    I went to a workshop from The End from Gamblerz, he taught us stretching the same amount of time at the beginning and end of practice. Personally found light stretching at the beginning of practice and then deeper stretching at the end suits me :-)

      Yes this is the point. That's why I said "hardcore stretching" in the video.

    Dude, I do not like coaches but you 're doing a great work.
    You nailed about the neck injury on doing halos.
    For me, i got this pain because i wasn't moving my neck acordingly(syncronzing with legs and hands), so you can imagine all that pressure endured by the neck :/ Coffin dancers coming to me

    I usually do light stretching before my session and add a stretching routine after training. So far it's been working well. Light stretching activates my body and deep stretching helps me to attain flexibility.
    The worst injury I encountered is the elbow and arm injury and literally I couldn't do any freezes.

    Great video! Maybe an idea for the future would be a injury prevention workout guide. Ever have any knee problems? Been breakin for 5 years now, got all the basic power down save airflares and my only two injuries were meniscus tears. Although admittedly not from powermoves 😅. Peace✌

    Please elaborate on this topic

    • @CoachSambo
      @CoachSambo  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dymamic stretching is good before practice. You should avoid static stretching if you are going to knock out some powermoves 👍

  • @qbakuba2057
    @qbakuba2057 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Why you dont stretch before doing powermoves? I do it all the time and it works fine for me. Without streching before doing headspin or windmills I could get a serious injury.
