    Great recipe even though it was your first time. And love the ending some your husband trying out the food. Good job! I’ll be sure to try this next time but without the fish sauce

    Thanks for the good idea, I’ll have to make it for my mother in law. She just gave me so many noodles bags, she said she knows how much I love to eat noodles like pho, kapoon, etc... 😂

    How do u make ur noodle not being clutter or chuck?

  • @sammiemoua3220

    Which sweet dark soy sauce do you use

    • @bonntaub

      @sammiemoua3220 I like the Kwong Hung Seng bottle with a blue top and annoying to open. I've tried the Healthy Boy Brand bottle, but I don't like it. It has a weird scent to the end taste.

    You make it similar to how I make it.. ground pork, same sauces and cilantro and green onion at the end.

      I think at Hmong events it's usually beef though? I couldn't remember, haven't been to one in so long due to COVID. Still delicious!! 🤤

    I was wondering if you can tell me the portion of sauce you put in? Thank you 😊

    • @bonntaub
      @bonntaub  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I probably used about 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and 2 tablespoons of sweet dark soy sauce then 1 tablespoon of sugar!

    My noodles always stick together..idk how to cook it like that without sticking

    • @bonntaub
      @bonntaub  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Are you blanching them in hot water and cooking them before tossing into the stirfry? If theyre too soft then theyll become soggy and stick together. If theyre still really firm then it can still absorb sauce in the stirfry.

      @JSJA19640 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@bonntaub yea I soak it in warm water. Maybe it's too soggy that's why
