New to the channel. I'm an East Tennessee girl. Used to teach Special Education at Grassy Fork Elementary School. You're in God's country! I knew Jennifer had to be a teacher. Jennifer, I had a similar saying. Once my kids got in the room I would say to them, "What'cha doin'!!!" Really loud!

I don't have a sawmill of my own but I'm buying my wood from a local man that does, it's cheaper than the big box stores and I love the rough finish, beautiful work on that carport and I look forward to seeing more of your projects

What I find stunning is the echo produced when you nail in the roof boards. It definitely gives you a feel for the expansive and hilly topography than surrounds your cabin! If I could recommend one thing for you, it would be a table saw.

I think it looks good but would looked even better if it was closed in on both sides. If it comes a big storm and the wind is blowing ,it's going to blow all kinds of debris toward the truck or whatever vehicle you have in there . Also if a tornado rips threw ,at least it will be partially covered
But you do what you want . Thanks for the video. I enjoyed it all.
