  • This is a 37 minute yoga workout class aimed to strengthen and to stretch your body. This is a perfect routine to start the day, or to practice at anytime in the day.
    You'll learn to properly align your body to make sure you using the right muscles in the poses to prevent injury or strain.
    This is an awesome morning workout you can do to start your day right with a combination of exercises to help pump blood though the body, to move fluid, and warm up the joints along with strengthening exercises for the core, arms, hips, glutes, legs, chest, upper back, and shoulders.

    Caroline’s poses looked so perfect and beautiful, but I think the dog has the right idea, shivasana the whole time. What a great practice today!

    I am recovering from a disc bulge in my lower back and your videos really give me confidence in my rehab. I feel like am getting stronger after each video and I really appreciate the time you take to make sure that we have the basics down. Thanks for all the hard work!

    Tim does not come to play y'all! Haha I damn near died the first time I innocently clicked on one of his videos lol. I was excited to see a male teacher and thought i'd check Tim out..🤣No pun intended!
    *Tim will get your ass in shape!* He will have you pushing yourself and sweating. I enjoy his flows even though they are challenging for me.

    I just wanna say that I absolutely loved this practice. You always explain each pose in great detail and this class helped me with A LOT of these postures I had trouble with including the one grabbing my elbows behind my back. Keep up the fantastic work!!

    It always fees soooo good to practice with you Tim (and Ollie and Carolyne this time around)! :) I had been taking live classes as I feel super lonely but I'm not sure what's the point of doing so with YogaWorks' platform change now. You were the one thing missing on YW, now it feels like pretty much everything is missing. 😅 Anyways, another one of my comments that's getting way too long and I feel like I'm just ranting to myself publicly, sorry about that!!     I have been practicing with you for a while now, and today updog was conquered! I always collapse in my lower lumbar and I have bad back pain so I often avoid updog. Today I finally understand using those back muscles in the thoracic spine to prevent collapsing and crushing my lumbar.     Hi ! My head tends to drop backwards in reverse tabletop and following pose ( 31:00). Is it a good thing? Should my head be free or be in the same line as the spine ?

      I usually teach same line as the spine, like you have an orange between your chin and chest :)

    Hey Tim! I am really enjoying the Movement series! I was a little late to start this series, so I have been doing the weekly videos everyday. Do yo think it's ok to do the weekly videos daily or do you think I should stick to doing 1 or 2 videos a week?
