Brave man, taking on sixshot with stop motion
Pro tip: Sixshot DOES have a trigger in “gun” mode. Don’t pull up the wolf head in between the wings, leave it down. Open the wolf mouth all the way.

I watched that scene where his mouth dropped open, oh, about ten times and laughed each time. Good job on this review. I always wanted a Sixshot figure, and did recently get one. It was the Mech Fans Toys figure, though, and I’d love to see you review that one.

ooh, you may have convinced me to get this guy at some point... I just wish he had a "BIG MACHINE" style paintjob somewhere, because he looks like he's the size of a jet or tank as least, not a car sized thing.
as for swords, I think the hexatron knock offs are about to get very desirable.

Very cool review man. I would love to have this guy in my collection. Very nice update from the g1 toy. I also love the "hidden gun mode" when you flip the submarine upside down. Great video man!
I love how the headmaster can also store in the wolf head and fill that gap. Can't wait to find this guy, I've been super excited for him. Also, funnily enough, Revolver's appearance is based on Chromedome's friend who was killed by Sixshot in The Headmasters. Pretty twisted.

Nice review, few things I'd have added, like how the titan master can be popped into the wolf neck to complete that look.
Lol not too often I see a zelda and transformers fan packed into one human being. This guy is like $70 on amazon last time I checked so it'll be a while before I can get him.
Yeah i was surprised how much i enjoyed him, for all the reasons you mentioned. Plus i love the little mecha-style details on his torso!
I custom paint this because he is perfect repainting him like the g1 makes a better mainline sixshot
Best transformer I own. I wanted this so bad for my birthday (September), but it was expensive enough (and had enough of a supply problem at the time), that my dad and brother decided to make it a combo birthday/Xmas gift. I got it in February. Totally worth the wait. My one complaint is that the arms can’t extend to the side.
Nice job using base modes as cities in the background for the “road trip”!

This is how they should have done the Titans Return Galvatronhead , a poseable helmet that the Titan Master sits in providing the face, over that weird popup faceplate thing they did go with.
Great video! I'd definitely love to see a few more headmaster/titanmaster combos in this guy. All the various titanmasters could make a fun short when they 'borrow' the bodies of other transformers, with wackiness ensuing.

oh no no... its from an anime that a sister of mine show me some time ago. a particular scene happens on the anime that you're doing with sixshot which is the balancing sitting pose which reminded of it.

I got one two weeks ago, and it's just so good. Honestly the one nitpick I have is that I wish the legs slid up to collapse instead of swinging on the double hinge. But that would not allow the tank turrets to bend forward enough, so I'm fine with it.

you're right, this and sky shadow/overlord are surprising to actually see Hasbro do. I want them both. never had the G1 six-shot so I have nothing to compare it to. which is fine since the new one looks so much better anyway 😁
When u said sixgun it reminds me of TFC toys verison of autobot sixgun! And I'm proud you were brave enough to do sixshot review in stop motion. Since he has 6 modes. Damn u should be in the book of world records for transforming a phase sixer in stop motion!

I have Sixshot, and as I bit of trivia, his Titanmaster companion Revolver is modelled after Jack from The Headmasters who was brutally killed by Sixshot.

*You could use the landing skid from Jet Mode as a pseudo trigger.*
0:50 - You forgot to flip out the dual guns from the G1 toy's legs for the tank mode, or flip up the wolf jaw for the cockpit.

I'm starting to think that this Sixshot would've benefitted from using an energy-based tail in wolf mode.
This is coming from someone who saw _Transformers One_ and was amazed by Alpha Trion's lion mode in that film.

Some of the G1-era Sixshot modes were really stretching it. The jet mode looks like it's upside down, and the tank mode looks less like a tank and more like one of those armored vehicles the Army would use to launch a bank of Stinger or Tomahawk missiles.

You can peg in the titanmaster in front of the handle to look like a trigger in gun mode.

also someone pointed it out to me, and seeing the pattern I agree, whenever there's a huge surge in 3P MPish figures of one character, takara is usually on the brink of announcing it (Megatron 2, Inferno.....)
A couple things.
First of all, I love your videos! Their pretty good reviews, and I love the stop motion and jokes! I'd really like to see some more Titans Return reviews, as it is my favourite line!

He looks good, but I would love for them to redo him in the WFC line I think he could make a great Leader class toy. But with Springer and astrotrain being the only triple changers so far I don't like were get a six charger anytime soon.

You didn't have G1 Sixshot fully into tank mode at all in that comparison. None of his 4 guns out or the cockpit, otherwise the G1 tank is as good or better than this new one. I don't see how the G1 car mode is significantly worse either, but with no guns and the wheels positioned a little off, sure, it looks worse in your comparison. I do agree wolf mode on the new one is MUCH better, and of course so is bot mode with the modern articulation.
I need sixshot my life will not be complete without it

Hey man, I've been watching Transformers reviews for years now and this is the first I've seen of yours. Great job and gimmick! Clean up your fur-laden background, work on focus a bit and you could be a major player in the review pool. Meaning FREE TOYS and early picks :)
P.S. there is a "trigger" in pistol mode, if you fold in the wolf head and open his jaw.
youmongrel haha thanks. as for the background I've been meaning to upgrade that when I get the time. fabric kinda sucks for animating, especially for cleaning cat hair. i swear it's all gone by the time I start filming, and then bam, there it is on camera.

as for the trigger, that kind of only works if you don't use the wolf head to clip the wings into for a handle.
You can use the landing gear as sort of a trigger.
If you lower the skid in gun mode, you can have a trigger!

The white paint on Mines face has scraped but in a good way he now looks Battle damaged and looks amazing with my wfc cons

They made his autobot son quickest, he came with g2 laser optimus prime, like a set with some other Autobots.
With you mentioning Sixshot's Titan Master head in the bucket, at least it's not what they did with Titans Return Galvatron. TR Galvatron's way with the Head Master was GOD AWFUL! So awful that I not only wanted to buy parts to make the head sculpt remove the lazy-ass designing, but I got Kingdom Galvatron so I can replace that abomination with a respectable Galvatron!
The mp sixshot in stop motion oh boi it will be a lot of work.
