I wanted to share with you my mom's bean thread noodle soup. It's garlicky, herbaceous, savory, light, and so comforting. It's also super easy to make! If you are feeling a little under the weather or just want a light noodle soup dish, this one is for you. Give it a go. Happy cooking!

I love this dish. This is one of my favorite dishes growing up and I still make it to this day. Very light but so delicious.
I make a dish similar to this often but never tried with Chinese sausage before. Tonight I did this recipe but stir fried and it was a hit! Added lime juice and everything ! Thanks for the idea.
