Hi Richard yes it's been a while. Hope you enjoy Sharon Jones. I recommend the documentary movie "Miss Sharon Jones" as well. You get to witness her amazing energy as a live performer, despite her illness. Worth investigating. The soundtrack serves as a pseudo greatest hits compilation so it's a primer to their work. I bought the rest on vinyl. Hope you enjoy it. Cheers mate.

Great Bob Dylan album. I have really enjoyed listening to Sharon Jones as well and she did have a great backing band. It looks like you have some great 45's and enjoyed seeing the ones you showed. Great tag response.

Thanks Randy for your kind comments. Yes the Sharon Jones albums are really great. The Bob Dylan's sound really surprised me. I actually sat down and really listened to it all the way through for the first time (as opposed to just having it on in the background). Something I need to do more of. Cheers mate 😎👍

Wow, that whole response was just great. "If you see me walkin' down the line....." I agree - flip side is the better song. Burn! Fantastic! I have that Sharon Jones/DapKings Christmas record....it's great. I have another record from them too - 100 Days 100 Nights. Rock on Peter!

Hi Randall thanks for your kind response. Yes "Beer Drinkers .." really get's the heart pumping. 😊 Been a couple of people who've recommended the SJTDK Christmas LP as well. "100 Days.." was the first of their tracks that I heard. Used to play it in a covers band. Great old school soul/funk pseudo gospel. Cheers mate 👍😊
