Reality shows will often hire someone to create conflict behind the scenes by getting the cast members riled up, try to pit cast members against each other, and in some cases put them in a state of emotional distress and trigger their fight or flight response.
You'd be surprised as to how most of the people are resistant to change of any sort in their life even if it's for the better , they find something and they stick to it even if it's self destructive , human nature is pretty weird lol

It looked good until I saw the pool of brown grease and the raw dough inside. It was just covered in melted cheese/sausage that’s the only reason it looked tasty on the surface.
I'm gonna be real, I'd probably throw down on that pizza. It doesn't look like the best I'd ever have but I'd take that over Domino's. Granted, it does look pretty greasy and you'd probably feel like dying after more than two slices but there was plenty of cheese and the chunks of sausage were the right size.
Restaurants are one of the hardest business to keep going. You gotta have solid people that actually care and the food has to be consistent that’s biggest thing consistency is everything
The whole “I eat it” I once ate an onion chopped and soaked in lemon juice. Then added baked soda it reacted with the juice and made a salty sour onion Yea I didn’t find it that bad but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
