- Join me on my first time adventure to Manhattan, New York City, where I explored some of the incredible vegan food scene over three incredible days. From local hotspots to bustling eateries, I explored the city's diverse culinary landscape, indulging in a variety of plant-based eats. I discovered hidden gems and inventive vegan options, proving that the Big Apple is a haven for plant-based eaters. Get ready to be inspired... and hungry... as I take you on a delicious journey through NYC!

Here's a list of the vegan-friendly restaurants I went to:
1. Dill & Parsley - Near Times Square, they serve amazing falafel sandwiches. Whether in a pita, bowl, or wrap, it's a tasty quick bite you won't forget.
2. Sesamo - In Hell's Kitchen, this place mixes Italian and Asian flavors. Surprisingly good, they offer some tasty vegan dishes that'll make you want more.
3. Vegan on the Fly - Also near Times Square, this vegan fast food spot serves top-notch food. From sandwiches to loaded fries, it's so good you'll forget it's fast food!
4. Ageha Sushi Restaurant - Found in Hell's Kitchen, this sushi joint has a few delicious vegan options.
5. Fresh & Co - Located by Central Park, they offer vegan-friendly sandwiches and salads that are both healthy and flavorful.

Very good work!
Great video! I live in NYC and thought I'd tried or at least heard of all the vegan spots, but thanks for that one Dill and Parsley. and the dish at Sesamo..the lasagna looked so good. Next time you should try the West Village: Red Bamboo, JaJaJa, Chinatown's Buddha Bodhi, all are 100% vegan and so delicious.
Ooh I'll definitely check those out next time! Thanks for the recommendations 😊❤️ Sesamo is worth a visit. I still dream about that lasagna 🤤
I live in nyc and have never heard of sesamo, definitely added to my list now! That lasagna looks bomb. I highly recommend trying the ramen at Tonchin next time you’re in town (also many appetizers are vegan). Hands down best vegan ramen i’ve had in the US
I love Ramen! I'll definitely try the next time I go. Highly recommend Sesamo!
Looks so good. Thanks for sharing 😊
Thank you, Thalia 😊❤️
