Seeing Splinter Cell: Conviction on the thumbnail made my heart lit up. That old man climbed up the pipes like he had a super serum. And the badass exit from the 3rd Echelon building, the best.
You talk about Metal Gear, Thief and Splinter Cell. But the series I miss the most and seems to be completely forgotten is the Tenchu series. It had a unique atmosphere and feeling within the stealth genre.
Yeah, agreed. Lots of features that made Tenchu a very enjoyable and memorable experience. I liked picking what I though would be the most relevant tools and gear when starting a mission, the lively inhabited environments, the needed observation and planning skills when wiping out all the enemies undetected, eavesdropping and encountering funny and strange npc dialogue in the otherwise serious and dangerous atmosphere, also the amount of patience and skill to become succesfull and achieve top rank for missions. Just nothing else like it. FromSoftware knew what they were doing. Sekiro is cool and all but it's not Tenchu.
I was thinking the exact same thing! I'd never even heard of Thief until maybe two years ago, but Tenchu is probably the very first series I think of when I think stealth.
Sleeping Dogs man. It’s probably the most underrated shit in the gaming industry. Don’t know how many times I’ve played it over these years but watching the streets of Hong Kong in that game is so chaotic and calming at the same time.
I like how Timesplitters made a cameo with the newspaper clipping, but was not on the list. Timesplitters 2 was one of the most fun games that I played on the Playstation 2, especially the multi-player.
Trying to get platinum medals on all the challenges WAS the thing that made the game an all time great. I spent 100s of hours trying to essentially 100 percent those challenges and some of them were next to impossible but I eventually got it.
@@jonsimpson6569Things being locked behind online connection is so bad..the only thing that should be locked is multiplayer servers if they shut them down
I would love to see updated versions / remasters of • LoK - Soul Reaver (Including cut content) • Command & Conquer (3) • Tenchu • Lair • Rygar Edit: C&C 3 Specifically, because of looks, factions and game mechanics, all updated to current gen quality. Soul Reaver regrettably has a huge amount of cut content, that would've pushed the game even further into unrivalled brilliance.
Command & Conquer did get an HD Remaster. But it was just that, audio and visual updates. Nothing done to change anything. Even the AI that is stopped via sandbags & expo via sandbags as well.
InFAMOUS should’ve been on the list. It was my personal favorite and although I do like Second Son, it was Cole Trilogy that made me fall in love with electricity manipulation and admire its versatility
Infamous 1 was really good, but the sequel was terrible. I never got to play the spin-off, sadly. Would love more games with interesting original superheroes, esp. with fun travel powers. I'm tired of playing Spider-Man and Batman.
And that's why they won't make anymore. "I liked the new one, but it's not the OG." Why make a sequel if fans of the OG games won't buy it because it isn't the same characters, doing something only slightly different? Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2. You know why Konami didn't make another one of those in a medieval setting (like every CV ever)? Because most developers don't want to make the same game over and over again. We can call Konami having screwed that game by making it drab and empty and boring, but really.. they just let the devs do what they wanted to, and the wanted to do something different. Tons of sequels that have stuck to their guns have done well and they get new games (Burnout being a big exception). But tons of games that stuck to their guns also ended up bankrupting their studios, or coming REALLY close. Like, the last Splinter Cell gained the studio less than a million dollars in profit ALL TIME. That's a lot of renewing licenses, paying royalties, server fees, and all the fun stuff that goes into any game over the last ten years. There are also a ton of franchises that have changed hands. Series like Spyro and Crash Bandicoot that are feast or famine. The industry leaves some behind (Ninja Gaiden is a bit too heavy into the DOA crossover characters and showing some T&A. I mean, they added that, and it went to shit. So while you might like that in your bloody ninja action games, it was no small part of the worst game in the series.) And, to be blunt, some just get forgotten. Like Dino Crisis, X-Men Legends (sort of revitalized in Midnight Suns), most every extreme sports game (again, the extreme sports industry just doesn't have the audience it once did), or "competitor series" aka games like NHL / NFL 2K, NBA Live, whether do to developers buying exclusivity or lack of interest. Personally, I'd love to see Capcom take a page out of Ubisoft's new POP game and make a brand new Bionic Commando in the same vein, but I'll happily wait for Contra: Operation Galuga while I dream of that improbability.
@@floatinghamstick Infamous 2 was amazing. I haven't come across another video game power quite as engrossing as the Ionic Vortex. I loved seeing the collateral damage as the vortex tore down the balconies of every building in sight.
Well, about dishonored it's not true. You see, dishonored is a good game but after the 2nd part, I guess, Arcane could not develop the series and make the game more interesting. But instead they made a deathloop. That is completely different and similar to dishonored. I considered that the reason that made deathloop instead of dishonored it is because it is something new and more interesting for developers and players.
@@volli631also didn't help that Designer 2 didn't do as good as the first game and for some reason they f*** the controls up for Dishonored to every time I try to play Dishonored 2 no matter what Sensitivity I put the controller on I can't play the f****** game and this is someone who's beating dishonoured 2012 like five times it's like one of my favorite games of all time I love that game I beat it without killing people I beat it by killing everybody I beat it on the good side the bad side and I beat it a fifth time because it's just was so f****** fun and addicting to play I probably play designer for a month straight just on my Xbox cloud on my phone I'd be outside smoking weed and I'd be playing Dishonored for hours until my phone died because Xbox cloud is f****** awesome
Capcom should be all over a remake of Dino Crisis after the success of the RE games. Those first two DC titles were amazing, if brought back with modern survival horror gameplay they would be hits again for sure. Still don't know why they chose to make Exoprimal which was basically a tease for DC fans rather than giving us what we actually wanted. Hopefully one day it will happen.
dude I LOVED the burnout series! Especially 3 when they added in the wreck mode where all you did was try to cause as much monetary damage with one wreck as possible. I used to play it for hours with my cousins what great memories
Same! I remember having so many nights with my friends in middle school playing Burnout 3 all night trying to cause as much damage as possible, such a fun game.
for those of you who wants to see cars wrecked into oblivion with good new graphics, try Wreckfest. Its made by team that made Flatout, which was my favourite racing game back in those days.
Top Games I want to come back: 1.007 Golden Eye 2.Bully - WE NEEDED A BULLY 2!!! 3.The old Call of Duty 3!!! That game was the BOMB!!! 4.Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas series (DON'T CARE ABOUT SIEGE) 5.Prototype
I personally liked Infamous way more then prototype (not saying prototype not fun) but Infamous really had something special especially being able to CHOOSE the path of a hero or a villain and actually having different gameplay and endings based on the path you choose. Such a classic!!
I'm glad to hear Legacy of Kain is on this list, man that series was so epic in my younger days. Blood omen was fun original and creative with 2 different possible endings. Then the canon ending was actually the evil ending which set up such a great world state and story for Soul Reaver. Shifting between the material and spirit worlds to solve puzzles, the unique combat system, and the grand story telling was so undeniably fresh and different. The final entry Defiance, (we dont talk about Nosgoth), left off on a big cliffhanger after some pretty big reveals. A new entry in the series would be incredible! Trouble is this series might just hold the record for the most canceled sequels of all time. Makes me sad
Splinter Cell:Chaos Theory has one of the best soundtracks ever created, with Amon Tobin squarely in his bag, and I miss getting cool music with my cool game instead of generic orchestration
With what Naughty Dog did with Last of Us (releasing both pieces on the same hardware, with the same models, running on the same engine), a truly wonderful idea would be a remaster of the ENTIRE Legacy of Kain series. All 5 games, with storyboarded transitional scenes worked in. An experience one could play back to back, or just an anthology collection. They're doing it with Tomb Raider, and that's fine. But Legacy of Kain was afar more interesting series than Indiana Boobjob.
@@deadeyedmillennialmediaI mean, sure, but why did you comment that on THIS comment? Can't make your own? At least I'm talking about the game he mentioned 😂
@@nolankuffner3573 I couldn't agree more. I'd only we could be so lucky. That would be one of the only times I am willing to preorder anything. And the idea of an anthology or multi title release for the next gen? Yep, I'm sold already lol. Love your ideas!
Ive been playing Evil West this week and ive really been enjoying it. Miss simple, fun games like this. Just a bit of chaos and a linear story, its really fun and looks great.
I wish they would continue making these game series: -Splinter Cell -Burnout -Road Rash -Medal Of Honor -Spore (I guess it can be considered a series if we count Darkspore as a spin off) -Primal Rage (it was supposed to get a sequel, but it was never finished and released) -Croc -Gex -Spyro (I know we got a remaster of the original trilogy a few years ago,but I'd also like a new game) -Ape Escape.
There is an old horror game called "The Suffering" would of Loved to have seen an updated version of that. It had a really good setting, creature design and story.
Yesss the suffering was such an amazing game! Torque his backstory was crazy and the fact it was in the Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia man. We're Capone was. Dr killjoy I love that game
the only form in which they would bring Logan and Syphon Filter back is if he gets emasculated and then replaced by a black woman. or at very least be the dog character for his asian woman side kick. its a nasty time for old heroes to come back.
^ Jesus my dude. Syphon Filter was the first video game I ever owned. Many nights I stayed up playing that game or got up early morning to play a few hours before school.
@@1996Prelude same here. Whenever I think of PlayStation 1 that's the one game that brings back fond memories. I owe that game a lot because without it I wouldn't be the gamer that I am today. I thought it was cool that Days Gone had the Syphon Filter Easter egg and was so hoping that it would lead to a new game in the series.
Sleeping dogs. I know it’s not a series.. but it should have been. It was such an amazing foundation that could have been HUGE. It could have truly rivaled GTA after a few entries. It was familiar, but very innovative. Everything we love about GTA but with differing styles. Leaping from cars to steal a vehicle? Martial arts? And the martial arts style completely changes based on what you’re wearing! Like that level of detail is incredible. It was very unique but familiar at the same time. Not a perfect game, but a wonderful foundation that could have been built on.
Since Sleeping Dogs is a spiritual successor to the True Crime games, I’m just going to say I want the True Crime series back. GTA style but you’re a cop, investigating and shooting out the underbellies of big cities would be great in the 2020s. I feel like any game where you play as a cop is going to be problematic these days, unfortunately.
@@1991awest probably. But it would also be nice if GTA went back to its gangster roots. Instead of just doing modern day trends.. GTA V was fun, something different, but I was hoping it wouldn’t become the norm. And judging by GTA VI it definitely is. They doubled down.. the trailer was just recreating social media videos lol so it’s definitely just modern day life. That’s not escapism which I generally want from video games.
@@Nathan35077I agree, it's also debatable that the two best games in the series, vice city and san andreas take place in the past. I think it would be fine if they didn't try to make social commentary about everything, like the job interview that Michael does in 5.
Yes definitely the first game had me in chills and the story telling and setting plus combat is very underrated and number 2 built on that and was faster a next gen game of this franchise would be very awesome!
Both. But i would change "charm" with "innovation". Now its difficult to make something "new", not only because it is expensive, but also because as with any art form, most was already been invented.
Splinter Cell, MGS, Hitman, and many more. These are all my favorite games, I really like stealth genre games, but unfortunately nowadays developers rarely make stealth games. In fact, there are almost no stealth games, maybe there are but those are indie games.
I agree with almost all of these. One I am shocked you left out was Twisted Metal. Especially with that show being made. I would love a new Twisted Metal with online deathmatch.
They need to either bring back or remake the first 2 inFamous games. Both with the UGC feature, which was frikkin awesome. I have spent hundreds, if not thousands of hours making my own story missions in UGC creator.
I love how the Burnout section is the longest rant! Honestly surprise of all the details about the manufacturer standpoint because that’s a crazy reason not to make it. I swear seeing some of those classic cars made me love cars!!
Discovered Burnout during the start of the decade and I loved it since. Despite how the crash cam works, I will always get a laugh out of a collision. Great franchise that needs more love.
Glad you mentioned the extreme genre as a whole when talking about THPS. So many hours of my childhood were spent playing not just the THPS series, EA Sports Big titles like SSX 3 & Tricky, Freekstyle, NBA Street, and Def Jam Fight for New York.
Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory is the most deep stealth game ever made. Metal Gear Solid 2 is a close second. Nothing compares to this day. You could capture a bad guy, and force him to give up information, scan his hand on a lock, use his face for retinal scanner, etc etc.
Thank you for mentioning Prototype. My childhood right there. I sooo wish the Starcraft franchise received the same amount of love as Warcraft did. Very unfortunate it didn't.
Fun fact Prototype was kind of its name while in development because it was a sequel to the ultimate Spider-Man game but you played as venom. It turned into prototype.
StarCraft is my favorite game of all time. But we won't see another one. There's no money in it, there's no real way to implement microtransactions in a sizable way. Maybe banners and profile pictures like they tried with 2 but anything that is gameplay related, like skins for your units or buildings just can't be used due to the nature of it being an RTS. Truly sad.
Ninja Gaiden for the X-box felt like a predecessor to modern souls like games such as Sekiro, Jedi Fallen Order/Survivor, Lies of P, etc. It offered a relatively slow pace of combat which rewards timing and strategy and punishes brainless button mashing. The setting also offers a semi open ended Metroid-vania map which progressively opens up and loops around back on itself. It also introduced me to the concept of punishing boss battles, which could take multiple attempts. It’s so nice to see you that 20 years later, the public still has a hunger for these type of demanding yet rewarding, action games.
There hasn't been a spy game that came anything close to No One Lives Forever. The humor, the gadgets, and the setting all make it a truly unique experience. Would love a new game in the same vein.
I was happily surprised to see Soul Reaver on this list, thanks. Was a truly epic, top quality game. Probably the best gaming experience of my life. I hope we get to see a remaster or properly done new title to the LoK franchise. The bar is set pretty damn high when compared to the original.
I'm really glad y'all mentioned Onimusha. I personally love that franchise. Most people love DMC whereas Onimusha was my DMC and I truly am upset they aren't doing anything with it. I wouldn't even mind if they released a remaster bundle that included the other 3 main title Onimusha games
Right? We havnt even had a snowboarding game in forever the only one we kinda have are the ones ubisoft made and they really were not as good as SSX or 1080° Air
You might want to check out Slopecrashers. Its still in development and it might not be your cup of tea because of the animal characters and it being an indie game.
I was about to comment that you didn't include Mega Man X and Legends but wow, you actually mentioned them at the end of the video. 👍 Other games to include in a part 2 video: - Tenchu - Breath of Fire - Castlevania - Marvel vs Capcom - Earthbound / Mother - Earthworm Jim
I was just thinking I feel like I am the only person that loves SOCOM!!!! lol. I loved them all and I would be super happy if they did a remake of them because I doubt they would continue to the series lol.
@@danielwolfe7633 definitely not man my friends and I talk about it all the time..just imagine a next gen Socom on unreal, the multiplayer would be insane!
Sleeping Dogs need a shout out as well. I still don't know why there's no open world games as huge as SD's Hong Kong with beautiful hand to hand combat, environmental takedowns, and packed world content. Yakuza and Shenmue exists but imagine driving in the streets of Hong Kong but with current gen graphics.
The melee fighting is amazing and varied; the environmental takedowns are just the icing on top. Story and characters are excellent. The game still looks and sounds great too, with city streets filled with NPCs.
THANK YOU. bro I commented the same thing. can we just talk about how much we love sleeping dogs because no one ever does.its literally one of my favorite games ever and you are so right we need Hong Kong in current graphics
Me too, it was my first approach to a console shooter. The only good thing i have now is to think of Days Gone as a sequel to Syphon Filter since it has all the conections to the original games
Yeah man! Absolute classic. Frustratingly challenging. People seem to have either forgotten that challenge=reward reward = cult classics and nostalgia. Devs don’t care about their games anymore. They care about the money, who can blame them. People just keep giving it to them. We need to start holding them accountable and we need to start voting with our wallets.
@@BornInSouth when I found that document and read Gabe and Lian's name on it I lost my shit lol. Just casually came across the file too. Had no idea that was something waiting to be found. I fully believe it's a sequel too because the NERO suits look exactly like the ones we saw in Syphon Filter.
When I think about stealth games the first one that comes to my mind is Tenchu: Stealth Assassins. Man that game was fun. Poison rice... lol nuff said ;)
I would love to see games like Red Alert and Heroes of Might n Magic make a big resurgence. The games that claim to replicate these classics are abysmal failures.

F.E.A.R. 3 gets a lot of hate, but it was honestly one of the best couch co-op games my buddy and I ever played. If I had an addition to this list it would be the Army of Two franchise. The 40th Day was hands down the greatest couch co-op FPS game ever made. We just need more co-op games that aren't goofy or niche. Revive Army of Two and add online co-op and you'd have a massive hit.
Pretty good list! Legacy of kain had a great lore, sadly some of the amazing cast wouldn't be present. Alongside metal gear these games had some incredible voice acting for the time. As for sandbox games, we also miss Jak and Daxter, a LOT.
the industry is at the point where i’m completely alright with seeing beloved franchises like these disappear, because it lets me know they’ll never be ruined by greed.
Yeah, worst of all they completely wiped out good old concept, i know tons of good game who have unique concept that could be succesfull if they improving that good old and unique gameplay
Agreed completely! Even the multiplayer was such a unique experience. Then it was butchered by mechanics. I remember seeing the gameplay previews of the latest ones and I was pissed at peoples positive reactions to it. Like are we that dim witted that we need to select enemies and let an automatic function play out and take them out with a click of a button. Or having the ability to see through walls. Just like other dying genres I’ve just learnt to watch the downfall play out in front of me. Games become less challenging all the while delivering the same dopamine. Miss the days where I’d be stuck on something pulling my hair out, going to bed waking up and completing the challenge first try. Dark souls, Elden ring just don’t do it for me in terms of lore. What we get now are 18+ mature games designed for 8 year olds and their attention spans. Even city building games and strategy games. There’s a reason people still talk about Banished. But what do we get. Cities skylines 2 where it’s impossible to actually fail. What’s the point. It’s like developers ignore the games that stick in peoples minds and become classics. Substituting them for arcade style yearly releases dribble that cater to younger generations that prefer not to be challenged. I hate the way the industry is going. Anyone that has been around and played video games for 30 years should be able to notice that what we get now is shameful at best. I’ll stick to indie games and early access and receive community driven updates for 10 years. Despite people wishing for full release and then quick community falloff.
@@MrSladej What do you think the reason is that every form of entertainment has become so watered down and dumbed down the last few decades? Even for kids it's lacking in engaging, meaningful and memorable interaction. Why are certain views and narratives also forced onto every type of media we get exposed to. The whole thing with sweet baby inc. Is a clear example. That and corporate greed is what's ruining the experiences and freedom. Smaller studio's productions and indie games creations are quite often a breath of fresh air amongst the smog.
Not sure what problem with the UI you're talking about; I played ChaosTheory like a month ago or so and it ran perfectly with no problem in the UI or the gameplay itself.@@MYkeyMadeIt
Hate to say it but it seems impossible at the time, great games take too much money and time, unless you’re capcom or naughty dog or rockstar and a few others it ain’t happening.
Maybe this one is meant to be covered by the Prototype entry on the list, because of the similarities between the two franchises, but I'd add the Infamous games non the less. Thanks for your videos!
Battle Tanks... SUPER fun game with a bunch of different tanks that were fast and weak or heavy armored and slow with a big gun. Level destruction, and pick up that changed the fire rate or what kind of gun you had. I remember sinking a lot of time into those games on the 64.
I love the first prototype and was also very pleased that you mention Burnout, the series that I would like to play more of is the "Motorstorm" series, Pacific Rift was so enjoyable to play, after needing to sell my ps3 it's one of the games I missed the most to play.
I want to see a sequel to the original _PREY_ from 2006. It ended on a cliffhanger when Tommy was at his grandfather's restaurant, and aliens came looking for his help in dealing with more creatures like the ones who kidnapped his grandpa and girlfriend, with them both having died.
Mercenaries. Mercenaries needs a remaster!!! I got it running on my Series X, and its so fun to play! Seriously reminds me of how much fun the world is back when i played it when i was a kid in the early 2000s.
Killzone, burnout, mid night club are 3 of the most entertaining games you could catch me on. Wish they could revive those franchises but i would be worried with the horrible implemented tatics that companies are putting in games these days. Im really praying that dragon ball tenkaishi 4 doesnt get runied 🙏
I remember playing the original splinter cell when it just came out. I just bought myself a new computer at the time with the latest graphics card and I was happy to play and replay it over and over again. My fave one was splinter cell: chaos theory! Just an amazing game! You can still purchase it to this day on steam.
Legacy of Kain was great. Haven't come across many games with voice acting as on point as the soul reaver games. Was hoping there was a sequel coming after soul reaver was pulled from the steam store
That's Crazy you put Thief as people who mention stealth games, ahead of: Tenchu, Hitman, Assassin's Creed (earlier ones more so). Maybe it's a personal favourite, but it's more unknown than those others.
Metal Gear already has a lot of games, spinoffs and reboots under it's belt. Instead, this list should include gems like Dino Crisis, Driver series, The Getaway etc.
To add on the list: The should be another Midnight Club (it last entry was way back in '08-'09). Chances are extremely slim since Take2 wants rockstar to focus on GTA. Another one should be inFAMOUS (should either get the first 2 remastered or have a remake and it last entry was 2014) because just like [PROTOTYPE] you don't have to be the good guy. Sucker Punch is still around but is focused on Ghost, They could remaster the first 2 and make a bundle that includes every inFAMOUS title with their add-ons and eventually possibly make a What if? inFAMOUS game similar to how FOB is a what if. Nowadays we just have Capcom & Naughty Dog taking advantage of people's nostalgia and doing remakes and remasters.

I'm happy that Twisted Metal got a TV show (a surprisingly GREAT TV show, btw.) but just like your point with new-gen graphics for a Burnout series, i think new-gen tech and graphics for a proper Twisted Metal / Vigilante 8 game would be amazing. Great opportunities for multiplayer or just singleplayer gaming

I hope there are more Conviction fans out there than I think there are. That game was one of my first introductions to stealth games and it was so well made and had such a pivotal story for me. I'll never NEVER forget the part where things unfold and DJ Shadow's "Building Steam with a Grain of Salt" blasts on and Sam Fisher goes absolute ham. Iconic game for me
Absolutely loved it! As well the old SC games that were more slow paced. Conviction was just all action couldn’t get enough! Mission in the White House was it? Epic. Wish I could stream it on the ps5. Happily play it again
Listen, Legacy of Kain was just amazing. Soul Reaver was so brilliant. I think about those games often. Waaay ahead of it's time. I have no doubt they would succeed if the did a remake of the whole franchise so long as they stuck to the formula. I'm always surprised no one ever made a cinematic version. So rich in story.
Brothers In Arms was a tactical shooter that alternated between FPS AND 3PS depending if you were behind cover or not. Hell's Highway, the last game in the series, was an absolute blast to play.
Another game to throw in the stealth pile is Chronicles of Riddick, not enough people have heard of it lol but for its time it was amazing on Xoriginal and later on X360, it was sort of a “prelude” to the movies because you get to see how Riddick got his eyeshine.
"Black" was also supposed to come back but there's no news of it. I remember i finished that game many times as it paralleled "Medal of Honor" games but in a modern context.
BURNOUT REVENGE, hands down had THE best music tracks in a racing game at that time. Billy Talent's "Red Flag" and Fall Out Boy's "Dance, Dance" still plays in my head to this day...
what really needs to come back is Fat princess, Resistance, and MAG from the Ps3 days those 3 games were insaneeee. and i love red faction so much man, why can’t we just go back to these type of games fr
Red faction guerrilla is far to slept on, one of the best games made in its time, the destruction was like nothing else before or after it’s time. It’s literally a hidden gem.
The fact that car manufacturers don't want to see their own cars get torn up in video games like Burnout and NFS but in movies with car racing, stunts, car chases, and crashing is baffling🤦♂️
I love how the instant Falcon mentioned MGRR something clicked in his head and he got mad that we don't have a sequel to that game like it didn't click until he remembered the game existed and once he did he was like "holup. WTF KONAMI?!"
I just want them to remake SSX Tricky. One of the greatest games I have ever played. I wasn't a huge fan of the changes that came in SSX3. I really enjoyed the racing, but they made subtle changes to the controls that made it worse. Being forced to do other activities in order to unlock more races/courses/parts of the mountain really pissed me off, so much so that I never even bothered to unlock everything. I loved Tricky because the extra activities, like the rail grinding point scoring levels were an aside. You weren't forced into them other than to gain skill points for your character. Content was not locked behind it. Bring back SSX Tricky
I wouldn't mind a remake or remaster of the original SSX either. But SSX Tricky was a masterpiece... it needs to make a comeback like yesterday. But it's EA, and giving fans what they actually want just isn't their fuckin style. For example, why isn't there another Fight Night game, but they keep diarreahing out those un fun ass UFC games.
8:40!! OMG!! NOW your taking me back. This series too I spent MOST of my youth playing and .... pun intended, I sank my teeth into. Starting with the first one on the PS1 of all consoles. The story lines and the plots were AWESOME!! And the choice actors I loved so much. Some of which we would all recognise if we saw them... AMAZING games. AMAZING concepts!! Loved this series so much... 🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍
Absolutely. While Sekiro (which I enjoyed) had some elements of Tenchu it was still more of a Souls-like game. And a sequel to the Legacy Of Kain-series would be fantastic
Those soul reaver games were my life at 19 years old, after a night of partying and hanging with friends, going home at 2am and playing until 7 am, all weekend every weekend for months!! Loved it
Conviction is my favorite Splinter Cell and one of my favorite games of all time. The gameplay was very fun and had a ton of replayability. It had 12 maps with 4 stages each that could all be played multiplayer with any modifier you choose. Wether you Infiltrate without being seen, eliminate all enemies, or guard an EMP on any difficulty level. It had a good number of unlockable outfits that you could customize and had to choose between having more gadgets, armor, ammo or some balance of the three, but not all at once. All kinds of in game achievements awarding points that could be spent on customization for your outfits and weapons. Chaos Theory is the most pure stealth and the chosen of purists, but is my second favorite in the series.
The one series of games I miss most is the Conflict games. Conflict Desert Storm 1 and 2, Conflict Vietnam, and Conflict Global Terrorism. You could play solo or with 3 friends split screen. They were some of the best milsim games I ever played. I think there is a Conflict Denied Ops in 2008 also but never played it. Its unfortunate that you can't play them on new gen and never got added to the xbox live store ever and never got remastered and I haven't played them since regular Xbox around 2005/6. They were some of the best games I have ever played. I might just go buy a regular Xbox just to play those again.
Omg, I had no idea about the car thing. That's wild. Burnout was amazing, the Crash game, the Takedowns, the Traffic smashing boosts from Burnout Revenge...ugh, so good. That game was so great, so fun, and satisfying. Car companies not wanting their cars to be shown getting destroyed is absolutely ridiculous. But even still, I'd take made up cars if it means we get a current-gen Burnout, even a Revenge Remake.
Me and some friends played that so much, one track we'd got to a fine art in getting lap times to the point we were shaving 1/100ths of seconds off to get the fastest lap
I dunno about the West, but didn't they recently make 10 or something? I remember seeing it on either the PS4 or Switch at my game store. Seemed newish.
I'm really happy to see people still talking about Legacy of Kain, thank you for bringing attention to it with this video. It's a series that must not be left to die
Also wanted to add to this list. Killzone, Resistance, and Lost Planet. I'd mention Rocket Knight Adventures that's getting a re-release for modern consoles!
It saddens me that a lot of modern, linear singleplayer games, while having particular merits, are often bogged down too heavily with the intent of making movies instead of games with gameplay first and foremost in mind. There's a reason I've gravitated towards things like Resident Evil 4's remake and the original. There's a balance of gameplay and story that's so well-integrated in such games that I don't think a lot of AAA studios, especially Western ones, are even trying to convey with their outputs. It's why I find it funny how you have to wait for a bloody unnecessary remaster or DLC (more often than not, paid) to get additional modes for replay value in titles like The Last of Us - Part II. Sure, there's no chapter replay in RE4 (wish it did), but, at least, the fun factor makes the game easy to come back to on consecutive replays. Even a game with mixed reception like Army of T.W.O. - The Devil's Cartel makes it so easy to pick up and play with how you can unlock new weapons, attachments, and customize your player accordingly and pick which missions to restart and just have fun with. The only reason I have trouble with it is that it never got released for PC. Playing on PS3 with old-ass controls is just a hassle when the controls suddenly stop working. Lastly, I miss the edgier hack-and-slash games. They don't make 'em like they used to. God of War, Ninja Gaiden, Dante's Inferno... modern gaming is missing out on the charm of those titles.
Man, RE4 says nothing and is about the safest horror game one could possibly play. It's dry, inoffensive, with the mod community ruining it by hypersexualizing all of the leads. It's like dropping a salmon down a waterslide. There's no resistance, it's pretty mindless and rote. And while the story is.. slightly better than the original, it's still just there. It's cool that you don't like games that make you think about anything besides aiming your next headshot or slicing your next demon in half, but you're not 12. Escaping to try and feel like how you felt when you WERE 12 is why modern games fail you. Your brain, during your most formative years, hardcoded those games as the pinnacle of gaming. It's not that they actually WERE that's just what your brain tells you. Like, the first time having sex. You were bad. She didn't know. But you were bad at it. Probably terrible, most guys are. Because they only understand their own body, they haven't put in the effort to get to intimately know their partner. When you're young, you dedicate EVERYTHING to knowing gaming. You pour everything into it, and maybe you had a lot of friends and that's how you connected to them or you didn't have many, and that's how you escaped from a life that wasn't as rosy and happy as you would have liked. Now, gaming isn't something you pour yourself into and APPRECIATE. It's something you force yourself to do, comparing every flaw to the best you've experienced. If you even come close to understanding and appreciating a game now, it's because you pay your own money now and you want to feel like you're not wasting it. Trust me, I counsel a TON of gamers. People who think gaming is worse, but fail to realize their own lives and perspectives have shifted. It's not that you miss the mindless action and senseless violence, the wanton sexuality and objectification of female characters. No, you're just not ready to hear from people who don't know you the truth of how little personal growth you've achieved. The lack of success you've experienced since then. The idea that maybe you're not as deep as you'd have others believe. And it's alright to feel nostalgic. It's a chemical reaction in the brain that's about as addicting as nicotine. But the next time you think about those games, play them. Make the effort and actually play them. Don't just remember them fondly. Take action and play them. And you'll probably realize fairly quickly that they haven't aged as well as your memories have suggested.
My brother in Christ, get some help, touch some grass. Not once did I mention requiring games to have "something to say". I play games primarily for gameplay. If it can deliver on something deeper, then FANTASTIC, but that's a secondary thing for me. And I like RE4 for the replay value and the action-horror elements. I know that it's not a true horror game. And I know it's not that narratively deep. And it doesn't have to be either of those. Also, I'm not even gonna try to converse with you on the way you're being so sensitive about the modding community. Oh, by the way, my personal growth happens away from video games, movies, shows, and general entertainment for the most part. If that's where you're going to find your place in the world and improve yourself, you have something quite frankly wrong with you in the head. And I'm not gonna take anything seriously from someone who counsels people on video games. Pathetic.
Splinter cell ( I loved the mechanics in conviction)and prototype ( I played both prototypes repeatedly ) I would love to see these titles comeback in big way
Splinter Cell actually changed the trajectory of my life. I was playing the hell out of those games in high school along with SOCOM. I joined the Army and went into the intelligence collection field. Those games put that idea in my head.
YES. Loved Tenchu
I know it’s pretty different, but Sekiro is a spirit successor to tenchu.
I was thinking the exact same thing! I'd never even heard of Thief until maybe two years ago, but Tenchu is probably the very first series I think of when I think stealth.
Tenchu Wrath of Heaven was my favorite stealth game.
Sleeping Dogs man. It’s probably the most underrated shit in the gaming industry. Don’t know how many times I’ve played it over these years but watching the streets of Hong Kong in that game is so chaotic and calming at the same time.
Yeah, true. So fucking great game. Like the other games of True Crime series.
Yeah one of gems and Quantum Breack too
Binary Domain!
Sleeping Dogs is STILL Amazing!!!
A man who never eats pork buns, is never a whole man!
Mercenaries. First one was such a blast. I had so much fun replaying it a year ago.
fun fact the 'just cause' games were the mercenaries games spiritual successor
God I miss mercenaries...I still play them both but I would love a new one.
I was rooting for Mercenaries to pop up in the video. I loved the Mercenaries 2 ad campaign song too ("Oh No You Didn't").
Mercs 2 was a banger. I wish they had the cheats available for it now, but they're locked behind online connection lmao
@@jonsimpson6569Things being locked behind online connection is so bad..the only thing that should be locked is multiplayer servers if they shut them down
I would love to see updated versions / remasters of
• LoK - Soul Reaver (Including cut content)
• Command & Conquer (3)
• Tenchu
• Lair
• Rygar
Edit: C&C 3 Specifically, because of looks, factions and game mechanics, all updated to current gen quality.
Soul Reaver regrettably has a huge amount of cut content, that would've pushed the game even further into unrivalled brilliance.
oh god I'm glad I'm not the only one who wants a Tenchu comeback.
Command & Conquer did get an HD Remaster. But it was just that, audio and visual updates. Nothing done to change anything. Even the AI that is stopped via sandbags & expo via sandbags as well.
@@kingbbarry Indeed. No real iprovements except for audio and visuals. Just a rehash.
InFAMOUS should’ve been on the list. It was my personal favorite and although I do like Second Son, it was Cole Trilogy that made me fall in love with electricity manipulation and admire its versatility
Way better games than prototype for me. I tried prototype and never even beat it because i got bored fast. Infamous had problems but was such fun ride
Infamous 1 was really good, but the sequel was terrible. I never got to play the spin-off, sadly. Would love more games with interesting original superheroes, esp. with fun travel powers. I'm tired of playing Spider-Man and Batman.
And that's why they won't make anymore.
"I liked the new one, but it's not the OG."
Why make a sequel if fans of the OG games won't buy it because it isn't the same characters, doing something only slightly different?
So while you might like that in your bloody ninja action games, it was no small part of the worst game in the series.)
And, to be blunt, some just get forgotten.
@@GwenActuallywhat? Infamous 2 was great! It was like the first but extra improvements and better powers.
@@floatinghamstick Infamous 2 was amazing. I haven't come across another video game power quite as engrossing as the Ionic Vortex. I loved seeing the collateral damage as the vortex tore down the balconies of every building in sight.
Midnight Club and Dishonored need more entries to the series
I think a modern day upgrade to Dino Crisis would be pretty cool. They could do it like their RE remakes.
And Imagine the mod you can put on it
Agree
They're just afraid of messing it up again after the DC3 disaster.
Parasite Eve as well.
I would love another L.A Noire game so sad it didn't get popular with as many people
Same replaying it now ironically
They were making a sequel at one point that would've taken place in 20's-30-'s Shanghai.
dude I LOVED the burnout series!
Greatest mode in any racing game ever.
Yeah I can't believe they stopped making those. Burnout 3 was probably my favorite driving game besides GTA
Top Games I want to come back:
1.007 Golden Eye
2.Bully - WE NEEDED A BULLY 2!!!
3.The old Call of Duty 3!!! That game was the BOMB!!!
4.Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas series (DON'T CARE ABOUT SIEGE)
5.Prototype
I personally liked Infamous way more then prototype (not saying prototype not fun) but Infamous really had something special especially being able to CHOOSE the path of a hero or a villain and actually having different gameplay and endings based on the path you choose. Such a classic!!
The second one, maybe. Not the first lol. It was an illusion, you practically played the same game all over again.
YES WE need infamous 1 and 2 remastered 😢 i miss those two so much
Remember the Vampire DLC was dope! You could fly!
What about beyond good and evil for the ps2
i want all of them to get remastered i really miss Infamous especially festival of blood fuck that was a great game
Got the same feeling with Robocop.
Ya playing it too and it reminds me of those good classic PS2 era games.
Playing through it now too. I love it

I wish they would continue making these game series:
-Splinter Cell
-Burnout
-Road Rash
-Medal Of Honor

-Primal Rage (it was supposed to get a sequel, but it was never finished and released)
-Croc
-Gex
-Spyro (I know we got a remaster of the original trilogy a few years ago,but I'd also like a new game)
-Ape Escape.

I would love to see the Sly Cooper and Syphon Filter series come back someday. Some of my most loved games, and now they just feel forgotten
the only form in which they would bring Logan and Syphon Filter back is if he gets emasculated and then replaced by a black woman.
or at very least be the dog character for his asian woman side kick.
its a nasty time for old heroes to come back.

Syphon Filter was a great game, truly a classic like so many from that era, but if I recall the aiming system was completely ass.
Seconding Syphon Filter

The one thing that I hated about this game was running everywhere. I hate a game that forces running. Other than that a solid enough game.
A new “Condemned: Criminal Origins” We need a new survivor, horror, detective genre. That game was way ahead of its time.
Yes definitely the first game had me in chills and the story telling and setting plus combat is very underrated and number 2 built on that and was faster a next gen game of this franchise would be very awesome!

Both. Straight up both.
yea it was both, gaming was at it peak during the early 00’s because every idea was almost new still.. everything nowadays is reused and half asses.
Gaming is great now as well if we try out new genres.
Both. But i would change "charm" with "innovation". Now its difficult to make something "new", not only because it is expensive, but also because as with any art form, most was already been invented.

I spent so many hours just messing around in NFL Street. The Street games really need to make a comeback.
Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory is the most deep stealth game ever made. Metal Gear Solid 2 is a close second. Nothing compares to this day. You could capture a bad guy, and force him to give up information, scan his hand on a lock, use his face for retinal scanner, etc etc.
I hoped that the Sly Cooper series would make the list, even though the original is 20+ years old it still holds up to be a good game.
Yep. I also wish they made a new jak game. Felt like there was more story room to feel by the end of the third one. Frontier was terrible though.
Definitely a bummer with Thieves in Time ending on a cliffhanger.
There were Easter eggs in the new Rachet and Clank game. I took that as they might be doing something with it 🤞🏻
Jak and Daxter as well while we’re at it
Sucker Punch is making Ghost of Tsushima 2 and Naughty Dog TLOU3 so we'll not see Sly or Jak any time soon

YES! Starcraft! I really wish we’d have gotten that Starcraft Ghost shooter.
Fun fact
Prototype was kind of its name while in development because it was a sequel to the ultimate Spider-Man game but you played as venom.
Truly sad.
Wasn’t prototype just a reskinned spiderman game lol
same. I remember spending my high school years of playing Prototype, InFamous, and Assassin's Creed fondly.
Time splitters was too fun, funky characters, great story and even multiplayer - very underrated or unspoken of.
i only played the demo as a kid but the fckn snow level with the zombies legit was terrifying for young me

THANK YOU. bro I commented the same thing. can we just talk about how much we love sleeping dogs because no one ever does.its literally one of my favorite games ever and you are so right we need Hong Kong in current graphics
Id love another Resistance game
Rockstar made The Warriers which has great hand to hand they could make a game like Sleepknh dogs if they wanted to.
I miss Siphon Filter. It was so damn ahead of it's time!
Yesssssss!
Has good split screen fun playing that on the ps1. 👍
Seeing a Metal Gear Rising Revengeance 2 would be absolutely incredible.
(We need it.)
Yesss. Love Revengeance and still replay it

When I think about stealth games the first one that comes to my mind is Tenchu: Stealth Assassins.
Man that game was fun. Poison rice... lol nuff said ;)
I really want to see TimeSplitters get the reboot it deserves.
yess, it was sad that it wasn't mentioned on this video lol
all those gamemodes were fun af, specially the virus gamemode
Future perfect man
I like to think the one scene in Titanfall 2 was a nod to and a call back for that series.
To even think what THAT dev could do with it blows my mind.
I came to the comments looking for mention of timesplitters 😭
Really do want it to return also just finished playing them again for fun
I would love to see games like Red Alert and Heroes of Might n Magic make a big resurgence. The games that claim to replicate these classics are abysmal failures.
Have you seen gameplay for Tempest Rising?
Heroes of might and magic 4 was brilliant, but it really turned bad after that.
@@chalky1250 I agree but I'd say after Heroes V. It had 2 decent expansions, I liked the graphics better and I enjoyed the campaign more. Heroes 6 n 7 sucked because they tried too hard to be Heroes 3 n 4.
@@americanbranflakes Tempest Rising is looking pretty good, but I doubt it will be anywhere close to a C&C Red Alert...
And the C&C generals 2 EA promised and shown using Frostbite was just at a whole new damn level of awesomeness until they shoved it somewhere and went for some mobile game 🤬
Same with Need For Speed some ppl always wait that the next might be like a NFS Underground 3 but it's always the same modern NFS with huge visuals but bad unresponsive strange gameplay that keeps turning even after stop turning for a while and it's never like the feeling of the amazing good old NFS Underground 1 and 2...
Yessss new command and conquer would be sick
RIP in peace The Transcendent One
the industry is at the point where i’m completely alright with seeing beloved franchises like these disappear, because it lets me know they’ll never be ruined by greed.
Yeah, worst of all they completely wiped out good old concept, i know tons of good game who have unique concept that could be succesfull if they improving that good old and unique gameplay
I agree with you.
You’re right. It is greed. And bad American culture… Remake?
and when you realise Crysis 4 and Splinter cells Remake are coming :D
Indie games are our only hope
The splinter cell games - particularly the second and third ones - were/are such a special experience.
Chaos Theory is the goat
Chaos Theory was so good! If they updated the ui to function properly on PC i'd be playing it right now
Not sure what problem with the UI you're talking about; I played ChaosTheory like a month ago or so and it ran perfectly with no problem in the UI or the gameplay itself.@@MYkeyMadeIt
Three games I would love to see make a comeback:
1. Mercenaries
2. Thrillville
3. A conker's bad fur day reboot or entirely new game.
Mercenaries blew me away back in the day. I'd love to find a copy and play it again one of these days.
A Splinter Cell game with the game engine technology we have today would be ridiculously good.
The lighting alone would play such a big part
Part of me feels like bad lands of the division started as a splinter cell game but became on the others later in its development.. not sure tho
Yes it's called the Division? Buts it's no where near as good
Hate to say it but it seems impossible at the time, great games take too much money and time, unless you’re capcom or naughty dog or rockstar and a few others it ain’t happening.
I'd love a new (or even remake of all the good older games) as a huge Splinter Cell fan.
Would love a new Timesplitters game. Timesplitters 2 was one of my favourite PS2 games.
Maybe this one is meant to be covered by the Prototype entry on the list,
because of the similarities between the two franchises,
but I'd add the Infamous games non the less.
Honestly one thing we could really do with is a Sleeping Dogs sequel that game was incredible
Hell yeah square should go for it especially with them announcing they wanted to release diversity of games, if I remember correctly.
Definitely a forgotten masterpiece.
Not gonna lie, i STILL listen to Do You Know Me by 24 Herbs lol
@@StaredownGamesDon't forget "Do You Know Me". I love those songs!
I want to see a sequel to the original _PREY_ from 2006. It ended on a cliffhanger when Tommy was at his grandfather's restaurant, and aliens came looking for his help in dealing with more creatures like the ones who kidnapped his grandpa and girlfriend, with them both having died.
I've been making head cannon for that cliffhanger for nearly 20 years now XD
I still remember the trailer for Prey 2 and it looked so badass. I absolutely hate that it got canceled
"It feels like half a game"....could be a quote about most modern games.
Mercenaries.
Mercenaries needs a remaster!!! I got it running on my Series X, and its so fun to play! Seriously reminds me of how much fun the world is back when i played it when i was a kid in the early 2000s.
Mercenaries playground of Destruction can be played on a Playstation 2 emulator for those that get a hold of one and the game without getting a virus.
I still play it on ps2😅
I want a new def jam fight for NY
Good games no need remasters. Just rrerelease this shit
fr man mercenaries! i come back to play it (world in flames) after every couple of years for the last 15 years
“Wreckfest” is a perfect example of a video game with destructive car models with no names being very popular.
Yes !! I’m on every track almost top 50
That one really stands out as a great game.
All hail the ocean hoarse !
GTA also.
100 percent agree with falcon,I'd rather see a no name car get mangled then play a game where a Ford or chevy stay in one piece
Split second
The Tenchu series needs a revival. I loved those games and miss them dearly.
I remember playing the original splinter cell when it just came out. I just bought myself a new computer at the time with the latest graphics card and I was happy to play and replay it over and over again.
My fave one was splinter cell: chaos theory! Just an amazing game!
You can still purchase it to this day on steam.
In regards to stealth games, lets not forget Tenchu, probably one of the first games to introduce sneak walking and wicked sneak kills.
It really should've been MGS, Splinter Cell, and Hitman. Those are the big 3.
@@Odie50000 Totally forgot Splinter Cell, but yeah you right
Metal Gear already has a lot of games, spinoffs and reboots under it's belt.
I'm fully in on Midnight Club. Good add.
Midnight Club is in development it was revealed in the recent hack
i really shouldnt have to be saving for an xbox one because rockstar doesnt wanna make new midnight clubs
I'm playing g DUB right now.
I recently replayed Splinter Cell, Pandora Tomorrow and Chaos Theory on the Series X. These games are absolutely incredible STILL TO THIS DAY!!
100%. And the graphics on Chaos Theory STILL look good. It blows my mind how we had graphics like that way back on the original Xbox!
Deus Ex is another awesome series. Prototype as well. Damn Crysis, Ninja Gaiden😢, Legacy of Kain series😭😭😭😭-Deep memories with LOK series. Good Tony hawk games-loved project 8,wasteland.
There's a game called Gas Guzzlers, it's pretty close.
I'd love another Vigilante 8 game! Only Twisted Metal gamesi liked was 4 and small brawl. Would love to see them remastered tho even
@@mwilliamson7533broo Vigilante 8 is sooo slept on! I have hundreds of games in my collection and that's one of the few I always go back too. "Always bet on black!" 😅

Vigilant 8, Twisted Metal. Sounds good fun to me. I think there something similar game with zombies init, not left 4 dead or dying light something else can't remember the f**ING of it
I hope there are more Conviction fans out there than I think there are. That game was one of my first introductions to stealth games and it was so well made and had such a pivotal story for me. I'll never NEVER forget the part where things unfold and DJ Shadow's "Building Steam with a Grain of Salt" blasts on and Sam Fisher goes absolute ham. Iconic game for me
I love Splinter Cell Conviction, and I hope Ubisoft makes a remastered version of the game along with the other Splinter Cell games.
The whole series is great. Michael Ironside sold it so well. Iconic.
Absolutely loved it! As well the old SC games that were more slow paced. Conviction was just all action couldn’t get enough! Mission in the White House was it? Epic. Wish I could stream it on the ps5. Happily play it again
Absolutely adore it and it's sequels
Conviction was great the co-op missions were so much fun and I absolutely loved hunter mode I still play it every once in awhile
It's seriously criminal how destruction like in Red Faction Guerilla hasn't been implemented in any modern game. A DAMN shame.
Brothers in Arms is a series I miss. Great story, tactical gameplay and FPS action. Even a remake of the original 3 would be fantastic.
Wasn't it 3rd person?
@@PK.NOiR.7Some aspects were, for example when controlling the tank in the 3rd game. But for the most part, the action was first person.
Brothers In Arms was a tactical shooter that alternated between FPS AND 3PS depending if you were behind cover or not. Hell's Highway, the last game in the series, was an absolute blast to play.
Another game to throw in the stealth pile is Chronicles of Riddick, not enough people have heard of it lol but for its time it was amazing on Xoriginal and later on X360, it was sort of a “prelude” to the movies because you get to see how Riddick got his eyeshine.
loved the riddik games man. really innovative and good looking for it's time. always remember the line "wanna live? get a shiv."
the infamous series Would be awesome to bring back
"Black" was also supposed to come back but there's no news of it.
I still have my physical copy of this bad boy. Burnot: Revenge was my fave out of the series.
So addictive...
Played so much burnout revenge on the 360! Soooo good
what really needs to come back is Fat princess, Resistance, and MAG from the Ps3 days those 3 games were insaneeee. and i love red faction so much man, why can’t we just go back to these type of games fr
Dude! Fat Princess was crazy fun lol I played the demo only but I tweaked on that😂
@@ez2cSUMO no cap bro, i had the demo too and I’d replay that same map every day. that game was CRACKED
I love how the instant Falcon mentioned MGRR something clicked in his head and he got mad that we don't have a sequel to that game
like it didn't click until he remembered the game existed and once he did he was like "holup.
💯
🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍
I'd love to see a new Tenchu game. Ghost of Tsushima did scratch that itch for me really good tho.
Absolutely. While Sekiro (which I enjoyed) had some elements of Tenchu it was still more of a Souls-like game.
And a sequel to the Legacy Of Kain-series would be fantastic
STEALTH ASSASSIN!
Play SEKIRO
Tenchu is a fantastic stealth series. It too needs to be revived.
Make moddable, fans will take care of the car situation.
Me and some friends played that so much, one track we'd got to a fine art in getting lap times to the point we were shaving 1/100ths of seconds off to get the fastest lap
I really Miss the Suikoden Series. I enjoyed all of them over the course of the Ps1/2/3 eras. I Can't wait for the remaster of 1&2.
I dunno about the West, but didn't they recently make 10 or something? I remember seeing it on either the PS4 or Switch at my game store. Seemed newish.
I'm really happy to see people still talking about Legacy of Kain, thank you for bringing attention to it with this video. It's a series that must not be left to die
we truly lived in the golden era of gaming growing up and didn't even know it... such a sad list.
Also wanted to add to this list. Killzone, Resistance, and Lost Planet. I'd mention Rocket Knight Adventures that's getting a re-release for modern consoles!
Resistance was so good and then fell apart. Can’t believe it hasn’t been revived.
Pathetic.
where tf is infamous
Prototype is a far better game than infamous.
Such a solid solid series. Even the worst entry is still pretty good
Splinter cell ( I loved the mechanics in conviction)and prototype ( I played both prototypes repeatedly ) I would love to see these titles comeback in big way
Splinter Cell actually changed the trajectory of my life. I was playing the hell out of those games in high school along with SOCOM. I joined the Army and went into the intelligence collection field. Those games put that idea in my head.
