Chinese Flower Hot Dog Buns 🌼🌭🤤

To kickoff Spring, I’ve made “Chinese Flower Hot Dog Buns”!! 🌸🌼💐 You’ll often times find these in your local asian bakery. They’re made with a soft and fluffy milk bread wrapped around savory hot dogs. Super delicious! and perfect for breakfast, a snack or whenever you’re on-the-go. I hope you enjoy this video. Ingredients:
Tangzhong (water roux)
Water - 3 tbsp (43g)
Whole Milk - 3 tbsp (43g)

1 egg
Sugar - 1/3 cup (67g)
