I would introduce her as early as the Battle of Gods arc as a female researcher for Capsule Corp, possibly a high-ranking one, and note she has amnesia about part of her life, a certain interest in the Androids (in fact she helped Bulma fix 16), and can reliably out-eat Vegeta. And then, after witnessing Cell Max' defeat, Carmine activates the Red Ribbon's final weapon, the one Magenta considered so dangerous he'd rather track down Hedo and develop the Gammas and Cell Max rather than use - Android 21.

Question. In GT the reason giving for the evil dragon arc and the world being destroyed is because the dragon balls are being used too much. In the new movie, balma has been using the dragon balls for cosmetics. Canon and none canon, I find this really hurts balma character. Because if you still consider GT Canon like i do. It makes balma responsible for the events of the evil dragon arc.
I wish we got more figures of her. I was hoping Banpresto would add her to the Glitter & Glamours line but it looks like they stopped doing Dragon Ball characters for this line.
Honestly! I can see why 21 turned herself into an Android/Gynoid/ or Cyborg, and then further improved herself. The Truth is that she’s much like Bulma. She was wants to retain her sexy, youthful appearance. Not wanting to be so consumed like Doctor Gero. Yet still had a desire for wanting to defeat Goku. It’s just that she had no idea how Powerful he had gotten.
I think that it would add a lot of depth to Dr. Gero's character in terms of his true motivations regarding making the perfect android if his original intention was to save his wife from death by making her a bio-android. Perhaps she had a terminal illness after awhile, and both of them were brilliant minds and Gero may have taken the funding from RR Army to pursue that. (It'd be even more of a plot twist if the RR Army is the one that gave her the illness for that reason) It woulld explain why Gero would be so hellbent of revenge against Goku, as he could have had his wife there as an android (but in stasis due to needing more info and tests before activation, or perhaps her personality was altered). It'd be really cool to see Vomi with a tragic story like that, now awake in a world where she may be confused and trying to adjust and had been undercover. It may give Hedo some family and he could learn from his grama.
As 21's self proclaimed biggest fan, as much as I'd love for her to become canon in Super somehow, a big part of me kind of likes the role she currently has. Being a video game only character that in some way appears in all of them. She's like THE Dragon Ball gaming mascot. I think that's cool.

Keeping the red ribbon scientists alive and them still being somewhat evil or whatever is great for the possibility of android 21 but I feel Goten and Trunks should have 2 mini bosses they have to use ssg to fight other than her and she goes all evil buu form and gotenks pulls out ssb in the end
I personally don’t read the manga. But I do watch videos talking about what goes on in the manga. But if I were to introduce android 21 into the manga and then later anime. I would maybe have it be that hedo discovers files for another android by his father. He looks through the files and learns that the android is based on his mother. (*Considering Hedo is likely younger than android 16’s human model. He likely has little to no memories of his actual mother.*) and by only using what’s in the notes he makes this new android. However, wanting her to be strong enough so she doesn’t get killed. He uses the cells from various villains and this would later give birth to 21’s evil personality. Which she would have to wrestle with to make sure she doesn’t hurt the people around her. Especially as she comes to connect with various characters.
I like her design alot, but her story could be alot better; she's Cell 2.0 - the GOAT antagonist of DB with the bonus of some Buu DNA added to the mix.
I think Hedo could start her with his new lab at capsule Corp. They talk about fixing 16 and he remembers his brother and family. He made her off of the blueprints he memorized trying to make a better version of cell that he actually likes. Based it off his mom. Red Ribbon steals the model before Hedo can stabilize the Buu cells and it finishes in its own. She starts out innocent and runs away from RR army cause they are sketchy and she is confused. She runs into Uub. The two Buu souls meeting sets off an evil energy in them both. 21 disappears but Uub goes frantic. Goten and Trunks fight and calm down Uub befriend him. Uub tells them about 21 and they hunt her down as a team. Goten Trunks and Uub find her and can't stop her. Gohan Piccolo Goku and Vegeta come in to save the day. They do the spirit bomb to stop her. She reverts back to good right before she dies. And her motherboard is damaged but intact
Personally, I am sick of the red ribbon army for quite a few reasons, but I do enjoy vomi/21 in my opinion they should retcon her dearth and bring her into the story she is just humans who helps bulma and left her husband because she saw how corrupt he became and didn’t want to be with him anymore in terms of her children not going with her she could of offered but both decided to stay idk, I feel like vomi could aid the vegeta, goku with her tech analysing threats and They use her research they can use in ways that’s not fighting abs not annoying like how bulma is sometimes, side note I miss her og actress Tiffany
Well, strengthwise I really am not sure, the entire overarching plotline for fighterz was that there were waves inhibiting the strength of the z fighters to a massive degree, which then led to necessating the "soul" aka the player to balance things out. However the stength of x z fighter was still limited by how good the soul itself understood the fighter in question, which was the whole link thing. The whole time during the arcs we did not see someone like beerus interfere, or Goku/vegeta use any form of god ki because the "soul" itself couldn't grasp it. So like, the entire time the fighterz story arcs more or less were around buu saga strength which is....don't get me wrong still impressive that android 21 was more or less holding everyone of them off, but like, we can all probably agree that if it weren't for the powerinhibiting waves then it wouldn't have escalated to that point. Because everyone was at their max potential. That would include the god forms. So if she were to be brought back in the actual dragonball super timeline....at least if you want her as a fighter, then you'd have to make her as strong as the gammas or above that. Or well, you just keep her as a researcher, but in my opinion that would be wasted potential for a design as interesting as hers. With the buu, cell and frieza abilities and ultra fast learning. There was a scene with goku where he noticed her incredible learning speed, first when she mastered instant transmission almost immediately and second, in some of the "pre-battle" scenes. Goku basicly said: Damn, you have incredible potential and you get stronger by fighting strong opponents just like us saiyans, so we'll have you fight lots of baddies to get you up to speed and once all this is over, I can't wait to have a go against you on friendly terms. Goku saw the combat potential, so her just being a researcher would be a bit dissapointing. Her being both tho, now that would be great imo
Uh in the final story arc 21 ate the wave machine which destroyed the waves for everyone. And even then the z fighters combined couldn’t beat her, vegeta noting that even with their full power (blue and blue kkx10) they can’t beat her. Strength wise she is very strong.
I wish dragon ball: the breakers add her as a raider. And it is not uncommon for fighting game to have top tier character that are far superior than most in several field, so I think they shouldn't nerf her in fighterZ, maybe just ban her from tournaments/ranked but give the player an unrestricted ranked match option for those that don't mind fighting her...

The Androids in DB and DBZ always confused me slightly. Because some are indeed Robotic Androids, and some of them are just modified and "Reprogrammed" Human Cyborgs. Like 17 and 18 were (If I remember correctly) siblings/twins who were modified genetically and cybernetically. I personally still wouldn't call those two Androids, and yet a friend said in some ways, with enough modification and alteration they could technically be organic "Androids" at that point due to the mental reprogramming. So yeah, it confuses me a bit sometimes. But I still liked it all in the end.
I like her and was happy she was implemented in the game. More the fact that I play games with my gf or sisters and no matter what they always pick girl characters. there’s barely any and makes me glad I can play games with them and they have a good time too B’c there’s some girl characters they can pick from. Evil goten; trunks is obsessed with beast gohan and wants to fuse with him.goten see trunks fan boying and tries to get stronger.training with gohan and piccolo(which turns out too much.),so he trains by himself.starts to think that gotenks was a joke to the other fighters,bc he was so weak and ill trained.he remembers the tells of future trunks and wants to use it to tell his younger self to keep training and not give up.that we would need his strength.goten goes to the boo saga and gives his younger self the message.ends up fighting boo and barely escaping.he helps gotenks open the portal in the time chamber. To get out. A piece of boo sneaks into the time machine and rides back to the present. The blob of pink makes its way to a prototype Android that the fat guy from super hero. Had started and the blob animate her body and gives her a weakness,of not being at full power. The Android promises goten more power and turns him against trunks and beast gohan. Throughout the fight goten shows stronger then trunks and piccolo,but gohan doesn't want to go beast on h but And.21 forces beast out of him.beast gohan ends up weakened do to jumping in the way of a blast(call back to when piccolo gave himself for gohan sayian saga.)goten sees that and snaps out of 21s control and fuseS with trunks to give us a ssj3 gotenks that is serious and gotenks feels the new power and as they fight. Goten tells trunks about what he did and it was all his fault but then they fuse and goten feels the power up he got from his time travel. He tells trunks in the third person that he learned some new techniques thanks to his younger self and that gives us a new finisher to drull over.
I like her base form and her majin form but her being an android that turns into a majin never sat well with me. Majin form should have gotten a slight redesign and have been a separate character

Dragon Ball has a distinct lack of relevant female fighters. Android 21 would be a welcome addition to the cast. I really don't think having Goten and trunks be the focus of her story is a good idea. For a couple of reasons, some of them more polite than other reasons. The biggest reason is that Goten and trunks aren't relevant (power wise). Having them handle Android 21 would make her not a threat. If the object of the story is to flip her and make her a good guy to increase the cast female fighter pool... this is not the way to go. The prime cast has to interact with her, and it should end with her good side surviving. (And they should have her be a relevant cast member.)
Dragon Ball is definitely overdue for a female main villain. I wouldn't be surprised if the franchise has shied away from it simply because they don't want a major focus of male versus female violence

Android 21 is one of the most popular new breakout characters that dragon ball ever had. She is one of my waifus that I’d would ship Goku and her together. Plus there were times some of Goku’s friends we’re teasing her about being with Goku. I love everything about this powerful & beautiful majin Android.
It was very refreshing to have Android 21 added into the dragon ball roster, especially when I’m so sick and tired of dragon ball being dominated by male characters, most of the female characters are so useless nowadays only Android 18 is the only female fighter available despite 18 being a mom
I would just have Goku get OG73 from Granola’s planet in the Heerterz ship and have Bulma and Vomi’s grandson look at it. Thanks to how OG73's abilities work, he would be able to make an Android version of his grandma, without the hunger, but it is Vomi, the wife of Gero, mother to the son Goku killed. She would simply just want to get revenge for her family being killed by the Z warriors. Also, I'm sick of the bio-androids just having copied powers. Just make her a mix of Mahoraga, and Janemba. Always evolving, adapting, and finding ways to outsmart or defeat foes. I'm sure most fans love seeing the bio-androids using the techniques of past characters, but I just want a bio-android with their own moveset.

I think Hedo could start her with his new lab at capsule Corp. They talk about fixing 16 and he remembers his brother and family. He made her off of the blueprints he memorized trying to make a better version of cell that he actually likes. Based it off his mom. Red Ribbon steals the model before Hedo can stabilize the Buu cells and it finishes in its own. She starts out innocent and runs away from RR army cause they are sketchy and she is confused. She runs into Uub. The two Buu souls meeting sets off an evil energy in them both. 21 disappears but Uub goes frantic. Goten and Trunks fight and calm down Uub befriend him. Uub tells them about 21 and they hunt her down as a team. Goten Trunks and Uub find her and can't stop her. Gohan Piccolo Goku and Vegeta come in to save the day. They do the spirit bomb to stop her. She reverts back to good right before she dies. And her motherboard is damaged but intact

Personally, I am sick of the red ribbon army for quite a few reasons, but I do enjoy vomi/21 in my opinion they should retcon her dearth and bring her into the story she is just humans who helps bulma and left her husband because she saw how corrupt he became and didn’t want to be with him anymore in terms of her children not going with her she could of offered but both decided to stay idk, I feel like vomi could aid the vegeta, goku with her tech analysing threats and They use her research they can use in ways that’s not fighting abs not annoying like how bulma is sometimes, side note I miss her og actress Tiffany

Well, strengthwise I really am not sure, the entire overarching plotline for fighterz was that there were waves inhibiting the strength of the z fighters to a massive degree, which then led to necessating the "soul" aka the player to balance things out. However the stength of x z fighter was still limited by how good the soul itself understood the fighter in question, which was the whole link thing.
The whole time during the arcs we did not see someone like beerus interfere, or Goku/vegeta use any form of god ki because the "soul" itself couldn't grasp it.
So like, the entire time the fighterz story arcs more or less were around buu saga strength which is....don't get me wrong still impressive that android 21 was more or less holding everyone of them off, but like, we can all probably agree that if it weren't for the powerinhibiting waves then it wouldn't have escalated to that point. Because everyone was at their max potential.
That would include the god forms.
So if she were to be brought back in the actual dragonball super timeline....at least if you want her as a fighter, then you'd have to make her as strong as the gammas or above that.
Or well, you just keep her as a researcher, but in my opinion that would be wasted potential for a design as interesting as hers.
With the buu, cell and frieza abilities and ultra fast learning.
There was a scene with goku where he noticed her incredible learning speed, first when she mastered instant transmission almost immediately and second, in some of the "pre-battle" scenes.
Goku basicly said: Damn, you have incredible potential and you get stronger by fighting strong opponents just like us saiyans, so we'll have you fight lots of baddies to get you up to speed and once all this is over, I can't wait to have a go against you on friendly terms.
Goku saw the combat potential, so her just being a researcher would be a bit dissapointing. Her being both tho, now that would be great imo
Uh in the final story arc 21 ate the wave machine which destroyed the waves for everyone. And even then the z fighters combined couldn’t beat her, vegeta noting that even with their full power (blue and blue kkx10) they can’t beat her. Strength wise she is very strong.
I wish dragon ball: the breakers add her as a raider. And it is not uncommon for fighting game to have top tier character that are far superior than most in several field, so I think they shouldn't nerf her in fighterZ, maybe just ban her from tournaments/ranked but give the player an unrestricted ranked match option for those that don't mind fighting her...
I personally like android 21 because we needed more female characters, and I am a fan of androids, but I hate the main form. It’s honestly pretty cringe, and looks nothing like an android.

The Androids in DB and DBZ always confused me slightly. Because some are indeed Robotic Androids, and some of them are just modified and "Reprogrammed" Human Cyborgs. Like 17 and 18 were (If I remember correctly) siblings/twins who were modified genetically and cybernetically. I personally still wouldn't call those two Androids, and yet a friend said in some ways, with enough modification and alteration they could technically be organic "Androids" at that point due to the mental reprogramming. So yeah, it confuses me a bit sometimes. But I still liked it all in the end.
I like her and was happy she was implemented in the game. More the fact that I play games with my gf or sisters and no matter what they always pick girl characters. there’s barely any and makes me glad I can play games with them and they have a good time too B’c there’s some girl characters they can pick from. To get out. A piece of boo sneaks into the time machine and rides back to the present. The blob of pink makes its way to a prototype Android that the fat guy from super hero. Had started and the blob animate her body and gives her a weakness,of not being at full power. The Android promises goten more power and turns him against trunks and beast gohan. Throughout the fight goten shows stronger then trunks and piccolo,but gohan doesn't want to go beast on h but And.21 forces beast out of him.beast gohan ends up weakened do to jumping in the way of a blast(call back to when piccolo gave himself for gohan sayian saga.)goten sees that and snaps out of 21s control and fuseS with trunks to give us a ssj3 gotenks that is serious and gotenks feels the new power and as they fight. Goten tells trunks about what he did and it was all his fault but then they fuse and goten feels the power up he got from his time travel. He tells trunks in the third person that he learned some new techniques thanks to his younger self and that gives us a new finisher to drull over.

Dragon Ball has a distinct lack of relevant female fighters. Android 21 would be a welcome addition to the cast. I really don't think having Goten and trunks be the focus of her story is a good idea. For a couple of reasons, some of them more polite than other reasons. The biggest reason is that Goten and trunks aren't relevant (power wise). Having them handle Android 21 would make her not a threat. If the object of the story is to flip her and make her a good guy to increase the cast female fighter pool... this is not the way to go. The prime cast has to interact with her, and it should end with her good side surviving. (And they should have her be a relevant cast member.)

Android 21 is one of the most popular new breakout characters that dragon ball ever had. She is one of my waifus that I’d would ship Goku and her together. Plus there were times some of Goku’s friends we’re teasing her about being with Goku. I love everything about this powerful & beautiful majin Android.
It was very refreshing to have Android 21 added into the dragon ball roster, especially when I’m so sick and tired of dragon ball being dominated by male characters, most of the female characters are so useless nowadays only Android 18 is the only female fighter available despite 18 being a mom

Thanks to how OG73's abilities work, he would be able to make an Android version of his grandma, without the hunger, but it is Vomi, the wife of Gero, mother to the son Goku killed. She would simply just want to get revenge for her family being killed by the Z warriors.
Also, I'm sick of the bio-androids just having copied powers. Just make her a mix of Mahoraga, and Janemba. Always evolving, adapting, and finding ways to outsmart or defeat foes. I'm sure most fans love seeing the bio-androids using the techniques of past characters, but I just want a bio-android with their own moveset.
