God Bless You for sharing this. Now I know one of the gifts that mother-in-law, daughter-in-laws, & all of my granddaughters, may even do one for my great granddaughter(18 months).Again Thanks
I just made one and yes, it was very easy.😊 I'll be making more for Christmas gifts to the woman in my family. Thank you and Merry Christmas🌲 to you and yours.
Thank you so much for the great video! I just made my first one for a Christmas gift and it was awesome to have you coaching me. I expect to make many more. I just love this fabric. 💕🎄
I’ve had the same black and decker it’s 10 yrs old runs like a charm, be sure you not only empty what you’d think it turn the filter inside off of the flange and rinse it clean, let it dry. If you like scents put your favorite scent on the filter ❤❤❤ it will last for ever.
ok. I got this in a subscription box. This video should totally be linked to the pdf on your website. This is soooo much easier to understand. This will be my first project with cuddle. Also signed up for a class for a 2 yard blanket. I want to do this first and was thrilled to find this video
@@ShannonFabrics I’d like to ask one more question. In the video it said cotton, on the pattern it said cotton but several other projects like the 2 yard throw and the penguin suggest polyester thread. Is polyester preferred over cotton now?
Sew Simple! Excellent instruction! Thank you for having this project on -- just made one for a lovely young lady turning 12 tomorrow out of faux fur .... gorgeous! Gotta make me some more!
Hi Teresa, Ive been watching your channel for a couple of months now I'm new to cuddle I love it your instructions are great I made 3 infinity scarfs this after noon so quick, easy and beautiful. I will continue to watch for more fun. I also have a new grand baby boy I want to make the stuffed animals. i have the On the Farm soft book but haven't started it yet. Thank you again
Thank you for the great video I am making my first for a Christmas gift. I got it done with your awesome coaching. I love the fabric. It was great to sew with.
Just watched your video! Loved it! Very good demo and easy to learn from! Thank you! I made 2 of them last night after watching someone else's video! Liked yours better!
Love this, am from england, I think your measurements are slightly different to ours? I could be wrong but I know clothes sizes are different, love to make this xx
I’ve only made one, but didn’t watch this video to learn about the stretch and she’s right..it’s very nice, but it would lay a lot nicer if I did it correctly
Can I sew two colors (9-1/2" x 36") together as long as I keep them both in the correct direction with the width stretch? Will it still drape nicely? Thanks!
I just want to clarify the cutting. You cut 36" following the selvage, or length of fabric, not width (from selvage to selvage), correct? I did the latter (selvage to selvage), following another TH-camr's directions, but despite their success, mine ended up a disaster. I wondered, then, if I should have cut the fabric in the other direction, where there isn't any stretch. I look forward to your conformation or correction. Thanks! :-D And Happy Holiday.
Yes the fabric should be cut so the 36" is along the length (parallel to the selvage) of the fabric. It doesn't stretch. The short side is along the width of the fabric and stretches. -teresa
@@ShannonFabrics Thank-you! It sews so much easier when there isn't any stretch involved! I've made a couple since my posting and though there's a bit of stretch when sewing the ends together, it's not as bad. Just a matter of me getting used to handling this slippery fabric. Yay clips and pins! :-D Again, thank-you for responding and confirming.
Loved your video. I am sort of new. I noticed you spoke about two different feet to use for sewing this scarf. I have a Brother Dream Machine and from your video, I believe you are, also, using a Brother. I have the foot you used in the video, but have not attempted to use it. Which do you think is thebest foot to use with Cuddle Minky Fabric, please? Thank you!
Yes, I have a similar machine, but it is a BabyLock. You want to use the closed toe foot on that digital dual feed. It will work wonders on the Cuddle! -teresa
This is the first video I’ve found that shows the “twist”…and is so easy to follow. Well done, thank you!
Glad it was helpful! It's such a fun and simple project! --teresa

Made 6 of these this afternoon! Can hardly wait for Christmas to give them as gifts! Super fun and easy.
Thank you for giving the details on thread, needles & stitch length, frequently these are overlooked on videos.
I’m excited too!
You are a great teacher...relaxed and so easy to follow along.
Watching again I need two more thank you for teaching us so much

What an outstanding tutorial! Well done and thank you!
It is interesting how the drape changes length vs. width.
Isn't it?! It's a bigger difference than I originally expected. --teresa

Yes you can!
How does this cutting may work with magnets? I love the ruler and WHERE DOMI GET THIS MAT RULER AND MAGNETS?
Love your videos
Great tutorial lots of tips.
I have some light weight sweater plaid. Can I make the same sort of infinity scarf?
Thanks a lot! 🌸🌸
What size would you do for young teenagers?

This is fabulous. If I wanted to make one that has a double loop, what would be the best length?
You could make it 64-72" long for a double loop.

@@ShannonFabrics Thank you so very much!
Big difference in the drape of the fabric. The proper direction let's the scarf puddle.
Just curious, can I do this with my serger? I don’t have a walking foot at this moment, I do have a serger.
Yes, some people use their serger for this project, too!
@@ShannonFabrics , thank you! I’m going to try one tonight!
GOOD MORNING I E TO SEE YOU
Better late than never… LOLOL
why not use a rotary cutter?
You can, it's just extra messy. A craft knife/blade or micro-serrated scissors keep the mess to a minimum. --teresa
What size would you use for kid size? :)
We suggest 26-28" for older children and recommend using a scarf that is not a loop for younger children.
