I see this video is 3 years old but it's still super useful. I went through everything that Kevin explained several times so I am getting more adept at using PowerBI. The one thing that slipped by that he did NOT explain was that on the Country Slicer, to select more than 1 country, just hold down the Ctl key and then select multiple countries. Thanks for an amazing getting started video Kevin!!!

I really appreciated this overview generalized understanding of Power BI. Basically you have data to import. Clean up the data to show what you need. Import whatever else data needed from a website and what is imported to showcase if needed. Then make pretty visually the data based on the criteria to showcase. Then save and publish. Thanks for this good summary understanding to help me grasp Power BI which isn't bad whatsoever!!

I have 2 questions - (1) For example, you have the list of 15 countries in your excel data and when you import a wiki page and merge it with the excel sheet, does he tool have a capability to merge only those 15 countries and not all ? or do we have to manually remove the unwanted ones? Q2) Can the tool auto-arrange the country names by itself when a new data is merged with the existing data?. Kindly clarify, thank you very much.
