It is cheap tho and very much budget for what it offers, just because it doesnt fit in your budget doesnt mean it isnt budget.
You're not wrong budget is subjective, and it is a good light considering the current prices of lighting.
Picked one of these up recently as well. My case came with the dividers though!

So is it actually as bright as the regular cl220? I have 2 of those and i really like them.
The CL220 is brighter as is the case with most bi-color counterparts.
Does is have DMX support in any way?

The COLBOR CL220R does not support DMX control, but CL600 (bi-color) and CL600R (RGB) do.
