@Kentucky Fried Fredrik My ears are denying that, there is absolutely no denying that Ian can no longer do that song and a few more justice. But it's all good, he wrote it and is 76 years old...and can do whatever he wants to, and if he/they pleases the audience...fair play to them!
I didn't know Glenn Hughes IS the vocalist for Deep Purple.... Why HE should have singed that instead of Ian Gillan who IS the voice of Deep Purple? Glenn has been in the band for few years decades ago... And, by the way, better to hear a rasping Ian Gillan in original tone that tomorrow's Glenn in lower keys
Gillan is 76 here ! :) what a band, Made in Japan is my most played LP, one of the best rock albums ever
