I’m surprised that she doesn’t mention deeptissue bodywork. Many moons ago I studied Rolfing, Postural Integration, And Soma, all similar bodywork methods to break up the “bandaging” and manipulate fascia. Fascia can be stretched in the same way you would block a sweater after washing it.(Funny she calls her therapy Block therapy, apparently due to the foam blocks employed) Deep tissue bodywork is performed in at least 10 session, each focusing on specific areas and muscle groups to align the posture with the forces of gravity. Freeing the various muscle groups from being glue together and breaking up the crystallized fascia is painful. Perhaps that is why deeptissue bodywork went out of fashion. But, I bet it is a lot more effective and less time consuming than this new Block therapy. I worked with a lot athletes with amazing results in their performance. The last two years of my practice consisted entirely of women from the San Francisco and Oakland Ballet companies...ah the good ol days

This was a very informative video. Her illustrations were phenomenal. This could be why I'm starting to experience balance issues as I get older. I'm glad you asked the question about the inversion table. I have one due to a bad back, and I was wondering if it would help with fascia
