@@malcolmlarri8236 thanks! Good to hear that! Of course is not only because of me but we are a team!!! And of course the sounds come from the Paice’s hands! But i’m happy to know that the sounds was good!
Thanks for this mate. I was twelve weeks on the road in the USA for Columbia Artists a few years ago. The daily repetition and travel nearly drove me crazy, but I grew to love it. Thank you again, great job.
Generally. Unless if the band are rich enough to afford duplicate sets that can leapfrog to every other city, like Pink Floyd did in 1994 for instance.
@@salvatorenitratoizzo3065 i tried many different things during the years. I started by ear then with precise notes, now by ear and on the first gig of the tour i record the toms and everytime i retune i listen again that rec and tuned by my ear using that reference

Cool video! Thanks!
@@SimaSimanovich 🙏
Great video! A question: How many of the toms do have microphones in them? My guess is four - the three smaller ones and one floor tom?
3 toms for visual only I believe
@@johnraaum5143Three toms at front and one floor tom have mics for sure, Ian is playing them.
Doing Gods work
Now can we go back 40 something years and see what they were like then? lol Would be funny to compare.
Sound Check & Drummer OK!!! Siete i nostri MITI indimenticabili. Ho tutti i Vostri 33 Rpm. Comprese qualche musicassetta C60. Ciao Deep 👏!
Grande Cimi!
Really doubting if i seen more sticks or coffees in this vid😂❤

I think coffee for the roadies is the most important piece of equipment ha ha. Seriously though, I loved this video. Xx
@@fitnessisgood4u that's for sure!!!!
That’s a long day 👍👍
yep
How does the entire equipment move from one city to another when there may be gigs every other day. By trucks?
Generally. Unless if the band are rich enough to afford duplicate sets that can leapfrog to every other city, like Pink Floyd did in 1994 for instance.
yes trucks are touring with us... we have two rigs on tour... twins
So one is built and the other is demolished?

@@texvanburen4566 😂
Isnˋt it hard to do a sound check on a left-hand drums ?
not the easiest thing eheheh but after 9 years with Ian I can play some grooves good enough to do the check!
I wanted to know if you do the tuning based on notes or by ear. Thank you
@@salvatorenitratoizzo3065 i tried many different things during the years. I started by ear then with precise notes, now by ear and on the first gig of the tour i record the toms and everytime i retune i listen again that rec and tuned by my ear using that reference
