Looks great! I will try this. By the way, blending hot water in the Nutriblender for too long is a bit dangerous because the steam creates pressure and I swear I once had my cup exploding while I opened it and cashew foam flew everywhere. Lucky I didn't get hurt, but it was powerful. Since then I blend for a little while, then I unscrew the cup a little to let the steam off and then blend it again. I do this a few times so not pressure gets built up inside.
Looks great! Always looking for plant-based cheeses as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy. Thanks for sharing
Hi Rocco, I'm experimenting with Vegan food for health reasons and have watched several of your videos. Thank you! They're great! I'm planning on trying this tonight and was wondering how you melted this for your bread? Simple bake? Broil? I've had challenges with melting store bought vegan cheeses. Your cheese bread looks amazing!
Hey! I'm glad you're enjoying my recipes 😊. I placed the cheese on the bread and then broiled it. It came out great! Let me know if you like the cashew mozz'!
@@earthtorocco it was amazing. I tasted it after blending and honestly could not believe the flavour. Melted nicely. The only thing was that it never really solidified. It's like a spread now. Maybe I didn't cook it long enough on the stove before putting in the fridge. But this is a keeper. Thanks so much again for sharing this!
Anytime! 😊 Mine didn't quite solidify the way cheese does but I was able to solidify it enough to slice it. Maybe try a little bit more tapioca starch or storing it in a mold in the fridge. Happy you enjoyed it otherwise! 😁❤️
I’m sorry, but you vegans need to come up with your own terminology. THIS IS NOT AND WILL NEVER BE MOZZARELLA CHEESE. CHEESES ARE MADE WITH ANIMAL MILK AS IT HAS FOR HUNDREDS OF YEARS!!! Ugh
Wow tomorrow Im making cauliflower crust pizza with tomatoes, garlic, basil and this cheese. Yum!🎉
Sounds yummy! Send some my way! 😋

Oh wow good tip! I've never had that happen but I can see how it could! 😮
This is incredibly easy and really, really delicious. Thanks!
I'm glad you enjoyed the recipe 😁❤️
