I just love the scene before he shoots his first God Knows, he just walks up to Mark, and asks: "Have you ever heard the flap of an angel's wings?" And then straight up murders him with his technique. Inazuma eleven will always be my favourite sports anime. By the way, for Majin the Hand, what I remember is that it is a left handed move and uses energy from the heart, however to use it Mark turns around because he has to put his right hand on his chest to have it as close as possible to the heart to accumulate energy.
"Football at its core is a game built on teamwork", and that's why we brazilians got that infamous 7x1. A team full of players full of themselves. Also, great video. It was sometime since I saw a good video about Inazuma Eleven.
this channel will have 100k subscribers at this rate. Your content is just too good and the Inazuma Eleven fandom is very loyal to the series, specially the first 3 seasons (football frontier, aliens, world cup). Even though i agree with you, my personal favorite greatest match ever is Karasuno vs Seijoh 2. Oikawa's character development and the talent vs hardwork battle is just perfectly represented in that arc. Raimon vs Zeus is a close second though
Him understanding the left hand thing is the only core memory I had of the show. Whenever I told someone about this show (I had forgotten it's name because I was too young when I watched it) I would tell them how the main protagonist understood the Majin hand technique and whomever I told this to they understood what show I was taking about so yeah this match is pretty goated
Majin the hand definitely top 5 hissatsu of all time. It's even cooler the second time in the episode that Endou uses it with the music change and Aphrode's utter shock that he's been surpassed. And that final line... *In Unison: "This is our..." Goenji: "Football!!!" as he scores the winning goal, combining The Phoenix which represents rebirth and rebuilding yourself, with Fire Tornado, the ferocious flames that lit a fire in everyone's hearts set ablaze the path to success in that very first episode (very intelligent writing like brooooooo). Inazuma Eleven has some of the best character moments, dialogue, hype and peak writing of any sports anime. Despite being so ahead of it's time though it's quite underrated so it's great to see some appreciation. Now, for the best Hissatsu's in the whole franchise: Season 1 - Majin the hand Season 2 - Eternal Blizzard Season 3 - Tenkuu Ototshi Go - White Hurricane Chrono Stone - Tenchi Raimei Galaxy - Arashi Tatsumaki Hurricane Aries - Cosmic Blaster Orion - God Hand (of friendship) Honourable mentions: Basically every Orion Hissatsu (They're all so good its basically impossible to choose just one), Maximum Fire (from the ogre movie), God of wind God of Lightning (Ares), Great Max Me Super (Chrono Stone), Odin Sword (season 3) and all Avatar/Armed and souls.
@dewannaeem7283 It honestly doesn't get as much recognition as it should be. I mean come on, it's literally a shot that gains power the farther that it's shot from.
When kidou himself told aphrodi not to underestimate endou, along with a flashback of royal's first game with raimon showing endou's determination, one of the best moments of the game.
this is the first video i've watched from you and omg someone who's actually talking about and analysing ina11! this show was my childhood, and it really is insane out of context (and in context tbf). would love to hear you talk about s2 and s3
Beautiful bro. Also the ending song "Maji de Kansha" is so nice to hear. Hearing that after they win a big game was always fulfilling. This anime will always be my favorite sports anime.
@Loner098 I just searched it up, apparently it is a opening song but they've played it after the opening multiple times. Such as when (spoilers for season 3 if you haven't watched) They also played it after they won the football frontier international. Also when they were at a breaking point and then they turned the game around.
i always thought inazuma eleven was just a childhood fever dream of mine.Whoever i talked to hadnt hear its name.Even after some years when anime becam fairly popular in my country, nobody mentions the name of this anime. But i still love to watch it so much
As a day-1 French fan of the series, either it is the video game, the anime, or the manga (which is WAY darker), I'm really happy seeing someone doing a resumé of the first season of this legendary franchise (big up the to latino community whom is the biggest community after Japan). Before deleting my Discord server (which I regret deleting), I created a wonderful Inazuma Eleven Community, all loving doing roleplays We created our own characters and special techniques (hissatsus in Japanese), we made them grow, train, talk, live, it was 24/7 and we had our own legendaries moment, sometime we talk about it, we smile at these moments, we were united by the Level-5 Franchise called Inazuma Eleven. Sportmanship. Friendship. Childhood show. Video games. And this for years that came. We're waiting for Victory Road's launch so that we can feed our love for Inazuma Eleven, and I hope you'll go over the seven other seasons, even if we're not fans of the last two. There is SO MUCH to talk about, and with Hat you did just for the first season, I'm sure the other videos you will make (if you do) will be just as good if not better. I'm gonna watch some more of your videos now, keep up with the good work and good luck for what's next. Until then, SOCCA YAROZE !!
Definitely one of the best things I've watched in childhood, today we all keep praising haikyu and Bluelock but often forget that anime like Inazuma eleven and captain tsubasa made the hype for sports anime
This show was airing on Cartoon Network when I was a kid. I watched all of S1 (till the aliens showed up lmfao). That build up to Majin the Hand and then eventually winning, scoring that last goal by literally summoning the Phoenix, was so memorable.
Endou using the devil's hand to challenge the gods who wants to break his love for football is just peak writting. This show is just a perfect study on how to write children's shows it teaches so many good things while being entertaining and very smart about it's writting.
I remember finding this show randomly and almost passed by it before I noticed the MC had the same name as me so I decided to watch it. I love it in the first few episodes
The most beautiful moment is when the coach calls the names of the injured Japan team, calls the managers by names as he addresses each team member before the final match in the show. In the raimon finals, The Phoenix was incredible. They mastered the pegasus, Then put a spin on it as the phoenix. Then Blaze shot fire tornado on that. The moments Mark/Endou joins attack are so awesome.
Really great video! Watching this gave me goosebumps. I remember watching Inazuma Eleven as a kid and immediately wanting to play football, although being from a country that doesn't have football as its primary sport, I had to wait until I was in highschool to start playing. Even then, years later I knew exactly what position I wanted to play in.
This was the first anime i ever watched and still is my favorite anime to this day. I was 8 when i watched it and its been 10 years. Never had talent for football but im one of the best defenders in my school because of my physique. I gave up on football because i was indian and never will get a chance to play abroad
I love how they changed Majin the Hand from the games, because in Inazuma Eleven 1, you unlock it before facing Shuriken, while triple defense (where Jack and Todd help Mark stop triangle z) is more powerful, being one of the best catch moves in the game
Inazuma eleven is one of my favorite animes of all time. Even if is has too much friendship power, I remember I started watching it after a friend recommended it, and it became a real inspiration to me. I was not a athletic kid, I was more fat, but after starting Inazuma eleven, I started playing football everyday, even try to make a team with my friends. I have many good memories of this anime (mostly the seasons where Endou was the protagonist) Also, I didn't notice it at first, but its nice to find an inazuma eleven video that use the original names of every character. It feels really weird when I listen a video where the use the other names xP.
@@mocha13 a little bit of a heads up the new coach for s2 (not spoiling their name for those who haven't watched it) had a lot of character development and personality cut from the games (which came before the anime) so if they feels like a dick or emotionless watch a comp of the cutscenes of either inazuma eleven 2 firestorm or blizzard (blizzard shows more character development for them tho)
Inazuma Eleven was the kind of hype that Optimus Prime had when doing his speeches, had me believing I could stop those shots barehanded. However I think if Blue Lock doesn't get the same treatment as it did for this season, the U-20 match has the chance to be the greatest anime sports match ever.
I'll be looking forward to the u20 match no matter the circumstances. We don't need a million budget animation I'm just happy we get to see the story progress.
i remember watching inazuma casually until the zeus match, then i binged the shit out of it. The alien arc got me hooked to no end, and that was back in 2011. However, it is still one of the best sports anime. This show never stops being entertaining, original inazuma eleven at least, watch it omg
“Majin..Za Hando!!” Peak anime, it’s even better that it’s my second anime that I watched Every Inazuma arc Pre-world cup was inside (World Cup was also amazing)
Ayy, I've been waiting for you to release this video since I watched all your other Inazuma Eleven videos when they first release! Bless up bro, hope you're doing good
The first time Endou used Majin the Hand, and the time he evolved God Catch to G3 is the most hyped moment I personally consider for the original show. Especially God Catch G3 when the music plays and the echoes of him yelling "Catch" is replaced with everyone else yelling it
Inazuma eleven got me in football when I was 9. I am still a football fan. Inazuma eleven got me into anime and I still watch and love anime till now. Inazuma eleven was and is so much for then just an another anime. Inazuma eleven is much more then that. I forgot the names but when that white haired kid uses his fire kick. When endou finally recruits him. When endou finally beats royal academy. When endou finally beats those "aliens". When all the people endou beat become his friends and play together in a team in the international tournament. And my favorite character, the white haired ice boy who has dual personality. When his personality finally becomes one. That moment still gives me goosebumps man. I'm going to watch the anime rn
Thank you so much for the nostalgia! I remember rushing back home from school to watch this every friday... The final game was such a fantastic moment.
I also love how the voice actress for endou is the same to naruto. The actress really know how to voice the character, which gives the emotion on point.
Inazuma often gets overlooked in the world of sports anime with the multiple monsters and mainstream sports anime that we have. But the franchise has a lot of incredible moments. like here with majin the hand but also (without spoilers) - Fubuki's mental health (lets call it that) in season 2 - The problems, corruption and match fixing try in season 3 and many more along the line in go, like loss, fear and pain! They do it so well!
If you ever manage to go to Season 3 i would say their Final is as good or even better for at least one single reason. The match has a really high tension but you dont even fight against a Villain but against a normal Team like yours and its as epic as ever
I have watched over 1000 animes ,but this will always remain one of the best ones i remember watching it in 4 th grade after school , those seasons vs aliens were also cool😮
Inazuma 11 was one of my favourite shows as a kid, so it's great to revisit it, since it still stands up today. I remember the 4 year wait for the season 3 dub was agonising, but at least we had the games. Mark/Endou is still one of my favourite characters in anime. And Willy/Megane may be a bit of a wimp, but he's our wimp and we love him haha
I think this match is God tier (pun intended), but I would argue that the final match between Inazuma Japan and Little Giant is even better. Peak Endou facing a team coached by his greatest idol who he assumed to be dead. The entire season builds up to the reveal, and the fact that it is near the end of Endou's saga makes it even more emotional.
Can't remember the name but I gotta mention the last alien team before going back to face dark raimon. That earth strike special move still gives me shivers
@@datreak3329 Yeah, it's not. In this video the creator was refering to BlueLock as an example and some might think IE is inspired from BlueLock, but actually it's the opposite.
Awesome video! Honestly, agreed with everything you said, Endou had to learn those techniques using his grandpa's notebooks, while Rococco on the other hand had direct guidance from his grandfather, theres the difference between the two What I love about this is that he doesn't actually learn Majin the hand before the match, he learns it during the match which makes it more intense and exciting Ares/Orion endou felt like a straight up Gary/Mary sue there I did not really like that tbh I love OG endou more than ares/orion endou Also Aphrodi has to be one of the most OP characters still to this day XD with or without drug he is still strong and awesome I just cant get enough of his beautiful moves heavens time is broken af

Bro how do you only have 14k subs you deserve a million for the incredible content! I watched this show when I was young but you still somehow managed to bring all the hype keep up the good work
You made a great video and great points, and I am definitely sure to check the anime out. However, my personal favorite sport match of all time has got to be the first final of Diamond no Ace Act I against Inashiro (and since you featured some clips of DnA, althought they were from the utter garbage that is Act II, I presume you are familiar with it). The build up is in my humble opinion among the best we know. We first get introduced to Inashiro in a training match, with Mei busting out his unhittable change up. We learn that they defeated the third years before and made Metabolic Senpai retire. We further learn that Miyuki was supposed to join Mei and his gang to win it all and that both teams are most likely to face off with each other. And then we see them utterly dominate the sf in a called game. Up until that point, Seido had won each game with relative ease. There were a few hiccups here and there, but overall, Seido was so strong, the third years seemed so invincible, you felt that they could not lose. Then we get to the night before, And Kataoka, the teams coach, not only expresses his desire to take his team to Koshien, but also admits that he does not believe that Seido has even a 50 % chance of winning. Seido, the team that took down any other opponent with relative ease. So when the match finally arrives, you know that it will be a hard fight. Just from the build up alone, you knew enough to root for either team. Inashiro may have been the juggernaut of the West Tokyo prefecture, but they were in it to win it, willing to do everything they can to get that ticket. Then the match starts and they immediately take the lead. All the momentum seems to be on their side. And then it is Yuki´s turn. And Mei makes short work off him. The momentum changes, and due to the injury from Ryosuke (clearly telegraphed and well known beforehand) 2 runs score. Furuya gets chased and Tanba comes in. And proceeds to give up a homer. With Mei only pitching better and better, the game seems to almost over. And then, when Tanba collapses, when everything is seemingly going up in flames, in comes Sawamura and strikes out Mei on three pitches. The momentum starts to shift and in the top of the eight inning, after the absolute highlight of the match, Yuki smashes the change up for a two run double and Seido takes the lead. Anf with Sawamura pulling off that risky play as well as inducing that ground ball with his cutter, we had into the ninth. Miyuki gets on base and wit hthe way everything went, you truly feel like Seido can defeat the demon that is Mei. And then, with Miyuki on third, with the game on the line, we get the flashback of Mei and learn about his motivations, what drives him forward and his obsession. So when Mei scores that out at home, you know that we are at the crossroad. Mei has tapped into his demon side, Seido fails to score and we enter the bottom of the ninth. Three more outs. And with the ever increasing pressure, with the game, Koshien and his senpais future on the line, at the height of the game, Sawamura cracks down. Before we proceed and Kawakami comes in. Who walks a batter, gets the sure win groundout before Haruichi flubs the ball (something he did before) and Carlos scores. The game is tied. But you still believe that they can pull it off, that they can win. And then comes Mei and ends it all. The entire game, the constant shift of momentum, the build up, what we learn about Inashiro and Mei especially, how these two teams were throwing everything they had at each other, supporting their ace/supporting each other, the way this game ends and most importantly, how it affects the entire story, make this game my personal goat. In most other mangas, when the team loses, they simply rebound and get back in their next try. Here, the third years retire, Sawamura gets YIPS and has to battle for the rest of the first Act to even get a spot on the mound. The impact this game left, the way it changed the entire trajectory of everyone involved, just everything was done to perfection. And the anime did the game justice. I still get goosebumps when Mei gets that out at home plate against Miyuki, when Sawamura strikes out Mei, or when Carlos runs through and scores the tying run. I am, however, looking forward to this anime once I find the time. Thank you for the good video and reccommendation.

I remember being upset about the ass pullery ending of how Tobias destroyed Ash and then Black & White replaced the show. I left Pokemon then and there until I re-watched Pokemon start to finish some 7 yrs later.
@@amarnathcr7335 I was so mad as well when Tobias won over Ash 😭 after that amazing Ash vs Paul fight. What makes it worse is when you realise that the dude that made it to the finals couldn't even take out Darkrai so if Tobias didn't exist Ash would have for sure won. At least now he is a World Champ
@@MasterAbeer101 Yes lol they just didn't want to give Ash the W. They built up the same thing in Pokemon X and Y and I sure thought Ash was gonna defeat Alain but no they had to ruin it again. Thank God Sun and Moon happened.
I just love the scene before he shoots his first God Knows, he just walks up to Mark, and asks: "Have you ever heard the flap of an angel's wings?" And then straight up murders him with his technique. Inazuma eleven will always be my favourite sports anime.
By the way, for Majin the Hand, what I remember is that it is a left handed move and uses energy from the heart, however to use it Mark turns around because he has to put his right hand on his chest to have it as close as possible to the heart to accumulate energy.
you say Endo, but legends remember Mark Evans
This
endou mamoru is his originl japanese name ...in dub it changed to mark evans....so i dont think english name makes u legend
It's not the name but the character
I remember it as the Arabic name
"If he falls, he's stronger when he gets up.", Endou's straight up a saiyan
how am i crying to this bro wthh 😭do the rest of the series please!!
That was the aim!
Thank you for reminding me of this beautiful memory from my childhood
The greatest coverage I've seen of this beloved series of mine. Thank you.
Now, for the best Hissatsu's in the whole franchise:
Season 1 - Majin the hand
Season 2 - Eternal Blizzard
Season 3 - Tenkuu Ototshi
Go - White Hurricane
Chrono Stone - Tenchi Raimei
Galaxy - Arashi Tatsumaki Hurricane
Aries - Cosmic Blaster
Orion - God Hand (of friendship)
Honourable mentions: Basically every Orion Hissatsu (They're all so good its basically impossible to choose just one), Maximum Fire (from the ogre movie), God of wind God of Lightning (Ares), Great Max Me Super (Chrono Stone), Odin Sword (season 3) and all Avatar/Armed and souls.
If you had to separate the special moves of each season into shooting, blocking/stealing, goalkeeping, and dribbling, how would they fall into?
I loved Excalibur.
ALL orion hissatsus?
Even Macaroni Spaghetti??
@dewannaeem7283 It honestly doesn't get as much recognition as it should be. I mean come on, it's literally a shot that gains power the farther that it's shot from.
Finally someone giving Inazuma Eleven some flowers lol, make this a series and cover every season 😂.
The algorithm doing it's job because YOU ARE GOD DAMN RIGHT
Inazuma Eleven season 1 (or arc 1 or first game or whatever you call it) is absolute PEAK.
6:20 “he’s literally the Lionel Messi of goalkeeping”
Hes never heard of Lev Yashin
When kidou himself told aphrodi not to underestimate endou, along with a flashback of royal's first game with raimon showing endou's determination, one of the best moments of the game.
I love Inazuma Eleven man… but this video was so amazing it made me literally cry man. Keep up the good work, cause you are doing it splendidly!
this is the first video i've watched from you and omg someone who's actually talking about and analysing ina11! this show was my childhood, and it really is insane out of context (and in context tbf). would love to hear you talk about s2 and s3
17:55 bro really pulled out Chaos Control and thought we wouldn't notice 💀
A sonic fan i see🙌
i actually cried by the end. AMAZING video. new subscriber here about to watch all your inazuma eleven videos and wait for more to come!
Glad you enjoyed! Hopefully I can do the remaining seasons the justice they deserve.
Beautiful bro. Also the ending song "Maji de Kansha" is so nice to hear. Hearing that after they win a big game was always fulfilling. This anime will always be my favorite sports anime.
Wait, Maji de Kansha is an ending song? I thought it was the name of an opening song... 🤔
@Loner098 I just searched it up, apparently it is a opening song but they've played it after the opening multiple times. Such as when (spoilers for season 3 if you haven't watched)
They also played it after they won the football frontier international. Also when they were at a breaking point and then they turned the game around.
@@senten9154 I always thought the anime just reused other opening songs to hype the audience up to something big.
@@Loner098 And it is, maji de kansha always had me rejoicing and jumping all over the place haha
Inazuma Eleven is actually PEAK, i'm watching S1 again
i always thought inazuma eleven was just a childhood fever dream of mine.Whoever i talked to hadnt hear its name.Even after some years when anime becam fairly popular in my country, nobody mentions the name of this anime. But i still love to watch it so much
As a day-1 French fan of the series, either it is the video game, the anime, or the manga (which is WAY darker), I'm really happy seeing someone doing a resumé of the first season of this legendary franchise (big up the to latino community whom is the biggest community after Japan).
Before deleting my Discord server (which I regret deleting), I created a wonderful Inazuma Eleven Community, all loving doing roleplays
We created our own characters and special techniques (hissatsus in Japanese), we made them grow, train, talk, live, it was 24/7 and we had our own legendaries moment, sometime we talk about it, we smile at these moments, we were united by the Level-5 Franchise called Inazuma Eleven.
I still can't believe you went from Weird Sport Anime to Greatest Match in Sports Anime !
Inazuma eleven is GOAT.
Finally, another Inazuma Eleven video
I am so happy this anime gets some love, I grew up with it and played the games on my Nintendo back in the day
Inazuma eleven is one of my favorite animes of all time. Even if is has too much friendship power, I remember I started watching it after a friend recommended it, and it became a real inspiration to me. I was not a athletic kid, I was more fat, but after starting Inazuma eleven, I started playing football everyday, even try to make a team with my friends. I have many good memories of this anime (mostly the seasons where Endou was the protagonist)
Also, I didn't notice it at first, but its nice to find an inazuma eleven video that use the original names of every character. It feels really weird when I listen a video where the use the other names xP.
Would love a season 2 breakdown
But what I would love more is more than 1 vid per month 😭
In fairness, I would also love more than 1 vid per month 😪
Take your time, peak cinema cannot be mass produced. @@mocha13
@@mocha13cover the whole series man,
Till Orion, it's wack, but the pure hype that you feel after watching is bonkers
I watched Inazuma Eleven growing up and played all the games too. Kira Hitomiko is one of my all time favourite characters.
So good hear someone talking about this peak anime!
Now do a 5 minutes essay about excalibur been the stupidest hissatsu in Inazuma Eleven
“Majin..Za Hando!!”
Peak anime, it’s even better that it’s my second anime that I watched
Every Inazuma arc Pre-world cup was inside (World Cup was also amazing)
Okay atp your channel gonna make me finally get into sports anime 😂
You should already be watching some hahaha
“Speaking of stakes 🥩” made me laugh even tho it’s really random 😂
Thank you for this video. Inazuma Eleven has absolutely shaped me into a better person.
The first time God Hand got broken through, I literally dropped my spoon during my breakfast in front of the TV.
when you hear the shanlan lalala. thats just happiness right there.
One of my favourite parts of Inazuma when I was a kid. Thanks for making these vids once again. Thank you. Endlessly.
I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS VID SINCE THE LAST ONE CAME OUT!!! THANKS VRO!!!
The first majin the hand is for me the best scene from all of Inazuma and by far. Great video
Ayy, I've been waiting for you to release this video since I watched all your other Inazuma Eleven videos when they first release! Bless up bro, hope you're doing good
Thank you! Hope you enjoyed it
@@mocha13 yeah man, dope video! Hope you continue the series by covering the other seasons
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TALKING ABOUT THIS!!!!
Bro you are a man of culture for all these animes you know because i know most of these
Really well edited video
Thanks!
I also love how the voice actress for endou is the same to naruto. The actress really know how to voice the character, which gives the emotion on point.
My childhood recapped ❤️ thanks
You're way too underrated bro❤
Please make a video of how the background score and the songs are just perfectly timed....its goosebumps everytime
Inazuma often gets overlooked in the world of sports anime with the multiple monsters and mainstream sports anime that we have. But the franchise has a lot of incredible moments.
like here with majin the hand but also (without spoilers)
- Fubuki's mental health (lets call it that) in season 2
- The problems, corruption and match fixing try in season 3
and many more along the line in go, like loss, fear and pain!
9:25 the music LMAAAAAOOOO
I think this match is God tier (pun intended), but I would argue that the final match between Inazuma Japan and Little Giant is even better. Peak Endou facing a team coached by his greatest idol who he assumed to be dead. The entire season builds up to the reveal, and the fact that it is near the end of Endou's saga makes it even more emotional.
Can't remember the name but I gotta mention the last alien team before going back to face dark raimon. That earth strike special move still gives me shivers
@sl33pyhollow Genesis, the goats
Fun fact: Haikyuu and BlueLock are used as an example of hype moment and build ups of sports anime but Inazuma Elevn did those first!
u got Captain Tsubasa and Slam Dunk first tho
@@henriquelourenco5083 Slam Dunk is just amazing
its not about who did first
@@henriquelourenco5083 True Captain Tsubasa really made sports anime popular and I kind of forgot about Slam dunk. Good point.
@@datreak3329 Yeah, it's not. In this video the creator was refering to BlueLock as an example and some might think IE is inspired from BlueLock, but actually it's the opposite.
Endou Mamoru the GOAT ❤ Your videos make me want to rewatch Inazuma Eleven. Even since finishing Ace of Diamond, I miss watching hyped sports anime
makes me so happy that inazuma eleven is getting recognition nowadays. such an underrated anime
Awesome video! Honestly, agreed with everything you said, Endou had to learn those techniques using his grandpa's notebooks, while Rococco on the other hand had direct guidance from his grandfather, theres the difference between the two
What I love about this is that he doesn't actually learn Majin the hand before the match, he learns it during the match which makes it more intense and exciting
Ares/Orion endou felt like a straight up Gary/Mary sue there I did not really like that tbh
I love OG endou more than ares/orion endou
Also Aphrodi has to be one of the most OP characters still to this day XD with or without drug he is still strong and awesome I just cant get enough of his beautiful moves heavens time is broken af

Nice vid. Keep up the work.
Thanks!
This is such a beautiful video. I love Inazuma Eleven. Endou is my favorite character of all time. Thank you so much.
