First iPad I've ever owned and it's awesome. At the price, it's hard to pass up. We have the cellular version through our wireless carrier and our son is able to use it on car trips without having to hotspot to another device. Really is a great device that allows you to do so much.
Yeah it should have been 64Gb but A10 Fusion is sooooo fast, overpowered for everyday tasks. Crushes gaming smoothly with fantastic battery life, I love it

This is honestly great! I got one and it needs around 8-10 hours to fully charge but it is so worth it because in the morning if it is fully charged you get 10 hours of screen time!

I had just purchased mine from Walmart but then saw a few negative reviews from folks that apparently have had Apple products in the past. So the review was from their point of view mostly and comparing it to much powerful iPad versions. I like this review because you touched on reasons why one might want to purchase this particular iPad. Personally, this will be my first iPad, so I think it would be perfect for me.
I think 32 GB of storage is the main factor that is hold back this iPad for being a great productivity tool. It's good for web browsing, watching TH-cam and Netflix, but nothing more than that. With at least 64GB base storage it could be the perfect low end tool for doing lightweight photo and/or video editing, music production, digital art and so on.
at first i wanted an ipad pro, but now i’m really hoping for this one. i honestly don’t need much so all i need is this ipad, and an apple pencil since i want to start digital notes for school. it’ll help me keep organized and and i easily undo a mistake and have my notes look flawless lol
I got the 7th gen the beginning of February, I like it for my first iPad experience but I do notice that it could be better but of course that’s why there are other iPads so you can get what’s best for your needs, I’m just an Apple beginner so I can’t go wrong with mine .

The base model should’ve been a 64 GB model and it should’ve came with an A11 processor and not the A10, in my opinion.
