Sir, I went to "Microsoft 365 Developer" like you did and clicked on "Join", I was then directed to a page where I was supposed to enter my email address and password. As I type, Microsoft has blocked my two accounts, it claimed that the details I entered were not correct and then I changed the passwords and logged in again only to realize that my accounts (2) got blocked.
I've been making all efforts to retrieve them back but I've not been able to.
