I like how Loz is showing that it can be done easily and cheaply and no fuss, I feel a lot of other TH-camrs who show their diet try to make it sound difficult to prep and complicated but Loz is honest

Thank you very much! So helpful. Im a big guy, getting kinda strong. I lost over 60lb last year and fell off for a few months. Now I've completely quit drinking, and I'm gunna see how much more I can spill off this year and then onward from there. Great timing for an inspirational boost from someone experienced

Big Loz! We practically eat the same breakfast so i felt magnanimous enough to drop a lazy diet tip - blend everything you put in the porridge into a shake, pour it over the oats then stir it up with a fork and leave it to soak in the fridge overnight! It turns into something resembling pudding and you can make a gang of them up at once but, use a fork instead of a spoon to stir - a fork makes it nice and light whilst a spoon seems to leave dry clumps within the mixture 👍

I've been as high as 21st , alcohol, pizza, ice cream etc . Got as low as 12st at one point but my main love is lifting ,bb/ strength combined and now I fluctuate between 13 half to 15 but lean and mostly holding water .. the feeling between not reaching my shoelaces and not being able to breath to running on a treadmill is unbelievable to me 🙂. It's amazing how well your doing and u bet you feel do much better even though like me you sacrifice some strength to lean out

Beef Mice!!!! 🤣 Great vid and fantastic progress so far mate. Knife skills need a touch of work and I 100% here ya on fry light spray its a god send. I tend to add worcester sauce and chilli flakes to everything and poaching chicken in chicken stock is even easier than frying and nice and moist. Now I need to get me one of those mugs.

I started doing daily testosterone instead of the old way of every 10. I also started using a nutritionist and I've dropped down to 215 from 257 lbs and I feel a lot better and I'm working out daily which helps. I do my meals like you and I eat the same kind of chocolate. It is basically a kito meal plan I'm on.

Funny how bodybuilders paved the way for nutrition for both powerlifter and strong man.Back in the seventies and eighties only the bodybuilders knew about small or large frequent meals all throughout the day and a nutritional balance order for increase muscle mass and strength.Later on powerlifters and strongman adopted the bodybuilders diet modifying it to taylor their specific needs.

Loved seeing your easy mince and rice meal. I make a big chilli con carne every Sunday with 2kg of meat, kidney beans, tomatoes, spices. And split that into 10 meals for my lunches during the week. Every meal gets 200g of meat. I have been eating this 2 times a day at work for 5 years. It takes me 20 mins on a Sunday to make and I dont have to think about my lunch for the whole week.

Dark chocolate is great for you! Protects the heart and has antioxidants. Gotta go high cacao though; 85% or higher. I do about 3 squares a day typically. I get more antioxidants from blueberries and organic unsweetened pure cranberry juice not from concentrate.

Make sure you heat rice really well when reheating. Definitely don't eat it cold as it can give you food poisoning. I would cook the mince separately and store it. Then when it's time to eat, heat the rice and meat together. That microwavable rice takes no time to cook anyways.
