, I have family there :) A place I cannot visit at this time of the year, though, my allergies are horrible up there!
@@aows Ah allergies! I went through hell end of April and early May. Finally things are subsiding though.
Hi Adrian, great photos as usual I loved the Fog and those nice Trees. It was good you were able to get a photo of the Coyote, it's not every day you come across a Coyote 🐺 good on you. Thanks for sharing San Francisco, very enjoyable. 😊
Thank you so much, glad you liked it!
Your welcome Adrian 😊
Fog heaven best place to be. Western coast. 👍
Absolutely! Looking forward to the summer fog :)
Te deseo lo mejor en tu nuevo hogar, gracias por tus vídeos
Muchas gracias!
The coolest place in the USA I guess 🙂
It is not bad haha. I love San Francisco, but as someone who enjoys cool temperatures, it feels like I'm "trapped" here in the Bay. It's so hot everywhere else haha.
@@aows Here the summer was in May, June starts with about 10 degree. We go to Sognefjorden this summer, as numerous wind power plants are planned around here now, even above Sognefjorden, next year we go to France, and if the madness is then not stopped, we resettle in Alpes Mancelles by the upper parts of the Sarthe River in 2026. My oldest daughter learns French and loves the language, that's why we decided to flee there away from the wind power plants in Norway. The cultural landscape there seems to resemble that around Lake Mjøsa, so I decided to continue my photography there.
It was probably easier for you as a newcomer to spot opportunities for pictures in the community that local photographers fail to appreaciate.
For sure! You always pay more attention when the environment is new to you. And seeing it through a fresh pair of eyes is not always easy to do, especially if you live there.
La foto del coyote es increíble, Adrian. Me encanta.
York, NE!
That's right! Spent the night there :)
As a Native to Napa Calif, now living in Portugal I understand your love of the beauty of Calif and the bay area. Hoping you get a chance to enjoy the beauty of the wild mustard in the vineyards and the foggy mornings and nights in the Napa hills and vinyards, the soure of my best childhood memories
I hope to make it up to Napa soon enough, this time of the year is pretty bad for me because of the allergies, but I'm hoping to go on some trips around there later in the summer. Beautiful place, no doubt :) As is Portugal, where in the country?
@aows my wife and I live in Braga, about 40 min drive North of Porto. if you ever return to Portugal we will take you to lunch
@@daviddyephotography oh, nice, that's not far from Galicia. I will for sure go back to Portugal, love the country!
@@aows would be enjoyable indeed !
Book ordered!
Bien Venido!, 😄Yo quiero moverme a Galicia de California
Jaja, gracias!
Beautiful photos with the coyote. I love the Presidio area when it has fog. It been years since I’ve been there though.
It is really cool, it's a pretty big area too with so much variety. From Baker beach and the bridge, to the cool trees and fields, and even more urban areas.
Great video Adrian. Also, seeing your photos, I might as well put my cameras on ebay and take up outdoor stamp collecting.
Thank you so much! Nooo, don't sell your cameras haha, photography is about having fun :D
Amazing photo with the coyote!
Thank you! Glad you liked it :)
👍 Good choice. Welcome to SF
Thank you so much! Happy to be here :)
Welcome to the neighborhood!
Thank you so much, Gary!
Welcome to San Francisco
Thank you so much!
♥️♥️♥️
Thank you!
Aye, nice enough I suppose …. but it’s not Scotland 😊
Haha, it is not! As much as I like it here, and the weather in San Francisco is actually very nice, some days I feel "trapped" in the Bay as everywhere else around is so hoooot. Those days I would really love to have some Scottish weather :D
Hide your camera gear. Tons of theft in SF these days.
That's probably a good idea. I try to keep the camera in my sling bag as much as possible, but it's always good to keep an eye out. So far, I haven't felt unsafe at all, but you never know.
