+Jon Lenaway I think we just figured out why Jason is winning all the time ;) just teasing Tom, we all make simple errors when recording and editing all day ;)
Hey Tom, I think you and your crew categorize these types of games as "fillers", when you're waiting for the next big game to start. Can you do a video on the top "filler" games? Thanks.
Tom, you do know your review is 10 seconds less than the game length. Intentionally defusing with seconds to spare? But I agree, I like Escape! and Fuse both for their own reasons! Great games!!!
After watching your review, I made my own version using index cards with white and red dice. Any die that's "multicolored" is wild, and can be red or white. I work with kids, and my homemade version may be easier for them...
I like the idea of this one, but Escape doesn't look appealing to me. It is just too chaotic. This one encourages team play and discussion more in my opinion. I might get it to use as a team building tool.
I have yet to play fuse but how would it require more teamwork. Escape is unbeatable without a good teamwork. On higher playercount people have to travel in groups(to not get black dice blocked), share gold and unlock gems together. It can be very chaotic but with a coordinated group you can get really good at it beating it on it's higher difficulty levels.
I haven't played Escape myself (though i have already played Fuse a lot), but from what i've seen sometimes you can just wander on your own. Sure sometimes you need help or should help others. In Fuse you have to discuss every roll and decide who picks which dice. There are no personal dice. Maybe it is close, but it seemed that Fuse would involve more discussion/teamwork.
as soon as i hear 1+4+5=11 i ran to the comments
exactly what i did
Me too

Yup.

This game looks fun. I'm going to buy 11 copies: 1 for myself, 4 for my friends at church, and 5 for my friends at my board gaming group!
Made my day... :D
BWAHAHAHAHA!!! Made my week!
Made my month
I give this review 10 (out of 11) :)
5+4+1 = 11?
Uhm...I think I would love to play this game, just not with tom on my team.
Checked the comments for math jokes. Satisfied.

+tbspaceship I think you want Tom on your team. You basically can put any numbers down to equal 11 :)
Hmmm, so that's how Tom get's so good at games.
Cheating.
+tbspaceship And he teaches his kids math! O_o lol j/k Tom... but you have to admit, that part of the video was funny. :-)
This games seems awesome... and if you have problems with math you can just house rule it like Tom does, +/-1 on any mathy answers :p

The app is a brilliant immersion tie-in.
