One of the best, greatest and versatile opera singers of all time is Luciano Pavarotti. Mr. Pavarotti could sing with anybody, I mean literally anybody from B.B.King, Stevie Wonder Joe Crocker, Barry White, James Brown, Michael Bolton, Frank Sinatra, just to name a few, and when he song with all of these artist he took their songs to another level. Mr. Pavarotti could do it all. His vocal range was awesome, a once in a lifetime musical genius. R.I.P.
When my husband passed away, I was asked to chose a favorite song for the picture montage...since we both loved this, I asked for it whether it was sung by Frank Sinatra or Elvis Presley....I didn't know until the day of his funeral that this version of My Way was chosen...two great voices singing a song that mirrored my husband's life...as I was going through pt after back surgery, I had this on my playlist, unknowingly singing along during my sessions...on the anniversary of my husband's death every year I play this.....two awesome voices combined in a song that will forever be a part of me.
