How I Set Up My Wheel 2024

- Lot of new functions on the new Rexing Mayaris V2. I'll be using this wheel all throughout 2024, and excited to put it through its paces in the upcoming iRacing 12 Hours of Sebring. I haven’t found anything explicitly saying that this wheel works fine with a simagic base but would assume it does with the 50mm bolt pattern and hardwiring it to the PC?
Correct. I have a small USB hub just underneath the wheel deck to connect the wheel. Also have a wire management clip to keep the cable from moving around.
I believe I might work with the Canbus connector on Simagic but not 100% sure and might damage the USB cable

What is your way of viewing real time tyre temps when driving the W13 in iRacing? I know this isn't supported with external displays but is there something I'm missing?
@@LukeVesty in iRacing they only update after you pit. The dash will display whatever came up on the last stop.
Yeah I just meant that when I'm driving the W13 I like to page through to the warm up display to sometimes check my real time tyre temps. I was wondering what you do for this because the wheel can't display this info. Do you run iRacing's in-sim display as well as using the physical display on your wheel?
@@LukeVesty I just run the dash on the wheel. On cars like the HPD, I’ll run both.

I have this wheel, awesome wheel, only problem I have with this wheel is there is a lot of light bleed at the bottom of the lcd screen, can be annoying when there is a dark screen background, interested if u have this issue?

@@RacingSimSupport what QR adapter do ya use/would recommend? Running an alpha mini as of now so know any NRG style should fit the bill (though not like power or data can come from the wheelbase which is fine)
