Thanks for the tutorial, very helpful. I'm going through the rulebook at the same time and this definitely helps with understanding. Some corrections, though, based on what I see in the rule book for the Lancaster Big Box edition. Not sure if they are updates/corrections on the originals.
1:38 law groups should be 3 tiles each. In every round round you vote for 3 new laws, which either come into effect or are removed from the game. So having stacks of 4, does not add up.
15:50 the player that wins Surrey decides who the start player is on the next turn. If it's advantageous, they might nominate someone else.
19:03 If France wins, the highest rewards is not awarded. The middles score goes to the 1st place, and the right one goes to the second.

      HELLO !!!
      1. ya im a little confused about that first one... can someone help me with the math ? lol ... doesn't there have to be 15 tiles in the stack because its 5 rounds x3 laws every round ? if you only have 3 of each stack it will be 4 x 3 = 12 tiles (you dont count 0 tiles because you dont vote on those) , and there wont be laws to vote on at the end ? maybe that is the rule but my group has always played it with the vote on the last round .
      2. sure ... but that would happen on the rarest on occations, its probably better to go first 95% of the time
      3. yes sir .... i mention that 30 seconds before that timestamp.
      thanks for watching

@@thecrabbydice My, bad, yo're right on the 1st point. The base game rules doe not clearly mention a the number of tiles for each stack, but there are 18 in total there and all of them are used, so that the 5th round also has laws to vote on. The 3rd point, not sure what I was thinking, you explained it correctly. Sorry to cause confusion and thanks again for all the videos! I like your channel because you highlight a lot of great classic game, not just the newest over-hyped kickstarters, like most board game channels do.
