Relatively well considering I started with tired legs, 4:36 total time but the run was slower than desired and the lack of glycogen meant I couldn’t properly show my fitness. But overall a fun day of racing (you crushed it, nice run - well done!)

I had a horrible run everything fell apart for me again same thing as Finland so I’m sure I’ll be able to redeem myself in Ohio. I won’t be taking green tea extract anymore as a caffeine boost..

The best multisport Canada race in my opinion. Fantastic road for biking and nice scenery! Very similar feel to Muskoka 70.3. Unfortunately we won’t be in Muskoka because we’re going to Ohio 70.3.

Hey Alex, we have done 70.3 Muskoka twice already and we got fogged out last year in Mont Tremblant.

Surprisingly not that cold!! Water was warmer than the air (22 degrees). And once you got your hr up on the bike it wasn’t bad! Thanks for watching! ☺️
