EASY PUFF PASTRY APPETIZER RECIPE | Easy Appetizer Recipes for Beginners

INGREDIENTS
PUFF PASTRY
454g all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
454g cold unsalted butter
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp ice cold water

GENOA SALAMI FILLING
1/4 medium red onion
50g Genoa Salami (diced)
6 Tbsp shredded cheese (I used mozzarella - but you can use whatever you have on hand)
EGG WASH
1 egg
1 Tbsp milk
pinch of salt
