- In this video i will be removing my old broken wheel bearing and replace it with a new one. The process will be the same for v35 skyline and 350z.

I just did this on my G the other day, using a hub & bearing from a Pathfinder!
Wheel Spacers and Excessive Camber will accelerate wheel bearing wear/failure.

Bruh you dont even have to remove the axle from the diff🤦🤦😂😂i just did both my rears on my 03 g35 took me notime at all removed the 4 bolts and bam insert new ones
so theres enough room to get to the 4 bolts without pullilng axle? Good to hear. Ive seen so many say the axle needs pulled.
@@theripper121yeah barely enough room but you definitely don’t have to pull the axel , not sure why they do that in these videos bc it doubles the time doing it their way

I’m doing mine tomorrow morning I know it’s tight not removing the axel how did you get acesss to 4 nuts behind did you use a ratchet back there or
@@KayAimz Depending on the extensions and swivels you have you might possibly be able to get it out without taking out the axles. I did mine like 6 weeks ago and ya I had to pull the axles.

You need a slide hammer to remove old bearing and a torque wrench that's up to 177 ft pounds
It’s cheaper to buy the whole assembly I just bought all 4 hubs and bearing for $206 and that’s with shipping

I am doing the job and i put a mark on the shaft before take it off the differenciel and my old shaft is damage i have tu replace it so i dont have any mark on the New shaft my question is did i can put it back in any position on the differentiel??

Very similar set up in my Q50 awd EXCEPT the axel is not bolted onto the diff, it’s actually pressed into the diff. Do you think using an axel puller on the studs to push in the axel spline will help create space to access the 4 bolts??
hum that is very interesting design but i have no idea if that will damage anything by using axel puller
Do you need a hydraulic press? It says you need a hydraulic press when replacing wheel bearings on rock auto.
yes you do need a press to press in the new bearing
How did you get a socket on the six bolts behind the axle?
you can do it from the other side
Rotate the wheel
You used a second hand hub assembly to replace the worn one, it's not "new" as you say because it's already rusty,
bearing is brand new and pressed on so to me the hub assembly is new
Same for a 2004 G35 with factory brembos?

The 32mm bolt came off easily.🙄
You dont show the most important part of actually removing and pressing a new bearing in.
i don't have a press so took it to a shop and they did it.
Not hard to figure out he had to have a machine shop have it pressed he clearly explained it and also said u can get the whole kit
