I think having a variety of characters is great in stories, especially ones with the potential to grow. She's honestly a relatable character considering the kind of world they live in. I liked her and that DDR scene made me laugh lol
The pacing is really fast in this series, like almost villain of the week fast, so the strength definitely lies elsewhere for me which was the core cast and how they interacted/grew throughout the story. Like I wasn't emotionally invested in most characters because of the pace, but how everything played out with the main cast had me gripped. Did you read it to week to week?

I've read a bit of Akumetsu, but honestly don't remember almost anything, I should pick that up again and finish. Tokyo Revengers I've actually been looking at to start, and I think I will with you mentioning it! Haven't heard of Pluto or Ravages of Time before so I'll need to look those up. Appreciate the list!

I think it'll be awhile until something does that to be honest, just because of the potential AoT had if it nailed the ending. My favorite anime list hasn't changed in awhile so my hunt continues. I'm excited for the CSM anime, I generally prefer anime over manga because it's easier for me to get emotionally invested with the voice acting, music, and so on.

Try hells paradise next you won’t regret it. Great cast. Good characters and it’s always interesting and mystery. Only 127 chapters. In my opinion better than csm and jjk in terms of characters
Will do! Looks like it just finished too! Man I've put off reading for far too long. And I agree that with the pacing of both CSM and JJK while they have a lot of cool and varied characters, the pacing of the story doesn't usually give you time to truly get emotionally invested in most of them. Not hating on the fast pace though, tight stories generally end up having good endings.
Have you ever read Berserk? I think you would adore it man.

Fire Punch was really good. But it has the same problem like all other mangas- very unsatisfactory ending. It could be subjected but personally I didn't like the Ending of fire punch.
