neat find, a video from someone who played SH2 but not SH1. the problem with SH2 is that it's not actually a soul hackers sequel, but instead it's functionally a persona spinoff. from how demons work to the stylization to the tone to the antagonists, it's all persona. but SH1 and therefore the expectations for SH2 were not that. like REALLY not that. SH1's whole vibe was more akin to mr robot than cyberpunk. more basement dwelling hackerman and less aesthetic neon.
