From Brooklyn Nine-Nine, the NBC series revolving around Jake Peralta (Andy Samberg), a New York City Police Department (NYPD) detective in Brooklyn's fictional 99th Precinct, who often comes into conflict with his commanding officer, the serious and stern Captain Raymond Holt (Andre Braugher). I would say Boyle has the perfect villain story, but there’s probably some kind of Boyle tradition in being a villain.
More like a personality defect in the Boyle DNA that keeps them from being villains in the first place

Jake's response to the STDs shows their friendship to me. It's that initial "what're you talking about buddy?" before starting in on the jokes that makes it for me.
this is the first time i've noticed that in the boyle bingo scene, charles brings coffee for himself and rosa, rosa takes the cup labeled rosa and gives it to gina
it's the little things about this show that just elevate it
