I really appreciate you throwing this video up aswell as the videos about subjects that don't get talked on enough. Like the musicality video! I was a young and living in the suburbs when I found breaking, so I've mainly been teaching myself through youtube and haven't really had a true bboy to help me grow a proper foundation and teach me the importance of stretching(both short and long term), musicality, discipline, respect, etc. So as someone who wasn't really able to grow up immersed in the bboy culture, I really appreciate the knowledge you provide🙏

Tbh this is one of the most important in a practice session, many bboys and bgirls are misguided with wrong infos about warm up and stretching before doing the actual training. This vid will be lit💥💥

Oh man I've got my knee injured as a kid when I was skateboarding, and this sucks reall bad! I feel like I'm always at risk of "triggering" that old injury again, and sadly - it happens, and it hurts like hell. Take a good care of your knees everyone.

I just walk in a cypher and do top rocks and footwork for like 20-40 min to get a good sweat and then I practice powermoves (drills) for 1-2h. I might stretch my groin, back and wrists a little bit before powermoves.

Luckily I saw this video, I used to stretch before practicing. I really need to talk to someone so I can set a precise functional warming up routine cause I don't want injuries and I wanna improve flexibility and stuff like that. Thank you
