The dog in the car thing never made any sense to me. The sunroof was open.
That's the joke, the driver already left the sunroof open and knows their dog would jump out if they left the side window open. They didn't need to break the window at all.
@@kiki-acab It's a bad joke that relies on the entire Office being idiots. I mean they're crazy sometimes but they're not all that dumb. Seasons 8 and 9 were truly the darkest times.

My personal theory for Stanley not noticing anything, is the fact that he saw it and just didn’t care.

My favorite joke from the series, because it’s so subtle and quick, and just shows that Michael is not in the same world as everyone else.
