Hyperscreen is only a gimmic. Screens, screens and screens. This Sclass has just right amount of screens. Every car doesnt have to be the bridge of Startrek.
You can choose between the diffrent massage programs in the comfort section of the screen, also you don't need to tell Mercedes that you are in the back right seat, it knows.
Should have taken their new inline 6 and make an amg handmade version and slap that f1 ers hybrid tech to it. The in-line 6 is already matched to some hybridization in the 53’s
this is probably the best all around daily/perfomance car, too bad it costs as much as a small house. Thank you Mercedes for not screwing up their designs (cough cough BMW)

This is probably the quickest big body sedan bro, but if you want somthing actually fast go and lighter and get you a BMW m4/M3 comp or even just a m4/M3 you will literally feel the torque immediatley. the Mercedes is more comefortable but with a little more power, the BMW still comfortable but a lot more power. (And that fragrance thing is also in BMW too just wanted to point that out
@@Hert981 bmw understates their HP and 0-60 on paper by alot. Even then I use to be a merc guy too but these new beamers and the s58 engines are untouchable when it comes to power. Just a simple jb4 or racechip and ur running low 10s to the quarter mile.

The seats are not cooled - they are ventilated.. there are only a couple of manufacturers that offer cooled seats (air conditioned seats). These seats move ambient air around.
They cost nearly the same. But the G63 is substantially slower in all regards, doesn't have nearly as many luxury features, and doesn't ride as well. I believe they're designed to be different experiences entirely, but I'd have to go with the S63 over the G63.

Thats what I reckon of almost all car manufacurers, the info-tainment situation is horrendous. if tech reviewers were to review the infotainment software and harware, I think they'd roast all vehicles currently on the market. IMO, car maufactures, especially luxury car mufactures need to create an experience that creates parity of their tech and the latest tech in phones, sound, name it. OK, rant over 😅

gas powered cars peaked already. I drive a 5.0 v8 JX myself and it is the best, no huge screens and buttons for everything + classy styling. Also it is very affordable. Every time I drive it I ask myself, what more is needed?

Secondly the 0-60 times haven’t been tested. We all should know by now that BMW lies.

For the people that can afford this car, hybrid technology makes no sense. If I wanted a hybrid, I would get a Toyota. This is a case of, "If my grandmother had wheels she would have been a bike." Mercedes in the past 7 years have completely lost everything that made them great, their reliability and luxury in one package, something that justified their price points. It was something to aspire to. Today, the interior looks cheap, completely cheap, the hyperscreen looks cheaper than the existing screens in this model. A digital screen means that when something goes wrong, the entire unit needs to be removed. Ultra-luxury car brands use analog gauges for a reason, they last and look elegant. That steering wheel with 4 spokes is absolutely god awful for that price point. If I wanted a car with F1 technology, I would buy an F1 car. Again, the people that can afford this vehicle don't want or need any of this stuff, they'll buy it because "It's a mercedes" and they remember the days when that name had massive pedigree and was legendary for reliability. Today, that's crap. Vehicles like this S class weigh as much as a yacht, and have so much copper in them that they would bankrupt Ghana from inflation. The interior looks completely overwhelming to the eye, a red interior, with bright interior lighting, just looks terrible. If you can afford this car, just get a Maybach.
Mercedes-Benz need to fix two things with this car - the back and the instrument cluster. The back is hideous. The speedo 'cluster' looks so out of place there. They just plonked a thin tablet there which looks like an afterthought. Terrible. Previous generation S Class remains king in terms of styling.
No car guys in the chat as this car has such an ugly interior filled with screens and without any tactile buttons. Also the hybrid will be worthless in 5-10 years. Overall not a timeless car. The previous s63 was a timeless elegant beast. This is a horrible car not worthy of being an amg.
The first 10 mins of the video was completely unnecessary. This generation S Class isn’t as innovative as past generations. Even the 4D audio with subs in the seats was in the 7 Series in 2023. Mercedes should focus on a new interior design for their flagship that isn’t shared with a C Class.
I have this generation S class, but an S580 not the 63, and the rear wheel steering is new to this generation and a game changer for a car this long. Idk if he mentions it but it's probably the best, most often used new feature that makes a big difference. I also love the integration of Android Auto/Carplay
