Hello! Since we don't use a mixer we let it naturally ferment to develop gluten. If you want to make it faster, you canxuse a mixer and add the butter in when your dough is coming together. That means you can skip the extra 30 minutes of proofing after adding butter. Recently we just started eating it ferment an extra 30 minutes after we knead the dough from the 30 minutes after the butter is incorporated. Its not necessary but we find the gluten structure to be slightly stronger. We hope that answers your question, let us know if it sounds confusing sorry!😅

Then to reheat we just microwave our on high for 45 seconds or until hot. But, it tastes the best reheated in the oven at 350 degrees F, for 3-5 minutes or until hot. Let us know if you have any more questions!

Hello! You can put the dough in the fridge after shaping the sausage bread and cutting it and letting it proof halfway. That method is called slow overnight proofing and it works great. But before you bake it let it come to room temperature.

The shortcut would be to use a mixer with a dough hook attachment. You can mix it and then add the butter straight in there. Basically skips the first proofing.
Hello! We don't usually freeze ours for baking later, but you shouldn't have issues freezing them. We recommend that you add the toppings when you're ready for baking. Also, when you're ready for baking, let the bread defrost and proof until doubled in a warm area.

Hello! For the oven we do not have a convection oven so it heats from the top coils. No fan is needed.
