@@PiGstarcraft The shorts eventually come back doing it this way unfortunately.. it takes a while though. Revanced is the "permanent" answer, although they are in a constant cat and mouse game with youtube. For anyone using an android TV, smarttube next is the best youtube experience you will get. It's what youtube would be if it was designed by people who want to make a good product instead of engendering addiction and making money.

What an amazing play. I love how much setup it took and the probe survived through the whole thing.
Scarlet is one of my favorite players, always fun to watch and makes me want to boot up sc2 to play again
me too, she makes a lot of mistakes but also can give you the best games ever, and do incredible crazy things
Wish it would have the same effect on me. SC2 is dead to me. Such a boring game, too, sure the recall was cool, but other than that there was 30 minutes only units abducting.
One reason for a late game Phoenix is because the Phoenix can pick up a burrowed Lurker, and even just drop it, and it returns to the ground unburrowed. So it can be a handy trick sometimes.
fairly sure he got it as a direct response to easily clear the overseer hanging in the deadspace dropping nydus in his main (25:56 ingame), and then went around the map clearing some more overlords just so he didnt have to deal with any weird random nydus/ling runbys

I'm proud of myself for figuring out she was going to neural parasite a probe and make a nexus, but I couldn't figure out what protoss unit she was going to tech into. Nothing I thought of seemed to make sense!

If anyone here hasn't seen LowkoTV's cast of a ZvP where Zerg fully pivots to Protos mid-game, it's a good watch. ("The Zerg mothership") But I never thought I'd see this in a pro game.

The Phoenixes? Well, you can make them fast at least and there were a lot of air upgrades. (Edit: Also supply-efficient. Perhaps they did fit in at the moment.) He was trying to warp in DTs vs the Ultras, but he couldn't send back the Tempests to clean up the Overseers perhaps (?) Stalkers wouldn't have been reliable with Ultras on the ground. But Voidrays would have made as much sense if not more, I think.

The SICKEST play, letting the other player think they died 5 minutes ago when they thought they died but they built your base for them

I really love and hate players like Scarlett and Astrea for instance. Both absolute top, crazy strategies, insanely good, will do anything to kill you and make it look great and easy but on some days both of those I mentioned look mediocre and loose to stupid stuff even from lower lvl players and it's wildly annoying to watch.
The fact that she killed her own creep tumors RIGHT NEXT to the probe... That was probably pretty confusing to him until the recall came down.

@27:10 The 3 Phoenix are to kill Overseers so that DTs can shut down the runbys. A DT was warped in and killed, then the Phoenix came over and targeted the overseers.
the first phoenix was built tu kill the overseer that brought in the nydusses. ...although a single tempest could have done the saem thing.

the big brain move isn't so much the recall as it is killing her own tumors while leaving the probe alive (also that's why if you sacrifice a worker you should make it attack stuff so they're forced to engage with it =p)

+1 on the divorce from being a slave to our phones. turning off all notifications except for a specific whitelist of, mostly, family members.. for EVERYTHING.. has been a major game changer. that gives us OUR power back. it sounds silly, in an era of almost unmitigated and widespread auto-opt-in to all notifications.. to suggest something so seemingly extreme, as turn off all your fking notifications, seems like the literal only sane thing to do, once one has done it.

Funny how some months ago Lambo as trying to explain to chat why broods are bad in late games vs toss and I told him "To use broods you should neural a probe and use recall". But when he read that he was like "That's unironically the best suggestion I've had from chat" and went to custom game to try it out.

So much fun? They abducted units for 30 minutes and that was all the interaction. The Broodlord recall was the only cool thing, but I hoped she'd support her units with a Mothership instead.
SC2 is boring. I wish there was a balance mod competition. Not just 70 new races with lots of quirks because SC2 gameplay is the problem. SC1 BW looks so much more fun on Artosis' channel. I think it's due the unit sizes and how much slower a whole army can close the distance to the enemy. If the whole army can all at once, then there's no point in holding different areas on the map and thus map design basically doesn't matter.
