hi i brought a double din android stereo and i have no idea how to fit it this video shows the universal double din cage however i cannot mount the android stereo to the brackets as the screws protrude any help would be appreciated its a corsa c im fitting it to

A quick question. I've just purchased a pioneer DAB radio from yourselves with the connect2 fitting kit for an Octavia. On the pioneer unit were the bracket would fit it doesn't have threaded holes like the unit in this video has. And what are the foam sticky pads for?

I'm having the same problem with my pioneer, the wholes are sloped it's so weird and the screws don't fit in...I'm at a loss

@springinpages I bought some self tappers in the end and cut them down to about 10mm length.

Try doing this on a sony AX5600... the screws in the side are a 1 time only. If you fail the first time that's it.

Dim question: What are the foam sticky pads used for? Do you attach them to the unit to stop rattling against the cage or on the outside of the cage to stop rattling in the car? Thanks!

You need those when removing the unit. They allow you to depress the locking taps and pull the unit out of the metal cage
