imagine if all of the neighbours in these cases actually did something when they heard someone in distress. how different the outcomes would be and how much more evidence could be found. if you hear something do something!!!
YES YES YES YES YES!!!! This is why i call anytime there's something that even COULD be sketch. Just call non emergancy and they tell you if they think they need to connect you to county! Litterally did it like a few weeks ago
yulita YES like it could literally save a life. One of my best friends was murdered and police said she would've survived if the neighbors had called when they heard noises coming from her house, but no one did because "they try to keep to themselves and not disturb anyone." The noises were her struggling to get to the door after she was stabbed. No one called and she died alone and struggling... Even if you think it could just be noises from a movie or whatever. CALL. If anything they'll appreciate a good neighbor checking on them. We all gotta look out for each other. ❤
yulita yea but that’s how people die but I don’t understand how they didn’t even call the police at least but I wouldn’t run to a house when people are screaming. It could be a set up or you could be next.
@@emmaflint1215 that's a horrible attitude. so why the hell are you a nine-one-one operator then? we need people who are compassionate and understanding of people who are freaking out and screaming because they see something horrifying or something horrifying is happening to them.
Emma Flint do you fucking understand what extreme stress does to a person? If you can’t be calm and de-escalate a situation in an appropriate way without berating and being snide with someone who is in an EMERGENCY SITUATION you have no business being a 911 operator. I don’t know where you live but I’m making it my mission to find out and get your ass fired with a screenshot of your HORRIBLY insensitive comment.
You literally can't tie yourself up and THEN hang yourself like that - and you wouldn't strip, you definitely wouldn't scream either. This was 100% murder
Kenya Wesley to be fair they dont have time for Compassion they need the info to get there and help asap. If you have compassion for everyone i imagine it will take time and definitely an emotional toll on yourself
I thought so too. I completely understand that dispatchers have to be quick and thorough but I also think they should show compassion when talking to people under unimaginable stress... And her tone of voice during that call seemed to show that she's severely lacking in that department.
@@ashleylucas-hemphill3689 yeah, thats fair but theres still all that other stuff thats fishy about her suicide. like getting over the bannister when she was all tied up? or the knife thing? and the note on the door makes little sense in the context of the suicide.
“Let me hang myself naked outside on the balcony to give my lover an even more painful experience than what he’s already going through”.... I think not.
"after telling my sister I need to be strong for him" Yeah.... that makes perfect sense... How the hell did they seriously think this was suicide? It is difficult enough to hang yourself in the first place without anyone noticing, but to spend time writing that message, tieing those knots, putting a gag in your mouth while another person is in the house?! No one would do that! It makes zero sense!
Yea.... if she really wanted to commit suicide than why the hell was she naked in PUBLIC?? so creepy . And on top of dat max was not even dead when Rebecca died.
TigerMonthlyHits ....yeah i dont think your thought process would be the most logical while in a lot of emotional pain... When a guy hurt my mom real bad i didnt think "Yeah imma beat the shit out of him so my mom can be even more hurt by me getting charged." I woulda went ahead anyways hadnt my brother been there. Yeah.. im not saying you're wrong.. but your logic is quite questionable and honestly.. quite frustrating. But what if she killed the boy in a fit of anger and then herself out of guilt, didnt want to dishonor her family with suicide and made it look like a murder. Im not saying this is the case. But consider it atleast.
Also don't work on mental health hotlines!! Rude people working at the DMV or retail? Not the worst, at best inconvenient. Rude people working in critical situations that involve high stress? Literally can be life or death! That's why I think compassion training is imperative for those jobs
Coronado is a pretty safe area so that doesn’t surprise me. What surprises me more is that they live across from a VERY nice hotel and the hotel’s cameras didn’t catch anything.
This was no suicide. Naked, bound in an intricate knot, hemorrhaging and the odd message proves this isn’t a suicide. Why is it that common since isn’t that common?
About the message - "She saved him, can you save her?" I think she used witchcraft to try to save the boy who was fighting for her life, so she used witchcraft to try to do it, meaning that she saved the boy, but who is gona save her now? And about the knot and naked, its literarly in that book the tutorial how to do it and woman is naked in the book.
I personally don't think this was a suicide, rather a murder case. Such a shame the neighbours didnt call authorities when they heard someone screaming for help, that is so wrong!
@@ohnoitsmiki I agree. Amongst all the craziness of this case, I find it impossible to think she committed suicide, naked.. whilst ON HER period for goodness sakes (by the sounds of it). Just no, no way. Police have definitely dropped the ball here.
Carré Albers think of all the evidence that was pushed aside like finger prints DNA on her body ect , easily the family could be protecting someone I.e the brother or someone else.
literally. i heard a child screaming and i went outside to take a look. turns out it was just a kid that scrapped his knee, but it's always better just to see. these people that heard her screaming and didn't do shit make me sick
It may be used as a con. BUT: The most likely reason is that many people are self-absorbed and think that they will be cared for even though they won't do it for others. Stupid AF. If you tolerate/ignore any abuse you are more likely to become victimized.
I wonder why police didn't think to check financial records to see who purchased red rope... if i'm correct, red rope isn't super common to just have laying around the house
They could check local stores and check the cameras at the time of receipts printed that say they bought red rope. If nothing comes up it would be online and have a connection to some sort of card
If she was "committing suicide" why the hell would she scream for help if she wants to end her life? This was definitely not a suicide, she was murdered.
Valeria Reyes if this was a suicide which I don't think it was then it's not impossible she screamed. She could've screamed because of the pain or if she was regretting the decision to take her life, which happens a lot. And her hands being tied could have been on purpose in order to make sure she has no way of going back and saving herself if she wishes, hence screaming for help.
that doesn't make sense though because after she "jumped" they find a gag in her mouth. that means she would have been screaming for help for no reason before putting the gag in her mouth while tying herself up preparing to kill herself? so she couldn't have screamed out for help if she regretted the decision because we know that there was something blocking her mouth. she was definitely attacked, silenced, and thrown over that balcony.
I agree with you all the way. The police never even consider anything else to me. If I see it wrong I would love to hear any other explanation from anybody else.
Oh and one more thing. It would seem right now and this time and fresh I know this is a year ago and I know I'm super late with this but it was seeing that when people have means to having money or have the connection to have money or have some type of connection with people being able to help you with money sometimes people with money get away alit of stuff where if they didn't have those things or lifestyle's it would have been over. I truly don't believe she killed herself
I thought for some reason that 911 could track the phone call and send someone that way.. because I remember when I was a kid, I hit the emergency button and it called 911 and I hung up real quick and the police still came to the house. So why can’t they do that in situations like this!?
That’s exactly what I thought!!! The 911 operator was really getting on my nerve! Like how dare you say “if you don’t give me the address I can’t help you” like wtf???? Imagine if it was a little kid and didn’t know his address! 😐
Elle Handley Exactly! I understand if they didn’t want to run over there in case they put themselves in danger, but they could’ve called 911 and reported the screaming so someone could at least check the property??
Right! Its one thing to hear strange noises and not go check up on your neighbour but its a whole different thing to actually hear them screaming help like come on!
If nothing else, this video has taught me that most 911 calls have operators that consider their jobs similar to that of a Verizon service call. I mean, she could have at least told the emt the address, instead of making him say it again. He was clearly upset and exhausted
the bruises on max's back look like the damn scooter which he fell on! this woman is so vindictive and jealous that she wants so desperately to blame rebecca for max's death and she wants her son to have been murdered! what a jealous and vile woman she definitely had something to do with rebecca's death
What I'm thinking, too. She was around the house, too. After she did it, she probably ran away to some other place in the house, and make it seem as if she didn't do it.
i completely agree. 1 rebecca had no motive to hurt max 2. the mom did everything she could to make rebecca seem guilty when she had more motive to hurt her own kid than rebecca did
I also think it’s incredibly telling that she thinks and thought Rebecca had something to do with it. even though she wasn’t there when it occurred, she had all the motive in her mind to conspire to kill her.
I think max was riding the scooter around and tripped cause the wheel got stuck on the carpet and fell over the banister and Diana was convinced Rebecca was at fault for her son getting hurt and teamed up with Adam to kill her for revenge for her son being hurt cause he wasn’t dead yet and Adam agreed to help her thinking he was probably gonna get something out of it and to save her ass she left the house to go to the hospital while he did all the dirty work and now that the sons dead I think the husband/boyfriend knows the ex wife was involved and is saving her ass cause he also blames Rebecca for the sons death because she wasn’t in the room to watch after and prevent him from falling
I bet someone tried to sacrifice her to save max, he wasn’t dead at this point and it would explain the book, the ritualistic way in which she was killed and the message on the door. If someone was trying to save max then they were probably a member of the family who was personally attached to him.
OMFG THATS IT i have a theory, someone actually pushed max. (i dont know who) and the person who pushed max wanted to make it seem like rebecca did it so the ex wife would get full custody of max, but it didnt turn out well so they tried to sacrifice her to max...
Another note about the creepy note written on the door ("she saved him"), Rebecca gave Max CPR while they were waiting for the ambulance. The doctors actually said if it weren't for her CPR, he would have died on the spot and not have even made it to the hospital. Its a detail that came out during the civil suit against Jonah's brother. I followed this case really closely. This case and the 'affluenza' case (which Kendall also covered) make me so mad because they're getting away with murder because they're rich!
Adam (panicking because his brother's girlfriend is dead): you sent someone here yesterday for a little boy, can't you find the address that way? 911 dispatch: I wasn't working yesterday, I don't know ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME?!?!?!
She then said she did check the previous days records and couldn't find anything. I wonder if she actually did because that response seemed a little too quick.
Crocheting Canuck that’s because they came to get him three days before, not one day so of course she wouldn’t find record of that for just the day before, and idk I feel like as his uncle he should have known how many days before?
The fact she was sexually assaulted with a knife leads me to believe Max’s mother was involved....when women sexually assault other women, they have to use objects...and if she genuinely believed Rebecca killed Max or injured him, she may have been enraged enough to take that action...
In murder cases, the victim is usually sexually assaulted with an object whether it’s a man or female, most likely because they don’t want to risk getting their DNA on her body.
I agree. witnesses saw her there. she hated rebecca. her kid is dying....i think she is a bigger part of this than being led on. But she is a woman and rich, she'd get away with it if she did do it. If not, then i'm glad and sorry for her loss. I just hate that this case isn't solved and no justice is found, whomever it is.
There’s absolutely no doubt in my mind that she was murdered...the officer must have known this too. I wonder how they could possibly rule it a suicide in good conscious.
I think it has to do with the fact that Jonah and his family are rich. They most likely used their power to persuade or threaten the police officers and/or coroner to look the other way and close the case
@@angelturnbo6779 i am no expert, but i watched enough of criminal minds to think that, whoever used a knife to assault this woman was wither impotent or just didn't have a penis, but it could be the brother
One more thing, NINA is DINA’s identical twin sister! Someone said they saw someone who looked like Dina the night she was killed around midnight, but Dina has a solid alibi.....hmmm. Does her TWIN sister?
not to mention the fact that the writing on the wall that was supposedly written by Rebecca reads "She saved him, you could save her." If it was written by Rebecca, wouldn't it say "I saved him, you can save me."
I don't think Rebecca committed suicide because why would she be naked, have been molested, gagged and hands tied behind her back? Seems like a lot of trouble when she could have just tied the rope around her neck and to the railing and jumped. I think Max and Rebecca's deaths are both shady. Interesting video and content Kendall. Thanks!!
Shesacamper 1 maybe all of the stuff like being naked and tying herself is a part of the ritual. If only we know what was written in that book... what was the ritual for...
I know some stuff about witchcraft because I am a witch . That ritual seems realy odd. It could be black magic but it still would be very odd. I haven't ever heard of a spell or ritual having you be naked in public. Let alone having you tie rope around your neck. Red candles means lust, personal empowerment, inner strength, courage, and energy. You Use red candles when you want to feel stronger, more proactive, empowered, or take control over your own circumstances. So maybe that had something to do with the red rope but the ritual/spell seems very odd to me.
Even if it was "possible" for her to tie her own hands that doesn't explain Why ON eArTH anybody would do that. Plus it doesn't explain why or how she also gagged herself, tied her feet, got naked and managed to jump of a balcony??? Bruh
Who knows...he could've been snoring loudly,, passed out from drinking. He could've had music playing, we don't know the property layout...his location on the property may not have carried the sound his way. I agree its weird, but not impossible. I know men that will sleep through you yelling their name a foot from the bed in the same room so... Also, if you flew into town to murder your brothers wife (which if your that wealthy im sure a random unconnected hit man would be hired) but if that was your plan, would you have your alibi be that you were the only other person on the property that night with her and that you then also found her in the morning? That's a weak attempt at getting away with murder.
So... The NEIGHBOUR was able to hear Rebecca scream for help but not Rebecca’s brother? How do you sleep through that? I also found it weird that the brother admitted to ignoring instructions to tip Rebecca’s head back and didn’t do mouth to mouth because ‘it was his brother’s girl’. WTF. I’m pretty sure Rebecca’s husband could forgive his brother for doing mouth to mouth on his dying wife. It’s as if he didn’t want to save Rebecca because he feared he’d be caught.
I mean honestly I've myself slept through a gunshot going off in my tiny house, so I think it's definitely possible for him to sleep through her yelling in a giant mansion. Also he said he did do mouth to mouth. He said "I know it's my brother's girl but I just said fck it.." or whatever. Not saying he's definitely innocent or anything just putting this out there.
TheSalisburyFamVlogs I don’t believe she killed herself, but I also don’t believe she hurt Max. I read a lot into this case and there’s counter evidence to what Dina’s lawyer used. I feel like Dina is doing what a lot of mothers/parents do in cases like this: look for someone to blame. Pretty clear to me that Max was attempting to slide down the railing with his scooter and of course it didn’t work and he reflectively tried saving himself with the chandelier. Jonah said himself that Max loved Rebecca and they were very close, so I can’t see her being involved in killing or hurting him.
The child died in an accident- stair accidents are way more common than what people believe. The woman was probably murdered out of spite for what had happened, and the book and notes and things were planted to make it appear to be ritualistic suicide
There is no way! They’re saying she hit herself on the back of the head 4x, somehow with no real experience tied her hands behind her back, and then managed to throw herself off the balcony without any abrasions?
This comment was written a year ago and you might not see this but I had a bruise on my back about 2 years ago and it was not hurting that bad but I could tell somthing was there so I went to my mom and she rushed me to a clinic so they looked at it and asked me if someone had possible pushed me on a swing that day I was in elementary so I said yes because a girl did push me that day but I thought it could have been when I fell off the bed that day because she wasnt pushing me hard but the doctor said that it was a perfect square for two small hands to fit so of course evryone believed the doctor and do he gave me 2 shots and medicine (it was cherry 😫🤢🤮) and the medicine was nasty I had to take it every day for 1 and a half weeks and the shots were both in my WEAK arm so I couldn't really feel anything in that arm that day so I am assuming what you said is correct because doctors dont always really believe that much they jump to the most possible conclusions
I know this a time jump but also they said Rebecca was trying to cut herself free with the knife, and there’s a possibility that she could have stabbed or injured the person that attacked her, but they didn’t check to see if anyone had a fresh wound on them, also they could of had Adam, or the ex wife write on a door with paint to see if it looked like the other message at all, this case was poorly investigated and it saddens me that she suffered that much and is then accused of killing herself there’s no way she could of tied her hands behind her back and then tie the noose around her neck and then jump off a balcony, and you would think if she did kill herself that she would of at least left a note to her loved ones, I’m praying that she and max are peaceful playing together in heaven.
For me it's the gag that makes me think this was murder. If you were going to commit suicide why would you gag yourself? That's something you'd do to someone if you didn't want their screams to be heard.
I personally think Max’s death was an accident but Rebecca was murdered by Dina and her siblings because she thought Rebecca hurt her son. It wouldn’t surprise me that Max would have jumped off the banister. He was a kid and kids do stupid things. My brother once jumped off the top of his bunk bed in Superman pose because he said he could fly.
not to ignore the topic, but when i was younger me and my sister had a bunk bed, but we would put lots of pillows on the floor and leap off lmfao , one step ahead , gravity 😎 lol
I think Max's death was an accident. Then Rebecca's was a murder. I think Dina thought Rebecca killed max. And Dina either killed her or sent someone to kill her.
This is the reason I want to be a 911 operator. These ops were so rude and made the situation worse...I want to calm people down and have a CALMING nature....these were very rude people...
Same. Not all but so many that are on these shows seem impatient. I feel like I might be a little too compassionate and empathetic to be a 911 operator.
I completely agree. I don't think that Rebecca thad anything to do with max (no motive, she loved him like her own) but his bio mom certainly had a motive for both of them. 1.) she hated that Max and Rebecca had a great relationship 2.) she really wanted to make it seem like Rebecca killed Max. Wether she did it with her own hands I really really think she seems *very* guilty
Ingrid Alemán well I mean would you have security cameras in your house? Just because it’s a mansion doesn’t mean anything. It’s someone’s home. Their place of living. Not everyone has security cameras in their house
Jenny Marie hell yes ! If your rich you should know you could get robbed or someone could be taken for ransom , cameras are important for anyone ! Even poor people , just put them in hallways and it’s not creepy or weird but it keeps you safe ! You’d never know what you’d see with those cameras! Those cameras often expose child abuse and more.
The police and whole case in general are so aggravating, I just can't see how or why Rebecca would hang herself in such a bizarre way even when Max hadn't died yet. I didn't believe Adam did it until you mentioned how they had found none of his DNA on her body which just seems really odd. I can't explain Max's death but I feel like Dina would have a reason to kill Rebecca out of anger for the whole situation so maybe Dina and Adam conspiracized to kill Rebecca? I'm not 100% sure who did it but I know there is no way Rebecca committed suicide.
ryan carson I didn’t think Adam did it either until they said none of his DNA was found even though he claimed to have cut her down and give her CPR and such. I feel like whatever happened to Max the family blamed her for it because she was there so Adam killed her. The thing is though I don’t feel like she killed Max but then who did?
ryan carson it wasn’t mentioned here but they also found on Adam’s phone from that same morning and night before, he was looking up and watching “Asian bondage porn”. Too coincidental for me!!
Magdalie Mexile no one killed max imo. The evidence with Max has been debated back and forth. I think he just was trying to slide down the bannister on his scooter and he fell and tried to save himself with the chandelier bc he had a cut on his and and the chandelier came down too
Kara Ruckle I totally agree with you...like rebecca loved max and she will not gain any profit by killing him..even if she killed max out of jealousy her boyfriend also had other 2 sons with another ex wifes...So i dont think she could have done it ...I think the family were just sad and wanted some1 to blame
I have a son who has been trick-riding scooters for years. The mark on the little boy's back is 100% the handlebars of the scooter. You can clearly see the grips, the thicker part where the bars meet, and the mark on the bottom is from the deck being sideways. I've seen those marks before on kids who have wiped out on or been hit by their scooters when they wipe out
If the neighbours heard the scream how didn't the guy hear it? There was a message on the door and she was killed in a ritualistic way. Someone must have hated her. I wonder what the part in the book says, what is the tying for?
Adam said that he did rescue breaths on her. So how was there none of his DNA on her? Even chest compressions would leave his DNA on her body. He would have to touch the rope to cut her down too. So how exactly is none of the DNA on her or the ropes his? Seems like someone cleaned up a crime scene.
Why the hell did they not help him with compressions? Idk I found that 911 call to be so annoying I am a dispatcher as well I don’t see how they couldn’t have helped find the address. Jesus
L&L Gang Do you need any special schooling to be a 911 dispatcher? Also, does it cause you stress or anxiety at times? Do you enjoy it? What kind of person does it take to aid people in such hard times? Sorry for all the questions but I always wanted to help aid tragedies in some way. I'm just not sure how yet..
M &m's I do think they give you a bit of training. You should try it out but remember you can hear some messed up stuff, some have actually heard people be murdered on the phone. As long as you can leave that behind then you'd be alright. You need to remain calm and try to get as much information as possible. After that you can be compassionate.
Zac D'santos Thanks for the advice. I have to really think this one through. I'm an anxious person so I wonder if I am even capable of going through that. I think I would have a really hard time if I heard someone die on the phone. I'd probably think there was something I didn'tt do right and somehow be responsible. I never know unless I try though right?
M &m's it’s something that many dispatchers have that one call that haunts them, i have a few. I’m not sure if you believe in a higher calling, but if you do you would have to know in your gut you did all that you could for that person. I have horrible anxiety, but it seems to help soothe me when I know I’m helping save someone’s life.
One of my biggest fears is dying naked.. I feel like whoever came to get my body would just point and laugh at my grossness and then use a bulldozer to pick me up
What struck me as most odd was that Adam admitted to doing CPR and yet there was no evidence of his DNA found anywhere on Rebecca's body. That to me is the most damning piece of evidence, but I'm also not sure what it all means or that, if he did commit the crime, he acted entirely alone. Rich people can also buy off other people, like cops or coroners, so I also think maybe Jonah was involved in some sort of monetary way. Whether he knew about the murder before hand or not, I don't know. But it seems to me that Rebecca was most likely murdered.
I think the idiot tried to erase any evidence that he was involved in the murder, and completely forgot that if he was going to claim he did cpr that he actually needed some dna on her
Just because Dina was in the hospital during the time of the murder doesn't mean she couldn't have set someone else up to do it. Especially considering her sister was thought to be involved the person seen who looked like Dina could've been her sister. Idk why the police weren't more suspicious about this, how is this not clearly a murder?!
The way Max’s mother hired a whole doctor to prove he was murdered when he wasn’t ffs I’m so triggered. She’s so obsessed that she had to go lengths to try and clear her name.
Please do a video or podcast on Curtis Flowers. He has been convicted five times for four murders and sentenced to death, but every time, it's overturned. It's a crazy and horribly sad story. Everyone needs to know this story.
Courtney Kolenda there is a podcast I’ve been listening to and it’s called In The Dark and they are currently discussing the Curtis Flowers case, it’s such an interesting story! Definitely agree everyone should know about it!
Nope. She didn’t kill her self. Someone hanging himself naked is psychologically strange and rather untrue. The red string, the note, the book, the knives, the footprints and neighbors hearing her screaming for help... come on. It was murder.
It makes PERFECT sense to me that the mom would want the step mom dead after having her son fatally injured on the stop moms watch. The suicide theory holds no water in my opinion and doesn’t make any sense.
My theory is Max’s mum did it. I think she pushed max or had something to do with his fall so she could blame it on Rebecca and maybe get full custody or make Jonah leave Rebecca thinking she did something to max. But Max’s fall was more serious then she planned so she had to think of another way to get Rebecca out the way, and she killed her.
I thought so too, but apparently the police found Dina on camera at the hospital around the time Rebecca was murdered. So she couldn't have done it, but she does have a good motive for killing Rebecca.
How many times does he have to give the address! That was stressing me out. on a more real note this is a very sad story. Poor kiddo and woman. I hope everyone is able to find closure somehow.
Rebecca said in her text, she needs to remain strong. The murderers were not counting on that text, going out. It must be to do with the young boys family - I'm pleased that her family did not just turn over and lie down
So weird that on the 911 call he said “I got a girl” and “same place you came and got the kid yesterday” instead of saying I found my brothers girlfriend dead or my nephew was found dead here yesterday. Like wtf!
Giuliana Herrera he just stumbled upon someone in his relatively immediate family HANGING. He obviously wouldn’t be thinking straight and probably wouldn’t be able to give a quick and intricate description.
I appreciate that Kendall give warnings on her videos, so we as the viewers can decide what videos/ parts of videos we need to skip. I have PTSD and had trouble finding true crime videos that give warnings before I found her. I don't have to worry about clicking on a video and being scared that it'll give me a panic attack
Lol after you said this, I realized I watched that video for that long! I didn't see the video time beforehand... then again, I could definitely listen to Kendall Rae for forever and not get bored 😊
"Anyone knows you can't go fast on a scooter on carpet" I'm sorry, tell that to many injuries from my childhood lol. If a kid wants to go fast, he'll find a way
The problem wasn't speed but center of gravity. Even if he was going fast there is no way he would have triped and fell over a banister that was pretty well his own height... I think he realized he can't ride on a carpet and hoisted himself up to instead ride the banister before falling
Plus I don't know why they keep harping on the physics of the boy, the scooter, the railing, speed, carpet, etc. How many times have you seen kids simply start *climbing* on railings and bannisters? It's such a normal, common thing. Isn't it entirely possible - even likely - that a five year old might simply get off his scooter and start trying to climb onto a railing? Nobody saw him fall. They just found the scooter that he had been riding earlier near the railing.
Koret Mulder They probably are because the whole center of gravity thing is an easy deflection of the big possibility that he just climbed up and tried to do a trick. Its an obvious accident.
@@koretmulder6316 Yeah they were getting incredibly detailed and complex about this whole thing without taking a step back to think. He's a kid. Kids climb things and then fall of them. The scooter doesn't have to be involved, not does it necessarily mean someone pushed him.
There's also evidence from the bannister (on the outside of the railing) from where the scooter was in contact with it. I believe on the documents I saw, it was a couple of steps down the staircase, in a couple of areas.
where did she get the red rope, did she purchase it? its such a specific item, seems like evidence someone brought it and put that book on the dresser. Also, did that book belong to her, did she purchase it? did they check for receipts of any of these very specific items ??
Exactly! The police received a huge amount of money and closed the case. I'm glad the family got to clear her name but we may never find out the truth.
she definitely didn't commit suicide. just by looking at the fact that she was naked.. most of the time, the person who committed the crime leaves the victim naked as a way of embarrassing them and having power over them in a way. this often occurs when it's a man committing the crime and the female being the victim. when a female commits a murder on another female, they either keep them clothed or cover up their body
naye human edition they do but he called on a cellphone which either takes longer or doesn’t return a location and if it does it’s not an exact address.
They have a system called ALI which stands for Automatic Location Identification but it doesn’t always work the way you think. Sometimes the signal can give a range of area and not the exact location.
naye human edition I managed a dispensary and we had an incident where a patient hit a security guard, had him on the hood of the truck and was zooming out of the parking lot into traffic, so the guard shot him in the neck. I was on the phone w 911 while my receptionist had her fuckin finger plugging his bullet wound and I repeated the address LITERALLY 20+ times till I was screamingg at the incompetent ass operator and gave the phone to someone to finish the call bc I could NOT w them. THENNNNN the ambulance drove back and forth a few times even though it was noon, not a difficult location at all, oh and like 5 ppl waving on the side walk. It was a fucking time let me tell ya.
If u saw the other videos, it seems like all a murderer has to do is call and say they killed themselves and the cops always buy it and never look deeper into it
That first dispatcher was horrible. I work with dispatchers everyday and i am shocked at her attitude and how she can’t TRY (at least) to find the other call/address. Wtf
I always thought the note was sarcastic. Rebecca 'saved' Max (she didn't; he was in a coma then died) so they can 'save' her too. Like an eye for an eye.
I called the cops on a neighborly domestic dispute and to this day I'm glad I did. Police intervention may have saved her life. Just wish more people would do the same. Hear something, say something.
This is exactly why I don’t feel comfortable calling 911. They’re constantly annoyed and sound bothered when you call their lines even when you desperately need help. It’s ridiculous.
How would one possibly climb over the balcony fence to be able to drop over with their hands AND feet tied? Because the exwife had so much resentment towards the new girlfriend, both in parenting amd likely in relation to getting Jonah's affection, the nudity and public display makes sense as a way to humiliate Rebecca. She wouldn't do it to herself, even if she was into witch craft (as per the book) it's a ritual to join a coven (according to another comment), you would only do it if you wanted to be alive to practice said witchcraft. It must have been planted there. Also, the message on the door makes no sense, it would be odd to write on the door vs a piece of paper as a suicide note and if it was guilt over Max she would have said she was sorry, she should have watched him better, or admitted guilt, not left a cryptic message that referenced "her".
The Pregnant Doula . Joei Gowing I agree completely. She already didn’t like her and probably thought that she hurt her son on purpose and that was when she snapped I feel... if it was her. But this was deff planned. I think even if she did feel guilty she wouldn’t have waited for her mans sake. She knew how hurt and alone he was. I don’t believe she would have done that to him at least
imagine if all of the neighbours in these cases actually did something when they heard someone in distress. how different the outcomes would be and how much more evidence could be found. if you hear something do something!!!
YES YES YES YES YES!!!! This is why i call anytime there's something that even COULD be sketch. Just call non emergancy and they tell you if they think they need to connect you to county! Litterally did it like a few weeks ago
Kendall Rae exactly! always always always better safe than sorry!!! hopefully these videos open the eyes of viewers, encouraging them to do that
the bystander effect! creates a self fulfilling prophecy of sorts
yulita YES like it could literally save a life.
I hate hearing 911 calls where the operator is rude to the person calling.
It's happening Alot lately...
Ikr, like the police always sounds so calm.
TISSUE AND FRIENDS 911 operators are supposed to be calm but rude they were so rude on that call

Ella Boehme exactly it should be labeled “murder”
I really hope Donald Trump will found...who did these..

That 911 lady was RUDE. No compassion at all
Kenya Wesley I thought it was just me who thought she was really rude.
she could've shown more compassion or tried to help Adam at least calm down.
Kenya Wesley to be fair they dont have time for
Compassion they need the info to get there and help asap. If you have compassion for everyone i imagine it will take time and definitely an emotional toll on yourself
Also going on about how she ‘couldn’t help him until she had the full address’... surely they can just trace the call?
Yes!! Imagine someone breaking into your house and you have to deal with that bs
I thought so too. I completely understand that dispatchers have to be quick and thorough but I also think they should show compassion when talking to people under unimaginable stress... And her tone of voice during that call seemed to show that she's severely lacking in that department.

That's a good point actually. I didn't think of that one 🤔
Amy Gaydosh wow good one
Maybe they used cash?
They could check local stores and check the cameras at the time of receipts printed that say they bought red rope. If nothing comes up it would be online and have a connection to some sort of card
You are correct.
How can you scream with a gag in your mouth? This whole story is odd.
Exactly
The brother didn't hear her shouting, but the neighbors did.
i think Max’s death was an accident. the ex wife was crazy and believed Rebecca killed max though so she killed her.
Rachel Williams Max was still alive when Rebecca was murdered .
milMiller maybe she blamed her since she didnt see him, maybe she thought she wasnt doing enough for her son idk
Exactly . Ppl are so stupid to try to say max was murdered. He was a kid playing on a balcony with a razor scooter and basketball.
I believe your right.. I think she was trying to save her sons soul with a ritual witch craft by sacrificing Rebecca.. what a weirdo psycho..
Nah, rebecca killed him.
I feel like the police department didn't even try. The justice system once again failed a person. There was so much evidence that it wasn't suicide!
Actually if it was a house phone they can track it but they cannot track a mobile phone
They can track any phone. My mom says if i have to call 911, stay on the phone bc they can track the phones location
Mattie Alexander they can get the information of the general vicinity because of the cell towers but can't known the exact address.
911 dispatcher here. They can only track exact addresses for landlines. With cell phones, we can track only to the nearest tower.
How do you hear someone screaming for help and do nothing😑
Elle Handley Exactly! I understand if they didn’t want to run over there in case they put themselves in danger, but they could’ve called 911 and reported the screaming so someone could at least check the property??

Gurrrl I thought it was just me! She had such an attitude with him about the address. When all they had to do was trace the call, TF?
If nothing else, this video has taught me that most 911 calls have operators that consider their jobs similar to that of a Verizon service call.
I mean, she could have at least told the emt the address, instead of making him say it again. He was clearly upset and exhausted
Me too, ugh. I'm glad i'm not the only one who was pissed off by her
the bruises on max's back look like the damn scooter which he fell on! this woman is so vindictive and jealous that she wants so desperately to blame rebecca for max's death and she wants her son to have been murdered! what a jealous and vile woman she definitely had something to do with rebecca's death
Agree!
That’s not how you sacrifice someone though. It involves a lot more than some red rope and a few knots. It was made to look that way.

Another note about the creepy note written on the door ("she saved him"), Rebecca gave Max CPR while they were waiting for the ambulance.
I don't think Rebecca committed suicide because why would she be naked, have been molested, gagged and hands tied behind her back?
So maybe that had something to do with the red rope but the ritual/spell seems very odd to me.

if she was screaming loud enough for the neighbors to hear, why didn't adam hear it? hoping we get more info
That’s exactly what I said !!!
Adam did it. It would take a fool not to see that, even the bloody boot prints match.
My husbands a very heavy sleeper, a lot of men are, it’s definitely plausible that he really didn’t hear her.
They were also in a mansion. The neighbours may have been the other side of the wall, Adam could have been the opposite end of the house.
How could they just turn their heads and call this a suicide? This proves what the evils of money can do.
What if the ex wife and the brother decided to kill Rebecca because they blamed her for Max’s death?? It’s a strong motive.
Thats what I was thinking
He wasn't dead yet, though. But maybe killing her would save him with their weird witchcraft beliefs.
Tara Hamid little max wasn’t dead yet and as far as they new he might survive
The only motive.
just because he wasn’t dead yet doesn’t make that motive any weaker. he was in critical condition
Rebecca did NOT kill herself and that child was thrown by an adult!
There is 💯 no way she killed herself and on top of that I also 💯 do not believe Max's fall was an accident.
I don't think Max was killed but Rebeccas death is 100% a murder!
Agreed. Maybe satanic sacrifice?
Likewise. I totally agree x
I think maybe Dina could’ve convinced Adam that it was all Rebecca’s fault (for Max falling) and had him kill her
The child died in an accident- stair accidents are way more common than what people believe. The woman was probably murdered out of spite for what had happened, and the book and notes and things were planted to make it appear to be ritualistic suicide

Possibly*
That's what I was thinking too.
That's true, it does seem like that
For me it's the gag that makes me think this was murder.
Samantha Godard same
Exactly and if he was using his scooter he could have tried to go down the banister on it
My brother jumped off the stairs with a plastic shopping bag over his shoulders because he thought it would work like a parachute.
I jumped over a pile of glass thinking I was superman.. we all know what happened 🤷🏻♀️
not to ignore the topic, but when i was younger me and my sister had a bunk bed, but we would put lots of pillows on the floor and leap off lmfao , one step ahead , gravity 😎 lol
I think Max's death was an accident. Then Rebecca's was a murder. I think Dina thought Rebecca killed max. And Dina either killed her or sent someone to kill her.
@Sacred AG she could've hired someone
@Sacred AG you didn't read the "or sent someone to kill her" part, did you?
Wait. So a lady heard her screaming “Ah ah, help help!” And didn’t call police or anything?.. WTF
I had heard in another video that Adam was also a suspect since searches were found in his computer about asian women and bondage
This is the reason I want to be a 911 operator. These ops were so rude and made the situation worse...I want to calm people down and have a CALMING nature....these were very rude people...
We’re not all like that.
Pls do
I hope you do it and always keep your calm nature and remember people may be calling you on some of their worst days 💗
I agree
Same. Not all but so many that are on these shows seem impatient. I feel like I might be a little too compassionate and empathetic to be a 911 operator.
100% murder. Revenge for Max (even though that seemed like an accident). Ex wife and brother had something to do with it.
I absolutely believe the incident with Max was an accident.
The forensic pathologist said it was for sure not an accident
Also it was noted in several reports that when Johan and Dina divorced there were allegations of abuse in both sides!
I think it’s crazy how a mansion would not have security footage
Ingrid Alemán well I mean would you have security cameras in your house? Just because it’s a mansion doesn’t mean anything. It’s someone’s home. Their place of living. Not everyone has security cameras in their house
Jennifer Armstrong right! This isn’t a movie, he probably didn’t think security cameras were needed. Not every rich person is thinking like that.
If Rebecca really committed suicide, she put a lot of effort into making it look like foul play
The 911 operator was useless
Jess McGill Yes! And so rude!
Yes!! Like the man is freaking out and she’s no damn help, it frustrated lol
Right! She was absolutely so help at all.
Thought I was the only one that noticed. She was horrible, I would be disappointed if I called 911 with a horrible issue like that and they don’t help
Operator is incompetent!
Another “rich people get away with anything” story...... 😞
Yup
Maybe Dina & Adam were having a secret relationship or affair
I have a son who has been trick-riding scooters for years. The mark on the little boy's back is 100% the handlebars of the scooter. You can clearly see the grips, the thicker part where the bars meet, and the mark on the bottom is from the deck being sideways. I've seen those marks before on kids who have wiped out on or been hit by their scooters when they wipe out
If the neighbours heard the scream how didn't the guy hear it? There was a message on the door and she was killed in a ritualistic way. Someone must have hated her. I wonder what the part in the book says, what is the tying for?
0Flow0 someone find the page in this book and analyze it!! I tried looking for it but couldn’t find it.
And if her death was on the 12th, that was a Tuesday
Exactly what I've been wondering. If this whole situation was in the book, what kind of situation is it meant for?
I was wondering the same thing?! What is the ritual for??
Well he was also asleep, maybe hes a deep sleeper?
Adam said that he did rescue breaths on her. So how was there none of his DNA on her? Even chest compressions would leave his DNA on her body. He would have to touch the rope to cut her down too. So how exactly is none of the DNA on her or the ropes his? Seems like someone cleaned up a crime scene.
savannah vick gloves?? Im not for sure
L&L Gang Wow...kudos to you.
Been following this story from day 1; Adam is 100% involved.
One of my biggest fears is dying naked.. I feel like whoever came to get my body would just point and laugh at my grossness and then use a bulldozer to pick me up
smokingcrack issaferthantidepods
Omfg same
smokingcrack issaferthantidepods omg😂😂 me too
smokingcrack issaferthantidepods same
Jamie D it's definitely decent forethought
smokingcrack issaferthantidepods likewise 😅
What struck me as most odd was that Adam admitted to doing CPR and yet there was no evidence of his DNA found anywhere on Rebecca's body. That to me is the most damning piece of evidence, but I'm also not sure what it all means or that, if he did commit the crime, he acted entirely alone. Rich people can also buy off other people, like cops or coroners, so I also think maybe Jonah was involved in some sort of monetary way. Whether he knew about the murder before hand or not, I don't know. But it seems to me that Rebecca was most likely murdered.
Olivia Breen yea that bit doesn’t make sense at all, maybe the test wasn’t done properly or too long after the death
I think the idiot tried to erase any evidence that he was involved in the murder, and completely forgot that if he was going to claim he did cpr that he actually needed some dna on her
You human are genius ty
HA SERIOUSLY. Thats exactly what happened.
Olivia Breen po de acuerdo al texto que dtttsss
Definitely agree everyone should know about it!
yesss do it!!
Rich people get away with anything: Case Closed
Bbygirl so true
LMAO true.
Don’t like being the 666 like here...
Period
How to get away with murder: Rich People edition
I agree totally
Spoiler alert. It’s money. Always.
How many times does he have to give the address! That was stressing me out. on a more real note this is a very sad story. Poor kiddo and woman. I hope everyone is able to find closure somehow.
why did nobody look more into the book they found? i think it’s weird how close the details of her death were to what the book said.
That book must have fingerprints all over the pages
Exactly ritual practice book
i know damn! Just look at the book and see if it has instructions on how to do it.
Rebecca said in her text, she needs to remain strong. The murderers were not counting on that text, going out. It must be to do with the young boys family - I'm pleased that her family did not just turn over and lie down
How freaking useless do you need to be to hear "HELP HELP" and not even look outside?
Christa Morse exactly!
So weird that on the 911 call he said “I got a girl” and “same place you came and got the kid yesterday” instead of saying I found my brothers girlfriend dead or my nephew was found dead here yesterday. Like wtf!
Giuliana Herrera I thought that too
Yeah...
Giuliana Herrera he just stumbled upon someone in his relatively immediate family HANGING. He obviously wouldn’t be thinking straight and probably wouldn’t be able to give a quick and intricate description.
Rhea C I know I’d say my brothers girlfriend not “I got a girl”
Rhea C in trying to get across that it’s weird
I appreciate that Kendall give warnings on her videos, so we as the viewers can decide what videos/ parts of videos we need to skip. I have PTSD and had trouble finding true crime videos that give warnings before I found her. I don't have to worry about clicking on a video and being scared that it'll give me a panic attack
30 minute video from Kendall... I’ve been blessed 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
PC Goes by so quickly, though! Time flies when you’re having fun😅
They do fly by 😭 now ill watch older videos no prob though lol.
Lol after you said this, I realized I watched that video for that long! I didn't see the video time beforehand... then again, I could definitely listen to Kendall Rae for forever and not get bored 😊
Kendall rae's videos are addicting!!!!
February 2019 the family did receive some money of their civil suit. I still believe this was a homicide
where did she get the red rope, did she purchase it? its such a specific item, seems like evidence someone brought it and put that book on the dresser.
I thought 911 could track the location......:/
naye human edition they do but he called on a cellphone which either takes longer or doesn’t return a location and if it does it’s not an exact address.
They can get it fast if you call off of a LAndline. But I’ve always hear it takes longer if called on a cell phone :(
I fell like the mom killed him & her ,why would she kill her set with the witchcraft shit you know !
My guess is that Adam did it but Deana was in on it, maybe it was her request
It’s almost funny how the police dept says this a suicide.
also why are 911 operators so full of attitude?? Wtf
If u saw the other videos, it seems like all a murderer has to do is call and say they killed themselves and the cops always buy it and never look deeper into it
She accidentally called lay-away at Walmart?
That first dispatcher was horrible. I work with dispatchers everyday and i am shocked at her attitude and how she can’t TRY (at least) to find the other call/address. Wtf
That 911 operator was pissing me off the whole call when the brother was on the phone omggg
Naya Baby SAME she was so rude!
I always thought the note was sarcastic. Rebecca 'saved' Max (she didn't; he was in a coma then died) so they can 'save' her too. Like an eye for an eye.
If that lady heard someone yelling “help help!” Why didn’t she do anything about it
not in a fancy mansion place~~Ocean Drive?! no way! ...?...
she must’ve been too afraid, what if they killed her too? sometimes it feels better to pretend it didn’t happen and hope it goes away.
Charlotte Bennett she couldn’t called the police ?!
I called the cops on a neighborly domestic dispute and to this day I'm glad I did. Police intervention may have saved her life. Just wish more people would do the same. Hear something, say something.
CowboyMatt 214 Thank you!
so she stripped herself, sexually assaulted herself, tied herself up, gaged herself and hung herself? yeah, no
This is exactly why I don’t feel comfortable calling 911. They’re constantly annoyed and sound bothered when you call their lines even when you desperately need help. It’s ridiculous.
This case is so tragic. I wonder if they gave the ex-wife a polygraph as well? If not, why?
she had an alibi, she was at the hospital when rebacca died & there was security camera footage of it
Polygraphs don't work! Anyone can cheat the damn machine. Can't believe authorities still use this in crime case smh.
She may have been at the hospital herself but that doesnt mean she didnt help in planning something out of rage.
amapeli that’s exactly what I was thinking! 😕
I think Adam might have had a sweet spot for the ex wife, so he did it for her. It was definitely not a suicide
Why do believe he had a sweet spot for the ex wife?
@@annahenson4596 he was a pervert.
I think the dude intentionally acted like he didn’t remember the address on the 911 call. Because she was still alive at that time.
